Gavin was more than just a day-of coordinator. He visited our remote wedding venue the day before the wedding to lead the ceremony rehearsal as well as the Thursday to help us look at the reception layout. He went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. Gavin ensured we had built in extra time into the day so that we didn't feel rushed during the photos. We had a Jewish wedding ceremony which involved some additional bells and whistles and Gavin leaned in to make sure he understood and executed those details. While I have only planned my own wedding, our other vendors attend weddings all the time, and our photographer let us know he was the most thorough day-of coordinator he had ever worked with, while our makeup artist said she loved him and asked how we found him. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. I don’t think Gavin arranged for the weather to be so nice, but if he had, we wouldn’t be surprised! Gavin, thanks for taking on the final details and ensuring it was a truly special day.
In complete frustration over the increasing details of wedding planning, I happened upon Gavin and immediately felt compelled and confident in handing him the reins. At our first meeting he told me he would be my "wedding whisperer" and that sealed the deal. Always quick to
respond, provide advice when needed and very personable and witty. Our family loved him. He provided the most comprehensive, impressive timeline that covered everything! Best decision ever.
