I’m talking from beginning to end - every step of the way - all around AWESOME. Our wedding was a bit non-traditional and Gavin never made us feel like what we were planning was too much or not enough. Our guests raved about him and he mingled with everyone seamlessly. He is organized and structured to ensure he gets all he needs to make your wedding video perfect but presents it with a reassuring no-pressure demeanor. And the end result?!?! During our planning sessions, Gavin went above and beyond to accommodate and let us know he understood our vision and prioritized what we wanted to have captured. Our final film was absolutely stunning - and having all of the raw footage to view whenever we want is a privilege and a rarity. Above all else, the thing I want you to most know about Gavin is how truly supportive he is. Watching back all of the wedding raw video you just constantly hear Gavin say "Looks great!" or laughing along to our jokes, reassuring us, and putting us at ease. Having a companion with us for our entire day who felt like a friend or part of the family was absolutely priceless. I could not be more thankful and grateful that we found Gavin and chose him to be our videographer for our wedding day! Gavin is extremely talented and what makes it even better is that he is so down to earth and such a great person. He met with us for a long consultation well before we "chose" him via a zoom call. He spent well over an hour getting to know us and discussing his video packages, so we never ever felt rushed or pressured. Communication with Gavin was excellent all the way up to our wedding day - we never had to "chase" him down. I can't say enough good things about how professional and kind he was on our wedding day itself- made us feel so comfortable and the final product was BETTER than we could have ever imagined. We chose to receive the wedding day trailer, 5-7 minute film, and edited ceremony...he worked SO quickly and sent us the videos to look at on our own personalized website - then a few days later we received a beautiful package with a personalized wooden box and USB, as well as hard drive with all our raw footage. We cannot say thank you enough to Gavin for the product he created for us and how grateful we are to be able to view these memories for years to come. If you are wavering on whether to have a videographer at your wedding, I can say I was in the same boat and am so THANKFUL that I did and that we went with Gavin Law. He is immensely talented and our video is so much better than I expected. The day went by so fast and I was worried about little things, and getting to relive the moment and laugh and cry all over again is absolutely worth it! Gavin was so flexible the entire day. He was there from start to finish. He had amazing ideas to get great footage, but also listened to our ideas and made them happen beautifully. Throughout our entire wedding process-which became quite lengthy due to the pandemic-Gavin was fantastic to work with and provided a sense of calm where there was very little. before we booked Gavin, we had shopped around for a videographer. after my first meeting with him, I knew he was the one to choose - he was so personable & wanting to know all about Steve & I. before our wedding we had a video chat where we went through our timeline of the day & what we should expect. the day of, Gavin came ready to work. he was so down to earth & friendly, he really made things less awkward than you would think having someone follow you around with a camera all day would be. we just received our cinematic film & it is more than I could have imagined (some of our friends & family say it is the best wedding video they have ever see ; I obviously am partial to that statement). Gavin was so easy to work with, and made our videography dreams come true. We had been on the fence about hiring a videographer, but are so glad we did!! We hired Gavin for our wedding on 9/4 and even though we have not seen our video yet I had to post a review. Gavin was GREAT to work with. He kept in touch with us throughout the process and offered so many options for packages. Wedding day came and Gavin was there to capture every silly, romantic, and some awkward moments. He was professional and friendly and helped to make our whole day perfect. He worked great with our photographer and was wonderful to all of our guests. I cannot speak highly enough of Gavin. I also work in video so I wanted someone who I could trust to film our wedding at my standards and wouldn’t have to stress about getting the shots I wanted. Gavin exceeded my expectations above and beyond. From day one I was impressed by his creativity and skill. But on top of that he is incredibly professional, personable, and attentive. I never ONCE had to chase him or reach out to him first. He called, emailed, sent information to prepare us for what to expect on our day, and was always on top of everything before I had to ask. He was the only one of my vendor who did this. Getting married during COVID-19 our plans were flipped upside down and constantly changing, and Gavin was so understanding and accommodating. The situation was stressful enough and knowing we could rely on Gavin made our lives so much easier. We had so much fun having him on our day. He made it a point to really understand who we are and authentically capture our story. If you ever question if video at your wedding is worth it 1. It’s 100% is worth it and more and 2. Hire Gavin to capture it. You won’t regret either.

We hired Gavin last minuet for our mini Covid wedding, and I am so glad we did. The video he gave us was worth a million dollars, and my husband, friends, and family have enjoyed watching it over and over. He listed to my vision and produced everything we wanted. Gavin did such an amazing job of capturing our wedding day! He was able to highlight all of the most special moments throughout the day in our feature film. He does all of this also while being completely unobtrusive. When I posted our video on social media I actually had people tell me they didn’t even think we had a videographer there that day, he blends in that well! Gavin was super accommodating and easy going, just amazing to work with. We wouldn’t change a thing about our choice to work with Gavin and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer for their big day!

First thing I would like to say about Gavin is that he has an absolute gift! He just shared our featured wedding video with us and it captured our day in a way I couldn't have asked for. He made the day memorable by perfectly capturing not only the important details, but the small ones as well so we can hold our day exactly the way it was forever. Not only did he capture everything, but he is extremely skilled in his work and sent us a very professional, well done video that make us look like movie stars! He also was incredibly professional in his behavior on the big day. He was present in the intimate moments to capture them, however was very good at making himself almost unnoticeable as to not interrupt the important moments. I was nervous to have him and the photographer in the room with us when we were getting ready because I wanted it to be an intimate moment with me and my girls, however he was extremely professional and quietly videoed in the background so he wouldn't interrupt. Throughout the whole day he did not stop working and made sure he captured every detail of the day. To me, the quality of the work is important, however I think the person who will be with you on your big day is just as important. I 100% 10/10 recommend Gavin as a videographer for your wedding. Gavin did such a wonderful job capturing our day exactly as we remember it. He included allll of our favorite moments from our day into our highlight video, and we are so so thankful for that. When I was overcome with emotion during our first look, hugging my husband-to-be at the time so hard, I got lipstick on his collar, Gavin was armed and ready with a tide-to-go stick! First, the tie clip for Oscar’s tie that broke, then the tide-to-go pen for when I got lipstick all over my groom’s collar during our first look.
