This is a stunning and elegant venue with multiple options depending on your individual taste! Our wedding guests were simply WOWED by it. It has a unique advantage more than any other venue I've seen in that its lush landscape with waterfalls, caves, and gorgeous greenery gives the look and feel of being outside. However, you are inside under a beautiful glass atrium so all the wonderful natural light can come in. You're in beautiful Orlando, Florida here but if you love the idea of a summer wedding, here you don't have to be concerned about the heat because you are inside. Go and visit their spaces, and you will quickly see how amazing it is! We worked with Nina and Jessica. Both of them worked tirelessly and were very professional. They were attentive to our every need, and they gave a beautiful, first class custom experience. I really cannot say enough good words about them because they met my very high standard and expectation! I interviewed many vendors and researched the many options of wedding venues in this area. While there are many choices, none can offer the beauty and first class service like this one.

The BEST venue. Firstly, it is absolutely stunning. Secondly, the service we received from start to finish was amazing. Our planner, Liz, helped us with so much during the planning process and made sure everything was perfect. The service we received on our big day was impeccable. When you first get a quote for your wedding add about 40 percent for starters. (Service charges ect.) Next never book for an event during a busy weekend. The service was so bad ch...

ecking in. The best man and groom where told they didnt have a room because they where too full even though we made reservations. Finally they gave them a room only if they paid to upgrade. This also happened to other guests. Parking is supposed to be free for wedding guests bit thos is problematic if they are staying at the hotel because they will charge you. Still dealing with all kinds of extra charges weeks later. We paid an additional 5 dollars per person (adults @ 70 people) for jagermeister and they only had one small bottle at an open bar and when they quickly ran out they couldnt get more. They also ran out of bud light and couldnt get more (yes I know, it the groom will only drink that kind of beer). At 930 the day after the wedding the maids where going onto peoples rooms trying to get them to leave. The celebrity service they offer was a joke. For the good, Liz was amazing and the food was great. The servers and bartender where amazing as well and the hotel is beautiful. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the other stuff is not normally an issue, so I am going to blame it on it being a busy weekend.

I know they tried hard but I have to say it's been over a month and still dealing with wrong charges and mix ups. They didn't save my husband or I and food and by the time we got ...

back from pictures the food was practically gone so we ended up having to order room service after the reception. I felt rushed in the reception by the servers. They were constantly trying to clear our stuff out. Then they said they would get everything up to my suite and I am still waiting for a response a month later for missing items... Like I said they did some things superb but others were left to be desired... I do not want to cloud my special day with the negative but some things were a disappointment. We were married in December and it's a busy time of year for them and believe me they will tell you that for every mistake. I guess I shouldn't have trusted them because they are busy.? It was beautiful and I heard the food was good but I couldn't tell you first hand and I was the bride...

great great upgraded suite... amazing!!!! Well thats it for the good.... leaks in the ceilings, room cleaning terrible, never replenished things like coffee. BIGGEST MESS WITH PAYM...

ENT!!!!.... my card charged 3x all different amounts, mother in laws card charged 3x as well. she was only leaving a deposit. ugh!!!. Endless hours on the phone with hotel, Mariot corporate, and Credit Card companies.

Gaylord Palms. Pam B. and her staff were amazing and ensured that every detail was perfect! Our guests keep commenting that it was the best food and service that they have ever had at a wedding. We can't wait to go back next year and stay at the Gaylord Palms for our anniversary.

hing she can do and start blaming my other vendors for their fail. Its so sad that an excellent venue like Gaylords could slip this, no reason for so poor quality of service my best friend was gonna book this place for her wedding and after this she change of mind. Bridal suite was great food as well. Celebrity services personell - Mandi is excellent !!!!!! The wedding planner .... was ok :/ but she should notice things like this im still crying thinking that my ceremony was ruin in darkness. Will def go back to stay never never again to host an event.

ng!!! We chose the filet and lobster and actually thought the food was even better the day of the wedding than at the testing! It is quite expensive even for a small wedding but if you can afford it, you will be taken care of for sure and you will be happy:)

always quick to respond and email and adjust anything we needed. We were really able to customize our wedding package to fit our needs. Both our coordinator and the hotel staff made us feel special. Thanks to all of their hard work, our day was perfect and there were nice personal touches for us---such as Mr. and Mrs. embroidered pillowcases in the honeymoon sweet that we got to take home with us! I highly recommend Gaylord Palms.

even have our wedding at the hotel but the care and attention to detail we received was amazing. I had my hair and makeup done at their spa, and had a couple's massage afterwards. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Definitely book any group or couple's event at this hotel. It's absolutely perfect!

he beginning. The package for our ceremony and reception was very reasonably priced and the quality was amazing. This is the place to get married if you can afford it. They supply you with a wedding planner, most of the items you need to have your ceremony and reception and the even pay for your custom cake! I couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding than the one I had on June 12th and Gaylord Palms helped me achieve it.

The Gaylord Palms was a fanstastic place for us to have for our weding. We wanted to have an outdoor wedding, but Florida weather is so unpredictable that we fel that the lush land...

scaping inside the hotel (with the glass atrium ceiling) was the best alternative that also had air conditioning! The staff were very friendly and the hotel provided us with a wedding coordinator as part of the package. She was fantastic as well and kept everything runnign smoothly on the day of the event. The hotel comped us a suite for the night and an extra room that we were able to give to friends (for the grooms changing room). The hotel also surprised us with rose petals on the floor leading to the bedroom in the suite and a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Wonderful!
