We are a local bar service on Oahu and Kauai that specializes in 'Farm-to-Cup' beverages, which is very similar to farm to table, just with craft mocktails & cocktails! Prior to every event our team harvests fresh herbs, edible flowers and seasonal fruits from different organic farms around the island. These fruits make our crafted simples, which is our base to every drink we make! All ingredients are fresh, made from scratch and topped off with bubbles! We are from NYC and did a destination wedding, so we had way too many questions about everything and Danielle was always there to respond! We made a few requests from her the day before the wedding and we are beyond THANKFUL for all of her help leading up to the wedding! We were never once worried or stressed working with them. As for the day of the wedding, we rented her pink trailer and it was truly the favorite photo spot for all of our guests! Besides the majestic venue at Paliku Garden, Drink Gazoz was an absolute dream to have at our wedding!!!! Their drinks were DIVINE and absolutely beautiful! They were sooooo fresh & delicious that you won’t even feel hungover the next day! They use local ingredients, organic herbs & edible flowers, and fresh fruits that truly encapsulate the freshness and flavor of Hawaii!!!! Us and our guests won’t stop raving about how delicious the drinks were! We got the Mango Margarita, Dragonfruit Mojito & Pineapple Old fashioned and all drinks were a HIT! From the very beginning, they had made the logistics and planning process so easy- they use a proposal and portal online that is the most user friendly, easy to navigate and has any and all information beyond easy to find. This saves so much sorting and digging for what we need, how much and what was included or not. Not only are these gals the kindest, and sweetest, they know how to take care of a bride and fiancé on wedding day and the weeks leading up. They include a complete shopping list, custom made bar sign, and multiple accessories complimentary - they are truly the greatest at what they do. I could not recommend them more- 20/10 :) thank you ladies for a wonderful experience !

he worked with me to create the perfect cocktails for our day! Gazoz has the most unique cocktails where they are farm to cup. They use fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices to create the perfect drink for our morning ceremony/cocktail hour. Our guests had so many complements on how good the drinks tasted and they loved how pretty they were as well. Both kids and adults were able to enjoy the drinks too because they make both mocktails and cocktails. On top of that, Danielle and her team were so sweet on the day of our wedding; they helped make our day so special! Having Gazoz at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!

e bar that they set up for our wedding was beautiful and all of our guests raved about the tasty drinks. We had a non-alcoholic welcome drink, a cocktail hour drink and two signature cocktails for the reception and they were all amazing! The cute little flower garnishes on every drink took the whole vibe to the next level and a few of our guests even used them to decorate themselves as the night went on. Couldn't imagine a better bar service!

he set up is a decor piece in itself, thanks to all the flowers and vibrant syrups in bottles, and it’s so much more than refreshment - for the guests it’s a fun activity as well! It was so perfect for what we wanted too, since it was daytime with a diverse group of young children/toddlers as well as 30something adult friends and more elderly family members. Because the drinks are gorgeous and delicious and special on their own, kids and older folks who weren’t drinking alcohol could enjoy them too. Then, the alcohol option (we had a vodka to add on and a bubbly to add on) was fun for us adults! Because service included unlimited drinks for everyone, it had great value - i didn’t get any other drinks for that day and guests could got more, repeat use out of a their drinks (having multiple in the course of the event) than the would from, say, a dessert vendor. I hope to have them at another party this coming year as well!

azoz in helping my friend plan her wedding because the aesthetic is jaw-droppingly gorgeous, and the drinks are customized, creative, AND delicious. Plus you are constantly smelling fresh, local edible flowers and herbs. She has great relationships with the local farmers. The decor and drinks would literally hit all five senses if flowers could sing! Her event setups really make any event seem like something straight off of a Pinterest event vision board! Danielle was super attentive and responsive during the whole planning process while we decided on the drink names, types of liquor or champagne we wanted to offer, open bar details, staff required based on the number of guests and all the important details that you try to plan for when piecing together such a special day. The guests had SUCH positive feedback during the event and even afterward + Bride & Groom got head of the line passes 😂and were loving it all night! Plus her bar just makes for yet another perfect backdrop for pictures 🌺 The bartenders were fun and so friendly and somehow made every drink look like a little piece of art from beginning to end.
