We are a husband-and-wife–owned entertainment company based in Los Angeles, curating classy live music for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. We specialize in creating the perfect atmosphere with volume-appropriate background music for cocktail hours, ceremonies, and receptions of all sizes.
Our groups are typically small combos—duos, trios, or quartets—with a jazz-inspired vibe, though we also offer larger bands for high-energy dance parties. While many of our acts resemble traditional jazz bands, our repertoire spans all decades and genres, tailored to each event’s unique style.
Our musicians have performed for a wide range of clients across Southern California and beyond, including Las Vegas, the Bay Area, and even Chicago. Past corporate clients include Netflix, NBCUniversal, Disney, Beam Suntory, Lexus, and American Express, to name a few.

communication from Max was prompt and concise and he also curated a specific experience for us for both our ceremony and reception. From collecting talent to meet our musical preferences and curating a personal playlist, GB Entertainment ensured our experience was true to us and also executed our special songs beyond our expectations. Max really went above and beyond to make sure the day was special for us. Not to mention, how exceptional each individual musician sounded. The dance floor was full the entire evening and we received incredible feedback on the music from our guests. If you’re on the fence between hiring a band or a DJ, the investment was completely worth it and was the highlight of our evening. You won’t regret hiring this team, they’re truly outstanding.

d an additional musician to make his duo a trio with a sax player. The trio for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour were fantastic! They learned how to play Claire de Lune by Debussey for the processional and then played At Last by Aretha Franklin for my walk down the aisle with my father. As for the recessional, they played Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder immediately after our first kiss! It was perfect timing!!
Following the ceremony, GB Duo moved swiftly from the wedding ceremony location to the off-site cocktail / reception location before any guests arrived. It was really impressive. At the cocktail hour, they played smooth and upbeat jazz music and I received many compliments from my guests for their musical talents. Their music really dressed up my wedding day!
