GDG Elevated Events

asy and fun, letting us customize our playlist while also trusting Gabriel’s expertise. Communication was seamless; Gabriel was always quick to respond, super organized, and genuinely excited to make our big day perfect. Gabriel was incredible in determining when was the right time to transition into slow songs or over to a faster beat. He definitely had an eye for how the vibes were happening during those moments. With half of our wedding party being diverse and Latino, we were so impressed by his deep knowledge of the different genres and dances. He effortlessly blended everything together and kept the dance floor packed all night long to the point that no one wanted the wedding to end! The photobooth was such a hit! Our guests had a blast, and we it was the perfect touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and team. If you want your wedding to be unforgettable, hire Gabriel—you won’t regret it!

he relatable, fun, passionate and full of energy, but his knowledge of music is unmatched. Gabe was the first and only DJ we talked to, and we immediately felt a connection—it was like chatting with an old friend! Our wedding had a diverse crowd with varying ages and musical tastes, and we were initially worried that not everyone would enjoy the music. But Gabe expertly mixed all genres, keeping the dance floor going all night long! His 360 video booth was a HUGE hit, and the reel he created for us, showcasing the best moments, was so appreciated. Gabe's planning app was a game-changer, making the entire process smooth and informative. During our 30-day call, he gently guided us on how to enhance the energy of the evening, and I’m so glad we listened! Adding a game turned out to be a fantastic decision that everyone loved. Plus, his DJ party panel for our slideshow paired with our special song from 1992 was the perfect touch during our slow dance. Gabe's team was incredibly professional, and he handled the MC duties like a pro, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. We continue to receive countless compliments not just about the music but about how amazing Gabe was throughout the night. Working with Gabe was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We are his #1 fans and wholeheartedly support him—if you're looking for a DJ who will elevate your event and create unforgettable memories, look no further than Gabe at GDG Elevated Events! We can’t recommend him highly enough!

ted Events is the one to choose. You will not regret it! Thanks again, Gabriel. I'm so glad you and your team were a part of our special day!!

pproach and expertise shone brightly. Gabriel curated the perfect ambiance for our wedding, offering invaluable musical guidance that shaped our entire day. The quality of Gabriel's equipment matched his professionalism, with a DJ booth that added a touch of sophistication, complete with our custom logo. Every member of the team, including Jazmine and Jaime, exuded professionalism. Gabriel's attention to detail was evident in his attire, aligning perfectly with our wedding colors. As an MC, Gabriel kept our guests entertained with engaging games and ensured everyone had a blast at the photo booth, even providing us with copies of all the photos. The overall experience exceeded expectations, worth every penny and more. If you're seeking a DJ who embodies professionalism, thoughtfulness, trustworthiness, and unparalleled industry knowledge, look no further than Gabriel and GDG.

our wedding day. James was our dj and he pretty much became everyone’s bestie by the end of the night. Everyone had a great time! GDG has so much to offer and a lot of great add on options. We added the photo booth and guest book. Our guest added pictures from the Photo Booth and signed it - it’s a nice keepsake! We highly recommend GDG!

d we cannot speak highly enough of his services. Gabriel's use of an app for music selection was not only innovative but also made the process incredibly fun and collaborative. We were able to work seamlessly with our DJ, my now-husband, our wedding coordinator, and others to create the perfect soundtrack for our special day. What truly impressed us was Gabriel's attention to detail and the wide range of extra services he offered. From breathtaking lighting effects to engaging games for our guests, he went above and beyond to make our event extraordinary. Gabriel's professionalism and creativity shone through in every aspect of his work. One aspect that stood out to us was Gabriel's respect for our preferences and desires. He always sought our permission before allowing others to take microphone time, ensuring that our day was exactly how we envisioned it. We highly recommend Gabriel and GDG Elevated Events to anyone in need of a top-notch wedding DJ and MC. He exceeded our expectations and played a significant role in making our wedding day truly magical. Thank you, Gabriel, for your outstanding service and dedication to making our day perfect!

s very detail focused and we could tell he wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. The day of he and his team were ready to go, knew the venue, had mics and sound ready and tested, got in touch with my officiant, readers, etc to make sure everything was perfect for the ceremony. The preparation continued through dinner and the reception; the sound was great, speeches went perfect. We loved the DJ booth set up, and the lighting added so much to the space. The planning app we used to add all of our details, song requests and timeline was very easy to use and made planning start to finish a breeze. Gabriel does have a ton of recommendations for songs and games which we didn't really need to use but would be nice to have for others. Overall everyone had a great time and we danced the night away! We would definitely recommend GDG, our only bit of advice is to be clear on what you want throughout the day/night, ask for specific songs, ask for more song selections in the planning app, be clear on your timeline and needs and they will make it happen.

s company offers and once we decided to go with them we were asked to download an app which allowed us to go through questions about my wife and I, the wedding party, the other vendors, any need to know information, things we liked about previous weddings, things we didn’t like, etc. They really want to know who all is going to be involved in your day to give the smoothest ceremony and reception possible. It was great! They also had different sections you can add music too and he helps you get together a timeline. He offers games as well that you can play, or fun dances you might not have thought of! Gabriel and his team were definitely a huge part of our wedding and everyone had a blast! Gabriel does great with following up throughout the process to see if you have questions or need help. He was helpful in our final call before the wedding, just getting all the details down that we had and finalizing our timeline. He also asks you what kind of crowd you’ll have to see if you have a lot of dancers or if it’s more chill. It was a question I hadn’t heard before and was grateful he asked! It seemed he wanted to make sure we have the day we envisioned. We definitely wanted to have a party and GDG delivered! We also got the Photo Booth which was a hugeee hit! Our wedding was at Artspace111 and he was a preferred DJ with them. I highly recommend going with GDG Elevated Events if you want to have a great time with no worries!

t Gabriel helped us with figuring everything out. The mobile app is very easy to use and makes coordination a lot easier, and Gabriel is always there if we have any questions. Everything went super smoothly and the GDG team made our big day absolutely perfect! We also added a mirror photo-booth, flower backdrop, up lights and virtual guest book other than the basic DJ/MC service. Sure, those are not cheap, but it’s money well spent in our opinion, every guest has a lot of fun with the photobooth, and up light is just beautiful. We highly recommend having GDG host your next event and you will not be disappointed!

ed. I cannot rave enough about them! We have received compliments on our music and entertainment weeks and weeks after our wedding and I guarantee people will bring up what a great time they had at our wedding for a long time to come! Don't think about it anymore, just book GDG!

night away on our wedding, and Gabriel absolutely delivered! SO many of our friends and family came up to us throughout the night saying it was the most fun wedding they'd ever been to! It was really awesome that he also took requests from our friends throughout the night as they thought of so many awesome songs that everyone loved. We really liked using his app to help us plan the timeline for the night and select music for specific moments as it made things feel so personal and felt the "vibe" of the night be really cohesive. At times when we were doing planning meetings we didn't fully appreciate the level of detail that Gabriel was going into, but his expertise and experience is truly second to none. I also loved how clean and professional his setup is! We actually opted for a second music set-up for our cocktail hour area which also made things really fun. We also opted for additional uplighting and had the custom monogram our wedding planner created projected onto the dance floor, which seem like such small details but it gave the night such an elevated feel. We cannot recommend Gabriel enough for anyone's wedding or event!

and beyond to make things right. Not only did he make things right, he then exceeded all expectations. He was so kind, listened, and even hand delivered a photobook with all of the photos to our house. Gabriel's customer service is absolutely phenomenal.

were reflecting after the fact that our one regret for our own wedding 16 years ago was that we didn’t invest in a good DJ. Because when you do, they are able to set the tone for the whole reception. And let me tell, the tone that was set by GDG WAS SO, SO MUCH FUN! There were sweet moments and funny moments, but mostly just lots of people being prompted to have a blast the whole night. We didn’t want it to end. My family admittedly is a bit awkward and can be tough to get out of their shell, but I’ve never seen so many smiling and laughing faces out there on the dance floor. Additionally, the videos GDG took and posted on social media was an added bonus too. So fun to have those videos to look back on. Truly grateful for the all the fun memories you were able to create that night and we would highly, highly recommend you to others!

vel of value completely defied my expectations. But, GDG Elevated Events provides much more than your typical DJ services. Not only does Gabriel have such an encouraging and personable attitude, but he utilizes a custom planning app that went way beyond planning the soundtrack for the day. I was able to really conceptualize the flow of my wedding and determine what schedule felt most authentic to me and my husband's vision, while also deciding what song(s) I wanted to play during each moment! Gabriel was not able to DJ my wedding due to already being committed to another, but who he sent in his stead, James, was full of positive energy and did a great job being the emcee and DJ for the best day of my life. The sound quality was great, the white DJ booth was classy, and James kept everyone dancing right up until the last minute. I really couldn't recommend GDG Elevated Events more!!

festive. He uses an app that allows collaboration between himself, the client, and any other necessary vendors to run extremely smoothly. He tailored the music to our intercultural wedding, and the dance floor was never empty. He pieced together our first dance medley from four songs that we chose and it was seamless!!!! His energy and enthusiasm kept the atmosphere vibrant. He also provided lighting and a selfie station, which were instrumental in providing a celebratory atmosphere for our reception. He was even able to give us great advice about our floor plan because he has so much experience and pays attention to details. You can tell he loves his job so much. He is a pleasure to work with! We have had many compliments since our wedding about how fun it was and we couldn't agree more. Thanks, Gabriel!

our "vibe" and we would walk away not having as much fun as we'd like. Nope! WE HAD A BLAST! Gabriel put his heart and soul into getting to know my husband and I, the kind of music we liked, the kind of "party" we wanted, and what our guests would want too. Gabriel introduced us to the custom planning app which was SO nice and easy to plan dances (1st dance, father/daughter, etc), must-play song choices, fun games, big moments (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc), and so much more. Communication was never an issue. It took so much stress away from the reception part of the wedding planning. A lot of the music we wanted was Latin-themed and throwback 2000s hip hop. The music he chose for us, the professional DJ set up (the white facade looked amazing), the fun dance party lights, and the sound quality for our cocktail hour and reception were fabulous - Gabriel had everybody up, dancing, and having a blast! He did a fantastic job entertaining my guests - they could not stop talking about how cool and down-to-earth our DJ was. Gabriel was overall an extremely professional and kind individual to work with and he truly cared about making our cocktail hour and reception at the Amon Carter Center at Lena Pope the best it could be! I would 10/10 recommend booking GDG for your wedding!

smiss tables for our buffet and he was very comical. The whole crowd loved him and he bantered with our guests! For entertainment during the wedding, he hosted a bridal party musical chairs that was also a huge hit. We added on the bubbles feature including smoke bubble and it was the most memorable effect at our wedding! Guests have continuously commented on how cool their photos came out. Planning up to the wedding was very easy and thorough with Gabriel directly. The GDG app made it so easy to select our wedding preferred playlist along the planning process. We highly recommend working with the GDG team!

mooth wedding day. Also, HIGHLY recommend the package with the photo booth. People loved it!!

the important moments highlighted with the perfect music. James was our DJ for the night, and he was great! Not overbearing, and made everyone want to be on the dance floor (he even joined in). We booked the photobooth as well, which was a big hit. All the props and mirror camera made for a great time. If you are looking for a wedding DJ, book with them!!

the best vendors I have ever used. He is very organized and knowledgeable about the flow of each type of event I have hired him for. He has a fantastic app where you can add in your music selections for each phase of your event. He is an excellent communicator and is very thorough. Whether it's a Zoom meeting, phone call or email, he's always been very responsive. His state-of-the-art DJ system set-up, custom uplighting, mirror photobooth, professional appearance, and upbeat energy are just wonderful! He was the best vendor as far as collaboration goes and he took a TON of stress off us with his ability to work with our wedding planner and all other vendors we had. You will have made the best decision in hiring him and his team - they will not let you down!

process to help us choose songs, plan highlight moments, and made sure every question was answered along the way. We had an outstanding vendor team and so happy that GDG was part of that team. He was very thorough in making sure our day ran as smoothly as it possibly could. You will be in great hands with GDG.

able to easily figure out what we wanted and the order we wanted it in; along with adding songs based on our music preference! Gabriel was able to meet/zoom with us a couple of times to go over details and answer any questions we had, he was also able to respond fairly quickly to any texts throughout the process. The availability was honestly amazing! The day of, Gabriel was really able to surprise! He dressed very professionally and even to our color scheme, the flexibility with time when photos took too long or removing a category from the timeline was very stress-free. He definitely helped make our day that much more special and we are truly grateful for it!

He had taken the time to know our names and checked in with us and other family members several times before, during and after the reception to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. That personal touch was evident all through the evening as he led in very creative ways to engage all of those attending the wedding. He had previously communicated with the bride and groom to assist in selecting the music mix and activities that he led to make the evening so much fun and very engaging. The quality of his sound equipment was amazing as well as the special lighting that he supplied. Gabriel arrived early to set up and was very organized in implementing the details so that everything ran smoothly. In the words of one of the guests, “What a party! I’ve been to a lot of weddings and Gabriel was the BEST DJ EVER!!!”

equests and the games we played were so fun and he really helped to move the night along! The team was also very easy to communicate with leading up to the event and offered lots of unique ideas for the reception.

endors. He communicated with us in detail throughout the entire process and worked with us to help create the vision we had for our wedding. He played exactly what we were hoping to hear and created a very lively party for us, our guests loved him! Thank you Gabriel for being such a fantastic DJ and vendor for us, we couldn't have done it without you!

and keeping our guests entertained. We highly recommend using GDG for anyone else planned their wedding.

stomizable app that you can add all of the music you would like and plan things out super easy! He collaborated with our vendors as well so we weren't having to go back and forth with information. He offers an array of services such as custom lighting, special effects, video projection, etc! We highly recommend GDG Elevated Events for your next wedding or event!

an important part for the perfect day. As soon as I met with Gabriel I knew he was our guy. Gabriel was so professional and helpful. He made our wedding day the best day we’ve ever had. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend GDG Elevated events for any DJ needs.

een what it was without him! We will be using for any future events as well!!

se of Blues Dallas and Gabe went above and beyond our expectations. The House of Blues, while an incredible venue to host a wedding, is a unique venue for vendors like GDG to work within. Gabe installed a mirror ball on the ceiling that was recessed with rafters, plumbing and electrical throughout. Challenging to say the least but Gabe solved the puzzle and got it hung - just like my daughter envisioned. Gabe took good care of us throughout planning, setup and event day. Communicating throughout and adjusting to our changing requests without batting an eye. He takes pride in his work and delivering top notch service and it shows! If you’re planning an event and are in need of an awesome DJ who cares about his clients, Gabe and GDG should be your number 1 choice. Thank you Gabe!

to party! Music was amazing and everyone loved them

to know us before the big day. He gave us such great ideas to use in our wedding like creative games that were a big success at our wedding. The music was great and everyone had a hard time staying off the dance floor. We also did the PhotoBooth and it was such a fun activity. Gabriel’s team even created a custom boarder for our special day! Seriously I highly recommend working with Gabriel and his team you will have an amazing time!!

t a timeline of events, creating a monogram, and selecting up lighting for the event. He captivated the crowd. His passion and gift of music and entertainment truly shines through. It is no wonder his business is called, Elevated Events. Photography - Twinty Photography Venue - Hotel Drover

with. From the moment we found him we knew we made the right choice. He was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His enthusiasm and outgoing personality combined with his knowledge of a variety of music made him the perfect DJ for our wedding. Gabriel has an amazing DJ setup. He has great speakers and really nice lighting. We loved his lighting! His equipment is what every event needs to provide the final, finishing touches. He worked collaboratively with our wedding planner and venue. Hiring a DJ with plenty of experience was the best decision. He covered all the bases. Thinking of things, that didn’t even cross our mind. He was perfect! All appointments were done with both the bride and groom. But the bride had some secret surprises for the groom and Gabriel was the best at executing the changes. He’s very knowledgeable, outgoing, knows music, and is a great communicator. We were very blessed to have Gabriel DJ our wedding. He made sure that everyone was having a wonderful time dancing, singing, and celebrating our perfect day! From young to mature- Gabriel played music that fit our vibe, but that also included all of our guests. It was the perfect night- thanks to Gabriel.

ther turning on us. Despite the all-day rain, the no-show person of contact, Gabriel took these extra responsibilities to such great lengths that I, as the bride, never realized that our person of contact was a no-show. Gabriel handled the unexpected, the added responsibility of handling vendors, directing guests and wedding party members, as well as the MC responsibilities. He did an amazing job. Our song list was fantastic, the lighting beautiful and his personality, as well as his organized, calm demeanor, helped a very stressed-out bride. His personalized event plan was extensive and detailed. At first, I was unsure how to go about any of it, however, Gabriel walked me and my husband through everything, answered every question, responded quickly when we had a sudden change or music request, and did everything we asked, adding suggestions and advice. His experience is invaluable and professionalism evident in every detail and comment. He cares and you will know he does by how open he is about the process and how flexible he is because he wants what you want: to have an amazing event with the people you love, untethered from the stress of logistics! Go with Gabriel and DJ GoGo and you won’t go wrong!

doing. You could just tell that he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We received so many compliments on the music- the dinner music worked perfect, the dance floor was lively, and he threw in some music that he knew would fit well with our personalities- namely, our college fight songs! Thanks a ton Go DJ Go!! You are the best!

Equiptment is nice looking and subtle to go beautifully with any party decor, the volume was perfect, he was timely and professional. He even gave me some pointers when I needed to add in some important details to our party. Entertainment is something I learned the hard way that you must invest on if you want everyone dancing and having fun. Gabriel was definitely worth it and helped make our party a success and super memorable. Thanks Gabriel.

how he interacted with us and our guest at the wedding and even threw in some extra fun stuff! Photo booth is worth every penny! Don’t miss out on the fun with your family and friends.

t everyone on the dance floor, even our grandparents! He provided custom mix services on our first dance and father/daughter dance (which was awesome since the songs we chose were a little long), and he provided uplighting services that highlighted the colors we chose for our wedding. Finally, you should definitely to use one of his games!! The musical chairs/scavenger hunt game was a major hit, and we received so many compliments that this game was a blast! You can’t go wrong with choosing Gabriel as your wedding DJ, and I would recommend him to anyone!

nk you Gabe!

ning your music selection a breeze. Not only that but he helped tremendously with my timeline and offered support with small details for my ceremony and reception. Our wedding went smoothly and the guests left with an awesome wedding experience. If you don’t want an average boring wedding then you need to hire Go DJ Go to take it up a notch!

a band the sound mix can be hard to get right and it can make or break the performance. Gabriel did an excellent job of producing the right sound mix for the ceremony & made me sound much better than I actually do. He was also very entertaining as the reception MC/game host & his music mix was enjoyed by everyone. Excellent DJ. Very professional. Great to work with!

me that had the guests (and us) laughing our Spanx off. Thanks for making our reception so memorable!

wedding date due to Covid and finally her New Year’s Eve 2020 wedding, Gabriel was always helpful and responsive. He was a wonderful guide always asking good questions and really getting to know the bride and groom. Gabriel gave wonderful advice and responded to changing plans (Covid, last minute celebrity congratulations video, moving an outdoor ceremony indoors because of inclement weather) with tremendous patience and understanding. In addition to his attention to detail and skilled presentation, Gabriel was FUN and kept the guests on the dance floor! I definitely plan to hire GoDJGo again for future events.
