My husband and I got married on September 16th, 2023 at the Windham Manor and were beyond grateful to have had Courtney as our videographer for our special day. We were recommended to use Courtney from a friend who got previously married at the Windham Manor in 2022 and WOW, she was not wrong about how amazing Courtney is and how great of a job she does. Courtney is SO fun, nice, passionate and creative. You can tell how passionate she is about capturing all of the special moments. She brings out the best in you as a couple and makes the day even more fun than it already was. Courtney created such an incredible, fun, and memorable video for us to watch and relive our amazing day. Courtney worked extremely well with our photographer throughout the day which makes things a lot easier and less stressful for all. She is super outgoing and we felt like we were best friends since the second she got there! Her work is beautiful and such high quality. We highly recommend using Courtney for any special occasion! Courtney and Loraleah are amazing. Coming from the U.K. to have our wedding in Lake Placid presented significant challenges in terms of communication. However, Courtney was a dream to have on our side. She understood our requirements from the get go, following us on our “adventure shoot” the day before and nailing the wider brief of the wedding day. She also organised a “second shooter” in Loraleah who was a perfect compliment. Both were very professional but blended into the “family vibe” our trip needed. The outputs are fabulous, we are over the moon with our pictures (video to follow) which was provided in an easily accessible means in a prompt timeline. My wife and I highly recommend Geist House.

I hired Courtney as my videographer for our wedding on June 5, 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding! She was very prompt in her responses from the beginning and was really easy to communicate with while planning a wedding during a pandemic. She was very friendly and brought great energy the day of our wedding that made you feel confident in the work she was going to do and she did not disappoint. She was there throughout the day from getting ready in the bridal suite to the bouquet toss and dancing at the reception. Just about three months after our wedding we received the final video and WOW it was above and beyond what we were hoping for. Her editing skills are amazing and we loved how she weaved portions of the various speeches and ceremony throughout the video. Her transitions were seamless and she really did capture just about every detail, event, and emotion from the day. In addition, she captured most of our guests which is great to remember everyone that was there celebrating with us. We are so happy with our choice to hire Courtney because we now have an amazing video to relive our special day for our lifetime! I would highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!
