ere told a TA can have access to certain sales, make sure the price doesn't go down, send us personal photos etc. So a few days later I reached out to Maria to book. She was very responsive and got us booked quick. That's about the only positive I can say. After we booked we were told we would get a confirmation for our records and it never came. I emailed asking for it and she said she was just getting back from a bridal show and would check. Still nothing. I emailed 3 days later asking again (never responded) 2 days later my fiancé emailed and she finally responded and sent it and said it was a computer "error". Fast forward 2 months later I emailed asking about a service add on for the airport (No response) I emailed her again 5 days later saying I was disappointed in the service and responsiveness from her. She responded that she was assisted other travelers and other excuses but assured us we would be a priority when we were on our trip. She said she was going to Sandals South Coast next week and will send us her photos and experience the service "add on" I inquired about and will let me know. (Take a guess, this information NEVER came) So fast forward now 3 months and we had to email her to remind her that our money was due and we needed to know how to pay. She claimed she had sent it, but must have been a computer "error" again. Asked again about the service "add on" (NO response again) Asked for our final confirmation (no response) 1 week later asked not so nicely for a confirmation and she claims she already sent it. ( I really question if she "faked" a forwarded message. My fiancé and I both were on the email and it was no where in our inbox. Anyways, she finally mailed out our final confirmation it was another "error". So after such horrendous service, I was kind of interested to see how things would be on our trip, since she claimed she was always busy assisting travelers. Guess what?! We didn't hear a word. Nothing! Not even hope you have a great trip. Oh, and on our way back we had a 50 min layover INCLUDING going through customs and literally had to sprint through the airport with seconds left. So that was poor planning. So my word of advice is do NOT use this company. Or at least don't use Maria. I spoke to someone who knows the owner and has always had a good experience, but this was absolutely dreadful. Just save yourself the stress and book the trip yourself. Sandals was great!

After nixing the wedding in a different country and deciding on Florida instead, we stuck with Maria to help with our honeymoon. We had both never been out of the country so it seemed like a travel agent would be helpful. As we were choosing between resorts we did not have too many troubles, Maria was relatively helpful despite some delays in response time. At first I tried to ignore it, with her telling me that she was very busy helping other clients which had issues due to weather,etc. I thought that was reassuring that she would be so helpful when we had our trip. After putting down our initial payment and confirming our selections, there was some downtime, which is to be expected where nothing else was needing to be done. After a few months when we were getting closer to our wedding and honeymoon, I decided that I wanted to reach out to Maria to try to confirm everything again. After several calls and emails with no response over a course of a month, we finally got through to another woman with the company, Karen, who said she would have Maria reach out to us. Instead of calling us, like she should have, Maria decided she would text myself and my mother back to address our concerns, which IMO is taking the easy way out. In addition to just texting us, the excuses to why she did not return my calls or emails were piling up. This included claiming that she had no calls or emails in her system, almost to say that I did not try to reach her or it was my fault. As a person who works directly with complaints and customer service on a daily basis, I am one to try to give people the benefit of the doubt and not be 'that customer' but the service provided during the months leading up to the wedding/honeymoon was horrendous and I cannot believe that this company can stay in business treating people like that.I had to be the one to initiate getting her the final payment in time, again very slow on responding. It seemed like I had to beg to get her to take my money! Once paid, again delay on when I would be getting travel documents from her. I would not be so upset about the delay if she would have just been up front with me on when she would respond. She was constantly telling me she would respond or do something on one day and it would never be done when she said it would. I would be fine if she told me it would take longer and just be upfront so I would actually know when to expect it. I did get the travel documents in a nice bag which was about the best thing we go from this company but as first time international travelers, she did a very poor job at trying to be there to answer questions and give us advice. She sent me an email with a few tips for the trip also asking me to send her a copy of our wedding invite for complimentary services at Sandals, when I responded to this email with the invite I got an out of office reply from her email saying she would be out of the office right when we were leaving on the trip and that she would have limited access to email and phone. She never warned me or gave me another person to reach before hand, I just had to find out from an automated email. Sent the info to the other person, never got comp. services. I could go on... BAD BAD BAD, STAY AWAY!
