Gem Design Jewelers

We got my engagement ring from Gem Design and knew then we'd go back there for our wedding bands. We wanted custom designed, matching, platinum bands and we got a beautiful set. Jeremy at Gem Design listened to our ideas and came up with a design and made a wax model. We approved the model and he cast our rings. The first time I saw the rings in platinum I wasn't very happy, they didn't look as I had envisioned. But he wanted to make them perfect and reworked them per my feedback several times until they were perfect. The service is above and beyond. I felt I was being fussy and probably was but the whole time they told me they would keep working on them until I was happy and that I could always change my mind and get totally different bands if I wanted. They even offered to let me get married with the bands and try them out and come back and get something else if I still wasn't used them. I am so happy they were so great. I almost scrapped my vision and went with very simple bands but we stuck with it and in the end we have exactly the wedding bands we wanted. The service at Gem Design is excellent. And the value is great too. I felt we paid a very very fair price. Would highly recommend and will be going to Gem Design for any find jewelry needs I ever have in the future!
