Our lead planner is a certified wedding planner, designer, and timeline creator through The Bridal Society, and we are proud to continue our education each and every day, to best serve our incredible clients.

There are many vendors out there that offer the same services, but Denise from Gems & Joy is nothing like the rest. We decided to move forward with our wedding even during Covid-19 b/c Denise was right there to see us through it and to help find the best ways to keep our loved ones safe. If you are looking for someone who will be a friend, a planner and support system on the best day of your life, then this is this vendor for you.

I was on the fence for a year whether or not to hire a day-of-coordinator and WOW am I so thankful and glad I did! I seriously cannot imagine what my day would have been like without Denise and her assistant there to keep things moving forward ...

From her bridal emergency kit (that thing seriously had EVERYTHING in it) and picking up our decor at the end of the evening, to adding last minute touches and helping the bridal party know what to do at the ceremony, everything went 10x smoother with Denise there. I truly believe my wedding wouldn't have been as great as it was without her positivity and expertise.

go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. She pays attention to all the little details and takes care of them so you can relax on your special day. I don't think my wedding would have been as perfect as it was without the help of Denise.

Gems and Joy did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding at IMU. For a day of coordinator, I feel that Denise went above and beyond! I am definitely a last minute planner but she helped keep me more on task with the months and weeks ...
leading up to the big day. As organized as I thought I was, there were definitely several things I hadn't considered or planned for. I was a lot more at ease on the day of our wedding knowing that Denise was running the show. I had no idea how the months of planning would come together but when I walked into the ballroom- WOW! She really did an amazing job coordinating all our vendors and I had very few questions coming at me the day of. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gems and Joy for anybody's wedding. And in hindsight, I wish I would have had her do more than just the day of coordinating.

I was a guest at a baby shower planned by Gems and Joy. A friend hosted the event at her house. The two ladies planning did an excellent job with literally all facets of this party. It ran so smoothly. One cleaned up after our delicious tacos a...
nd continued to maintain any guest needs during the shower. Another lady hosted some very cute and funny baby shower games and the evening moved right along. I appreciated the adorable handmade game board and realized how much personal effort Denise had put into all of this. It made it that much more special to me. At the end of the shower these two dedicated ladies stayed long after all the guests had gone home and literally cleaned the house to leave everything the way they found it when they arrived, if not better! I'm not sure you can get such wonderful service like that from everybody! Thank you for making this event such a special one!
