After months of searching for the perfect sapphire for my engagement ring, I finally found the perfect one, all thanks to Ernie! I reached out to GemsNY months into my search after figuring out exactly what I wanted, but not finding it anywhere. I do not live in New York City or anywhere close, so I was unable to ever go in and see the stone, which made me very nervous, but after phone calls and several pictures sent over the course of a month, I finally decided on a stone and just received it yesterday. Being able to see and compare the stones in person was crucial to choosing the right one, and Ernie made that possible. He made me feel confident and put me at ease about my final choice. The whole process from browsing the website to scheduling the appointment, viewing the stones, and making the final purchase felt very smooth and was handled professionally. Absolutely stunning! We are absolutely coming back for earrings and bracelets. We purchased 3 rings altogether and they are each gorgeous. Great care - and awesome customer support and service through the entire process. The Ceylon sapphire is beautiful and the diamond setting sparkles from every angle. The matching diamond band is perfect, and they took care to make certain all of the stones on the engagement-style ring and band aligned perfectly. We also ordered a separate diamond contour band for a ring we already own, and with a simple picture of our ring, they perfectly matched the contour band to it. Highly recommend!
