I had a fantastic experience at Gemstone Creations. After doing hours of research on different jewelry shops in Fredericksburg, I decided to purchase my fiance's engagement ring from Linda at Gemstone Creations. I first came to their shop to preview engagement rings and ask if they would be willing to set a stone I had purchased from an online vendor. They were extremely helpful, gave me all the information I needed on the components of a ring, and made me feel cared for as a customer. Perhaps the best thing about my visit that day was that I never felt like I was being sold anything. I left the shop knowing I would be back to make the official purchase. About a week later, I went back to Gemstone Creations with my stone and purchased the engagement ring. Just two weeks after that, they were finished with it and it looked beautiful! Since giving it to my fiance, she loves the ring and we have gotten many comments on how beautiful it is. Thank you Linda and the team at Gemstone Creations for not only creating a beautiful ring, but helping me in a way that made me feel like I was very cared for and valued as a customer. My fiance and I will definitely be back soon to purchase our wedding bands!
