We used General Rental Center for tent, fan, dance floor, table, and chair rentals for our outdoor wedding this summer and they were excellent to work with. We had no idea what we would be able to fit in our back yard and Nicole was super helpful in not only sending someone out to measure and recommend a tent size, but then also coming up with a layout and table sizes that could accommodate the number of guests we were expecting. The installation crew were really respectful of our property and double checked everything with us before finalizing locations of anything and staking it to make sure we were 100% happy with it all. They also took the time to show us how the sides on the tent worked so that we could open and close them as desired depending on how the weather ended up being on the day of the wedding. They were really flexible about adding and removing items too, much more than I expected them to be! 100% would recommend!!

General Rental Center provided several items for my wife and my wedding recently. Everything arrived on time, was set up properly, and was accounted for in our order. Nicole worked directly with me in the planning process, providing options and insight to help provide us with the best event we possibly could have. Everything was in good shape and looked awesome and worked properly. They even gave us a credit back when some items weren't used but had been on the contract! Would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service and product. Courtney and the team were so easy to work with! Set-up and take-down were a breeze and I loved having one stop for the tent, tables, chairs, and linens. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience for our wedding. All the chairs, tables, linens arrived before the estimated time and were laid out where we could set up the venue VERY easily. Since our wedding was at the end of October, we rented heaters and propane. General Rental contacted Lewis Family Farms months prior to our wedding to lay out how the heaters will be set up and made the owners of the farm very comfortable with the process. Would not rent anywhere else. If you have a wedding, put your mind at rest and rent from General Rental. The best.

General Rental was amazing to work with. From day 1 my husband and I felt confident with our decision to work with Nicole and her crew. I probably changed our tent layout ten times and even made a request the day before our wedding day and the staff was able to make it happen. Nicole was very organized, the tent was very clean, and the process was just overall easy and we couldn't have been more grateful for an awesome experience.

I was so pleased with how friendly and helpful this group was. I worked directly with Heather. There was never a time a question went unanswered or any other form of confusion. The Venue I used was also very pleased with their set up and break down services. I will definitely be using them again as well as referring them.

I was very picky about what my tent was going to look like as we were having a upscale garden wedding. General Rental's tents are VERY affordable, and so beautiful. We had so many compliments on how beautiful and clean the tent looked. We paid a little under $1400 for a 40 x 60 tent, a dance floor, side walls with the beautiful windows, and a large fan. It was worth it!

I enjoyed working with the team. They were prompt in getting back to me with pricing and solving any issue that presented itself. I loved the linens, white chairs and the plates and silverware we rented, everything was in good condition!
