Genesis Ranch is a new, family-owned wedding venue in Rosemount, MN, just minutes south of St. Paul. This magnificent 26-acre property adjoins the beautiful Spring Lake Park Reserve. It boasts lovely fields full of flowers, a network of well-maintained walking trails, a butterfly way-station, a delightfully rustic cocktail barn, and a recently renovated 1919 cowboy-chic Retreat Home which houses the spacious Bridal Suite as well as the Bunkhouse Groom's Suite with a spacious wrap-around porch where you and your loved ones can relax, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings prior to the wedding celebration. Genesis Ranch offers one day as well as overnight and fully inclusive weekend wedding packages with lodging for 10 for those who wish to spend the night or the entire weekend, while hosting their grooms dinner prior and/or gift opening post. Genesis Ranch has spectacular indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Meadow ceremony site sits amidst a lush five-acre meadow. It has a stage and bench seating, and the bordering trees create the perfect natural backdrop. The fabulous Eagles Peak Pavilion is the ideal setting for an upscale reception and features a stunning floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a dance floor, a bar area, and seating for up to 200 guests; complete with white enclosure in case of inclement weather! The Wildflower ceremony site is conveniently located steps from the pavilion and is the perfect wooded backdrop for your ceremony. The Bunkhouse and the entire main level of the Retreat Home are available to use as get-ready areas. The cocktail barn built in 1919 has been renovated just slightly to provide a casual space for guest to grab a drink and chat at one of the rustic cocktail tables or bars. There is also a fire pit, a two-acre lawn that’s great for yard games, and lots to see and explore! Genesis Ranch invites you and your loved ones to enjoy a relaxing, one-of-a-kind wedding experience. Package features include full use of the property, catering provided by A’BriTin Catering, on-site parking, and a dedicated Genesis Ranch team member to help coordinate your event and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Melissa is married to her husband Joe, has 3 three children and grew up in Minnesota. She been a therapist in private practice, a business consultant and proud venue owner! Melissa dreamt of owning her own wedding and event venue for many years and finally in 2021 Genesis Ranch came into fruition. Melissa loves love, is passionate about partnering with couples from all walks of life to create unforgettable once in a lifetime experiences. Melissa's lifetime career as a therapist, has equipped her with the ability to provide a calm and serene space for couples to make all of their wedding dreams come true!

ore leftover that we had to clean up, but overall we were really happy with our choice! They set things up exactly the way we asked and we had no problems. They also recently upgraded their bathrooms which was a wonderful surprise!

ng ready, ceremony, reception) can be done right on site and all of the spaces indoors and outdoors are so well maintained. Even though it was a bit colder than we’d hoped on our wedding day, Genesis Ranch had everything we needed to keep our guests comfortable, from closing the pavilion curtains and keeping space heaters going to tending a bonfire all night for guests to enjoy. Finally, Melissa, Joe, and their team were absolute gems to work with. You can really tell that they love what they do and put their hearts into making the whole process and big day special for their couples!

ful throughout the entire process and on the wedding day. The grounds are stunning, and we received countless compliments from our guests about their experience with the venue staff. It’s truly a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding. Having access to the entire property throughout the day, including a dedicated space for getting ready, was incredibly convenient. We also had guests with accessibility needs, and the availability of a golf cart was a huge help. One thing to note is that the venue requires using A'BriTin Catering, but we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of This Little Piggy. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the meal. It was definitely a highlight of the night! Another huge plus was how reasonable the pricing was for everything that was included. Given the stunning location, full-day access to the property, and the level of service we received, we felt like we got an incredible value. My only two very small concerns were the restroom facilities and the pathway to the pavilion. The venue uses port-a-potties, which we were aware of in advance, but we didn’t fully realize how challenging it would be for some older guests until the day of the wedding. I worked with Melissa to arrange access to the house bathroom for certain guests, but I later heard that the lack of permanent restrooms was a drawback for some. Similarly, we knew the path to the pavilion was crushed gravel, but it wasn’t until the wedding day that we realized it was difficult for some guests to walk on. That oversight is on us, but it’s something to consider for future couples. That said, Melissa and Joe are incredibly open to feedback and continuously improving the venue since it’s still relatively new. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them make enhancements in the future!

US and so well kept. The getting ready spaces are also perfectly maintained and such cute spaces for getting ready. The only qualm we had was not getting to choose our own catering as they are partnered with Abritin, but in the grand scheme of things it is a nominal complaint. 10/10 reccomend Genesis Ranch!
