Epoch Catering (The service and the food was delicious, unique, and tasty just what we wanted, – A Lot of talk about the Beautiful Charcuterie Board). Each guest had their own personal favorite of the 3 meats we selected and another appetizer favorite was the Southwestern Style Egg Rolls with Chipotle Aioli Dip, the best! We had an event planner to work in conjunction with Epoch. It was a fabulous day!

I originally found Genesys through The Knot, and at first everything seemed perfect. Too good to be true. It was. The coordinator was difficult to work with and pushed us off to an associate, who was able to help us, but tried to over charge us. She didn't offer "wedding planning assistance" or "day of assistance" as the contract stated she would, because she was never even there the day of! When asking about the room layout and where to place tables and other things, she had no idea, and we had to hope for the best. Thankfully, it worked out, thanks to the knot's seating chart, I was able to get the room dimensions and figure out what would work. We got two meal choices, one under twenty dollars ($20) and one over twenty dollars ($20), and she tried to charge us the higher price for both, which was never stated in the contract. It would have cost us an additional four hundred dollars ($400) for no reason. I made sure we were charged the correct price for everything. At the reception, one of our tables didn't even get food (we had plated, preassigned meals), and we had to go look for a waitress to get them their food. The venue was beautiful, but the staff is no help, and you really have to watch what they try to charge you.

Genesys cares! I felt like my wedding was very special to them. The food was fabulous and the staff is nice and willing to work with you. I have no complaints. So happy I went here for my wedding.

We loved the Genesys Banquet Hall! Everyone was very easy to work with and the hall is beautiful and able to accompany many guests! A catering company (Epoch catering) works with Genesys already, so it was nice not to have to find a caterer as well. The food was great!

My family threw me a bridal shower here and everything was really nice, went smoothly, and the service was great. We didn't have any complaints afterwards and the food was really good.
