Geneva Simons Photography

Geneva was amazing to work with! We did an engagement session with her and she photographed our wedding. She has great recommendations for places to take photos if you need suggestions. One thing I loved about Geneva was that we didn't stand and take a zillion shots at the same place, she moves around so you get a lot of variety. I cannot wait to see our wedding photos!!

I was lucky enough to meet Geneva at the first bridal show I attended and my gut instinct was immediately that I had struck gold. Geneva is talented, artistic, and a sweet soul. We were so impressed with her vision and ability to turn even a mess of a hotel room into a priceless photo. Geneva makes you feel at ease and taken care of on one of the most important days of your life! I could go on, but her work speaks for itself, we were blessed to have her as our photographer!

My fiance and I live out of state but wanted to do our engagement pictures in Michigan. While searching for backdrop and location ideas, we came across a lot of Geneva's pictures and fell in love. Geneva was always very responsive to our emails and we had the pleasure of spending two days with her, as we did one shoot in Ann Arbor and one in Detroit. She was very easy and fun to work with and had a lot of wonderful ideas for locations and poses. She spent a lot of time with us, ensuring that we got pictures at all of the locations that we wanted to, which we genuinely appreciate! Our pictures turned out better than we could have imagined, evidenced by the fact that narrowing down the pictures we want to use for prints and albums has been so difficult! I would highly recommend Geneva and we'll certainly book her again for future photos when we're in town.

My wedding was absolutely an amazing experience, and thanks to Geneva, every incredible moment was captured in our wedding photos. Geneva was very creative, professional and affordable. I was absolutely stunned with the amazing work she provided. Plus, she was really fast in turning around the photos. I am an event planner by profession, and I have seen the work of many different photographers. However, hands down, Geneva is the best photographer I have had the pleasure of working with! I can't wait to hire her again for my pregnancy and newborn photos :)
