Melanie at Genevieve's Bridal was great! She was very helpful in pulling styles I liked, and was also really great to help me customize the styles to add sleeves, which was really important to me. I definitely recommend her!

This was my first time shopping for a dress, and I did not expect to find the one but thankfully I did, all thanks to Lizzie! Lizzie was absolutely amazing! She immediately calmed my nerves about the whole process and made me feel so confident and beautiful. She was so attentive and listened to what I liked and did not like about each dress I tried and picked the perfect dress for me. This was my first day wedding dress shopping and Genevieves was my third and final appointment of the day. I went in thinking I had found my dress earlier in the day, or at least that I had found the one to beat. However I left saying yes to the dress of my dreams at Genevieves! Lizzie was my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She listened to everything I had to say, helped me pick out a variety of dresses - both in and out of my "comfort zone". Lizzie was not only the biggest hype women, but she listened to my concerns, my expectations, and every little detail in between. She made this truly the perfect day for me and my family and made me feel so confident in my decision to say yes to the dress! I cannot thank her enough - from helping me accessorize my dress to the champagne toast, she was fabulous to work with!! So so so happy I decided to go to Genevieve's to go wedding dress shopping! I live in Chicago but didn't want the craziness of what bridal stores are like downtown. Monika was my stylist and had reviewed my comments, styles and pulled exactly what I was looking for. She made the experience effortless and went with the 4th dress I tried on. As well, I'm able to customize the dress to my liking. They were professional, polite, encouraging and overall so comfortable to work with! They were transparent with pricing and I got my veil and hair piece as well. A perfect experience!

Lizzie made the experience of buying my wedding dress so wonderful ! Unlike other salons she allowed me and my guests to browse the racks with her and pull anything I wanted to try. My mother and Mother in Law felt included which was important to me. Her joyful nature was shining through the entire time! I really appreciated her politeness with my guests. She made sure I wasn't overwhelmed and told me if I was she would give me a moment alone in the fitting room. Unlike other salons she was very encouraging while still telling me that finding my dress was the most important thing - not pressuring me to buy it right then and there. This salon is beautiful inside and all the staff are very welcoming with bright smiling faces. I cannot recommend this shop or Lizzie enough! If you're going there you should totally request her!

Andrea is the best! From the moment I came into the salon she welcomed me with a big smile that made me feel relaxed. No one tells you this but wedding dress shopping can be very overwhelming. Immediately Andrea gave me her full attention and genuinely listened to what I was looking for on my big day. I did come into the salon with a dress in mind and it was the dress I ended up saying yes to. Andrea showed me all different dresses so I was sure I was making the right decision. Since I had another appointment at a different salon on the same day I stopped at Genevieve’s, I went back for a gown reveal with my family and Andrea was a pleasure to work with again. She gave me time to bask in the moment with my family but not being too far away that she couldn’t hear me if I had a question. Genevieve’s was the first boutique I visited for my wedding dress and needless to say, I said yes to the dress here! The place is beautiful and very well setup. She is so kind and professional. She really took the time to get to know me and my style. I was nervous at first, but she really helped ease my anxiety and made me feel so confident in every dress I wore. A friend of mine recommended Genevieve's as she also got her dress here. I had tried on dresses the day before at a bridal store in Geneva and another in Naperville. I found a dress at each salon the day before but was torn and something was holding me back from saying yes to either of them. When I visited Genevieve's I worked with Monika who was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I was looking for, what I did and did not like, and chose dresses for me according to that info. The very first dress she had me try on was it (although I didn't know that at the time, ha!). It was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as I described -- plunging neckline with a low back that makes a statement. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that Monika walked away and gave me 5 minutes to really think about about the two dresses I was deciding between. Not once did I ever feel pressure from her (I did feel this at Naperville and they also were trying to talk me out of the Geneva dress and into their dress...). Not having Monika standing right there allowed me to gather my thoughts and think about what I really liked and wanted. I also really liked that they separate the two brides trying on dresses with one in the front and one towards the back. Separating the brides gives it a more "private" feel and like you have the salon to yourself. I would HIGHLY recommend Genevieve's to any new brides looking for dresses. They have a great selection of dresses (not too few but also not too many where you feel overwhelmed) and are very professional and friendly.

Genevieve's Bridal Couture went above and beyond any type of customer service I have ever experienced. I drove 5 hours to Genevieve's after speaking with them on the phone. They were so helpful & kind over the phone, even reached out to the designer of the dress I was wanting to verify that they could get it done in time before I drove there. Monika called me back within an hour and a half saying they got the designers approval for my timeline! The atmosphere was miles above anything I experienced in Des Moines, IA. Monika truly out did herself. She was so helpful, very honest, and makes you feel so comfortable! Highly recommend going to Genevieve's and you will for sure love working with Monika! Thank you all so much again for the unforgettable experience.

I got my dress from Genevieve’s and had a great experience! I misunderstood my appointment time but the consultants were understanding and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I showed a few pictures of the style I was going for, and it was the first time I felt like a bridal consultant understood my vision for the dress. They have so many different styles and price points so there’s something for anyone looking for a bridal gown.

I truly could not have had a better experience at Genevieve's Bridal Couture. From the second I walked into the store, I felt so comfortable. Staff is incredibly friendly and I was greeted with so many smiles. I was lucky enough to have Monika as my stylist and she was the absolute best. She was attentive, a great listener and the process so easy especially since I shared with her how nervous I was. She also is incredibly knowledgeable and had a plan for which dresses I should try on and in what order. The dresses they have are also gorgeous and have a little something for everyone! I will send everyone I know to there for their dress. Cannot recommend enough!

I had the best experience at Genevieve's! I scheduled it as my second bridal appointment but it was my first stop, as they were able to accommodate me after Christmas. As soon as you approach the turquoise doors, you get a great feeling! The atmosphere inside was so light and positive. Andrea was my consultant and she was phenomenal! She listened to my budget and styles I was looking at and the pulled the dresses that fit my criteria. She was knowledgeable, supportive and not pushy. I told her up front that I've made another appointment first at a different bridal salon and she understood. I kept thinking about my first dress for a week and before I even went to my 2nd shop, I made a returning appointment with Genevieve's the day after my 2nd place. Andrea was happy to see me back and again was very pleasant to work with. My party said the same as we compared our 2 different experiences. I wish all of my shoping experience was like that. I cannot wait to pick up my dress and work with Andrea and the team!

Cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful this boutique is! I worked with Andrea and she was SO kind and so attentive, and it felt like as soon as we started working together on finding a dress, she anticipated everything I was thinking and just knew exactly what I would and wouldn’t like. This bridal shop blew all the other shops out of the water! The stylists actually listened to what I was looking for and pointed us in the right direction. They let us pick out the dresses we wanted to try on and based on how I felt off those took them into the direction of finding my dream dress! They really make you feel like a bride. I felt so beautiful standing there when I found the dress! There was no pressure and no one hovering. I would recommend this place to all of my friends who still need to get married! I had such a great experience at Genevieve’s. Lizzie was my stylist and from the start was very accommodating as I had a surgical boot on and needed extra assistance with trying on dresses. She pulled dresses for me to try on that matched my vision exactly. I never felt pressured to buy and she gave the right amount of space when discussing my options with my sister and mom. When I did say yes to the dress, she brought out a champagne toast for the three of us to celebrate! The store was gorgeously decorated and felt very clean. Every employee there was friendly. Most importantly, they do not overbook appointments so each bride has her own dressing room and mirror during the whole appointment. If you are a future bride, I highly recommend Genevieve’s!

Such a great experience.. I really felt like the staff (especially my consultant, but really everyone there) loved their job and cared about me as the bride. My indecisiveness can be VERY annoying, but my consultant stayed patient and asked me questions that eventually helped me narrow my choices down to my one perfect dress :) she was amazing and I never felt rushed or pressure to decide/buy. Such a great experience and I have already told all of my friends to go here for their dress!

AMAZING experience, first store I visited while wedding gown shopping, I had a vague idea of what I wanted, knew exactly what I did not want- a ball gown, gave Monika the theme/feel of my wedding and first dress on, that was the one. I did try about 5 or so more, but her first pick was it!! And the sale was great, I brought my sample dress home already 🤗

The overall experience was beyond what I expected for my bridal appointment! The consultant and team was very excited, knowledgable, and respectful. It felt very personalized and allowed me and those I brought with to freely discuss each dress that was tried on without feeling werid about it but also keeping us educated on the different materials and options for each dress! The consultant understood the vibe I was going for for my wedding and was able to help select a dress that fit my vision! I also tried on one or two that weren't really my style but wanted to be open minded and I think this helped to solidify my choice in the dress I needed up saying yes too! Overall, the experience was exceptional!

Had a wonderful experience dress shopping at Genevieve's Bridal! Not only are the dresses beautiful, but the overall shopping experience is very personalized and special. I worked with Monika who was very helpful and knowledgeable, but in no way pushy. I believe they book a maximum of 3 brides at one time so everyone gets their own space. I was also able to look at all of their dresses as they were nicely organized. I have been to other bridal places where they overbook and the dresses are over crowded and very difficult to look at. 10/10 experience. I bough my dress there and I am so happy
