For some reason, Genica was also eager to leave as quickly as possible when she was done, even though I booked her thousands of dollars of worth of work for me and my wedding party. So I wound up abandoned with no HMA person before I needed to walk down the aisle, with my planner and my wedding party scrambling to fix the melted mess. My hair responds wonderfully to curls in the dry New Mexico weather, so I wish I had just curled it myself. Because of all the product in my hair, it basically became a tangled dreadlock the next day that took an army of people to fix and undo. I can't stop cringing at how bad it looks in the photos.

a doubt I trusted her to make my big day my ultimate dream! I scheduled a bridal trial and wedding hair and make up. She was extremely flexible and blew my expectations away! When it came to my wedding day, she arrived prompt and with little instructions. Genica is very capable and was able to navigate to my venue seamlessly! I had expressed my comfortability with the foundation she had first used and she was adaptable and again capable with out hesitation to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it! Not only did she out perform on my hair and make up, she was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make me feel special! My hair and makeup lasted ALL DAY, and I mean ALL day! From 7am-2am I never once had to touch up my make up! It was an all day party in the summer heat and it everything held up great! Genica should be your first choice when it comes to your wedding day! With out a doubt you will love her and her amazing hard work and talent! First photos are from early morning and the last photo is after 10 hours of wear (including a pool party)!

ardly ever wear any. I felt so very at ease with her! I opted to pay a little extra for a trial run, and it was well worth it. I was so excited and confident about what would happen for the big day - there was not a moments hesitation or trepidation! I absolutely loved what she did for my hair. With my fine wimpy locks, I felt like a regal princess without feeling overdone. It was so nice to feel so good!!!

lls, though, are beyond amazing. I've never felt so beautiful in my life. For my wedding, I was looking for a reasonably priced hair and makeup artist to make me beautiful. I had kind of high expectations because I was spending money on this service that everyone told me to just do myself. Not only did Genica ease all of my doubts and worries, she exceeded my expectations. My mom who was the loudest argument for doing my makeup myself full on said "I was wrong. She made you look amazing. She was perfect." I remember that during the time she was doing my makeup she was asking my mom and my bridesmaid what they loved about me. It was a really precious moment and it meant the world to me. I could write for hours how much I love her. 10,000/10

r a scheduling mishap with another vendor, and am so happy I did. She was able to do 4 updo styles in about an hour and 45 minutes, which was amazing. She also kept the mood in the room light, asked fun questions and made everyone feel great about themselves. My mom said her curls lasted 4 days after the party! Although we didn't book her for makeup, I have friends who have booked Genica for their makeup and hair, who were extremely happy with their service. I can't recommend her enough - thank you so much, Genica!

shed and hour earlier and my hair was done at 11am. With the ceremony starting at 5:30, it wasn’t my ideal scenario. Also didn’t have time to wash it since it was a sudden time crunch, so I had 4 day unwashed hair on my wedding day, which wasn’t awesome.. it turned out beautiful, but I definitely wish I had cleaner hair and the timeline was kept so I looked fresher!

overdone, Genica did exactly that. I felt so comfortable and confident with the final look. The makeup lasted all day and through sweat and tears. My hair also held up very well. I had a low bun type style which stayed in place through all my dancing and jumping around. Genica is very professional, skilled, bubbly and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very easy to communicate with and even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything worked out.

My mama looked beautiful and, most of all, I wanted to cry at how lovely my makeup came out. I worked in makeup for some time and am usually picky about how my makeup looked but Genica is true artist and made sure I looked how I wanted to. I cannot recommend Genica enough. Do yourself a huge favor and hire her now! She is worth every penny and more!!

If this is you, please know that Genica is a totally different story- she made me feel so comfortable, confident, and beautiful, and is SO skilled at what she does. She is truly a joy to be around. She makes you feel like a literal celebrity, and truly cares about getting to know her clients. Her work is incredible! She perfectly highlights features without looking cakey, clumpy, or overdone. My mom and I both felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and the ease of not having to worry about doing your own hair and make up is priceless. For my hair, she did beautiful braids, and she artfully arranged flower pins and a crystal accessory. Seriously, stunning. She listens to what you want and then executes it in a way that's better than you could imagine! If you are a nervous bride like I was, just hire Genica- you will look and feel like an absolute princess.
