Genica is an absolute goddess of a human! Her first interactions are kind, friendly, professional, and most importantly caring! She puts her clients first and foremost! With out a doubt I trusted her to make my big day my ultimate dream! I scheduled a bridal trial and wedding hair and make up. She was extremely flexible and blew my expectations away! When it came to my wedding day, she arrived prompt and with little instructions. Genica is very capable and was able to navigate to my venue seamlessly! I had expressed my comfortability with the foundation she had first used and she was adaptable and again capable with out hesitation to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it! Not only did she out perform on my hair and make up, she was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make me feel special! My hair and makeup lasted ALL DAY, and I mean ALL day! From 7am-2am I never once had to touch up my make up! It was an all day party in the summer heat and it everything held up great! Genica should be your first choice when it comes to your wedding day! With out a doubt you will love her and her amazing hard work and talent! First photos are from early morning and the last photo is after 10 hours of wear (including a pool party)!

If I could give Genica 20 stars I would!! She was so helpful and communicative during the whole process. I had trouble with vendors not emailing me back or blowing me off but Genica was the complete opposite. She made sure we were on the same page during the process from hire to the date of my wedding. She has reasonable pricing as well!!! My hair and makeup looked amazing. HIRE GENICA for any event you need hair and makeup you wont regret it.

If I could give more stars I would!! First off I love her! She made me feel so pretty! I don’t use a lot of make up to start off with. I told her very natural and light I don’t like to use “cake” make up and she was spot on! Not only was she very professional and on time she brought her cute dog Mabel!!!! Genica was fantastic to work with. I couldn’t ask for better. She was easy to communicate with, responsive, and really seemed to understand my trepidation about makeup, since I hardly ever wear any. I felt so very at ease with her! I opted to pay a little extra for a trial run, and it was well worth it. Her skills, though, are beyond amazing. I've never felt so beautiful in my life. For my wedding, I was looking for a reasonably priced hair and makeup artist to make me beautiful. I had kind of high expectations because I was spending money on this service that everyone told me to just do myself. Not only did Genica ease all of my doubts and worries, she exceeded my expectations. My mom who was the loudest argument for doing my makeup myself full on said "I was wrong. She made you look amazing. She was perfect." I remember that during the time she was doing my makeup she was asking my mom and my bridesmaid what they loved about me. It was a really precious moment and it meant the world to me. I could write for hours how much I love her. 10,000/10

Genica is amazing! She's extremely responsive and professional, and checked in ahead of the wedding day to make sure she had all of the details needed. I reached out to Genica after a scheduling mishap with another vendor, and am so happy I did. She was able to do 4 updo styles in about an hour and 45 minutes, which was amazing. She also kept the mood in the room light, asked fun questions and made everyone feel great about themselves. My mom said her curls lasted 4 days after the party! Although we didn't book her for makeup, I have friends who have booked Genica for their makeup and hair, who were extremely happy with their service. I can't recommend her enough - thank you so much, Genica!

I had to have Genica for hair and make up when I found out she was available. She did the hair and make up for two of my other cousin's weddings and my hair (as I was a bridesmaid) at one of them. She arrive early, but made sure that gave her enough time to get everyone taken care of. My hair and make up turned out beautifully. She made me feel like a Princess. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an affordable makeup and hair artist.

Pretty good! Just make sure you’re very clear on time with this vendor. The plan was to have my hair done maybe around 2pm after everyone else was done. The day before, time was pushed and hour earlier and my hair was done at 11am. With the ceremony starting at 5:30, it wasn’t my ideal scenario. Also didn’t have time to wash it since it was a sudden time crunch, so I had 4 day unwashed hair on my wedding day, which wasn’t awesome.. it turned out beautiful, but I definitely wish I had cleaner hair and the timeline was kept so I looked fresher!

Genica is such a joy to work with! She's calm, gentle, and amazingly talented. She was responsive and professional during booking and made sure to check in with me as my big day approached. We had a blast hanging out with her and her assistant all afternoon! We looked GORGEOUS and our hair and make-up held up all night. I'm not used to wearing much make-up and was nervous to look overdone, but Genica made sure to accentuate my natural features while still making sure I was photograph-ready. Genica did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and makeup. Day to day I wear very minimal makeup so when I explained that for my wedding look I wanted to look dolled up but not overdone, Genica did exactly that. I felt so comfortable and confident with the final look. The makeup lasted all day and through sweat and tears. My hair also held up very well. I had a low bun type style which stayed in place through all my dancing and jumping around. Genica is very professional, skilled, bubbly and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very easy to communicate with and even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything worked out.

Genica was AMAZING- and that doesn’t even give justice to the what she did on my elopement day. With all the craziness due to coronavirus, my original wedding was canceled, and my husband and I just couldn’t wait any longer. We decided to have the most last minute elopement ever so we were a little anxious to find the essentials. But Genica worked with us and made our wedding day that much more special. She catered to all my hair and make up needs, and truly made me feel like a princess on my special day. I loved how much effort she put into the small details, things I wouldn’t have caught myself. If you want to feel (and look) like a princess on your wedding day, hire Genica. She is truly in love with love and will make you feel beautiful, pampered, and gorgeous. I had 4 total in my wedding party (myself, mother of the bride, and 2 bridesmaids). Both of my girls looked gorgeous and could not stop looking at themselves after Genica was done. My mama looked beautiful and, most of all, I wanted to cry at how lovely my makeup came out. I worked in makeup for some time and am usually picky about how my makeup looked but Genica is true artist and made sure I looked how I wanted to. I cannot recommend Genica enough. Do yourself a huge favor and hire her now! She is worth every penny and more!!

Oh man, I can't recommend Genica enough!!!! Let me start by saying that I am not one to let people touch my hair or make up- I have truly hated every prom, homecoming, or special event hair/make up I've had done, so I was worried about hiring a HMUA for the wedding. If this is you, please know that Genica is a totally different story- she made me feel so comfortable, confident, and beautiful, and is SO skilled at what she does. She is truly a joy to be around. She makes you feel like a literal celebrity, and truly cares about getting to know her clients. Her work is incredible! She perfectly highlights features without looking cakey, clumpy, or overdone. My mom and I both felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and the ease of not having to worry about doing your own hair and make up is priceless. For my hair, she did beautiful braids, and she artfully arranged flower pins and a crystal accessory. Seriously, stunning. She listens to what you want and then executes it in a way that's better than you could imagine! If you are a nervous bride like I was, just hire Genica- you will look and feel like an absolute princess.

She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup! She was able to fit me into her busy schedule to make sure my special day was perfect. I’m so happy I chose Genica for makeup and hair. We had 4 girls (including myself) that isn’t exactly used to getting dressed up. Genica and her assistant Katelyn were so sweet and kind and patient. They made fun conversation and made us feel very beautiful. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Just stop and choose her!

Genica did my hair and makeup for my wedding a couple of months ago and she was great! I usually wear minimal makeup and don’t do much with my hair. She was super friendly and great at making me feel at ease while going through a process that I wasn’t accustomed to. After we did the trial session, I had some thoughts about how I wanted my look to be different on the day of, and she was great at receiving feedback. We talked through what I was going for again, and she changed her approach to reflect what I was looking for. Throughout our planning process, she was very accessible by email and always replied quickly and was also easy to reach by phone. On the day of our wedding, she was super prompt and got everything done quickly and did a great job! Although I cried a lot during our ceremony and danced like a crazy person, makeup and hair all stayed intact from when she left at 11am through the afterparty at 2am. Strongly recommend Genica!

Genica was so much fun to work with, and does incredible work. She's a very relaxed woman, which was a welcome presence on my wedding day. She was able to hang out with all of my crazy bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law, and all of us at once! She did hair for the moms and bridesmaids, which all turned out beautifully, and finished with my hair and make-up. Genica has ninja skills! Let me list them out - 1. She works wonders with hair - no, seriously; I wish I had someone video the entire process - my hair never looked that good before! 2. The makeup was really good - airbrushed, no dry flaky patches, nothing excess and everything lasted through the hot sweaty day and 3 hours on the dance floor and running through sprinklers for our sunset photoshoot. 3. My favorite skill was her eye makeup implementation - she was very quick to understand what I'd wanted and made that look really suit me. 4. She's super friendly and super nice while also professional. All six of my bridesmaids thought she was easy to work with and they're a hard-to-please group. So, she transformed the way I looked, and felt.. in short #ninjaskills

Genica captured the exact look that I wanted for my wedding day--she totally NAILED it!
