In contacting them, after a week of waiting, they told us that was the ring he ordered and that evidently they come in “variations” (meaning we’ll send you whatever ring we feel like, NOT the ring you chose and paid for) and he can exchange it for a different ring if he doesn’t like it. Why would you have 6 pictures of the exact same ring on the listing when chances are you will get something nothing like that?! The listing also advertises free, no questions asked, 30 days refunds which they aren’t offering. This company is dishonest and shady and from the looks of their reviews on SEVERAL different websites, it’s clear most people had the same horrible experience as we did. We have now had to file this as a fraudulent charge with our bank and I will be contacting the BBB and as well as writing this review on any and every platform I can find. This company is a scam!!!! While we loved using the Knot for our wedding invitations, it’s clear they dont actually vet the companies they advertise on their website as reputable. BUYER BEAWARE!!! Do not use Gentlebands!!!

Can’t say for certain it was ‘gentlebands’ but it is very good timing. Stay away.

My wedding is now 7 days away and we have nothing. I contact them again, and Sarah, again assures me that I will receive the ring in time for the wedding and thanks me for my understanding and patience. Today is March 27th, my wedding was on March 10th nd still have not received said ring or contact about ring. I have just submitted a final request for a refund. Steer clear of these people.

Had to contract them again and they did expedite shipping from China and this time I received a ring that we could actually use. If you order from here make sure it’s a very simple ring because anything else will be terrible.

my own research. I found that it is true, this company steals ring images from other ring websites that are USA companies. There are many online e-commerce companies that disguise themselves as American companies. I've dealt with one before this. It was such as hassle getting a refund. I think its unfair to steal proprietary information from other companies, and even worse, not sending a match of the product advertised of the ring that was ordered. This is what our own government says about China again and again and in this experience I am finding it true. I will buy from American compaines in the future.

I had the correct size back within a week. I am thoroughly impressed with Gentlebands' customer service. While I only needed one ring, I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.

Reached out regarding the issue, they said we could keep the ring, and they would sent a new one. This came through China post, no worries, but we wanted the represented ring. The second ring was the same wrong ring. When contacted again, they said that it was due to angles and lighting and that I must of miss understood what I was getting. You can see the pictures represented. All said, we are perusing a refund and the hunt for a ring continues.
