Gentlebands

y no questions asked. I recommend this company to everyone getting married!! Great prices. Great service. 10/10!!!!!

aying attetion to URLs and clues like fire emojis or deals that are too good to be true. A fake bath and body works page almost got me. So i dont think its the actual company these bad reviews are depicting, its a scam page that makes pretends to be the comapany.

ovide doesn't work. So frustrating! I should have done better research.

ully, I checked reviews before buying and instead ordered my husband’s wedding band from Gentlemen's Bands. The ring arrived quickly and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Gentlemen's Bands instead!

h, and delivered it to the wrong address. No tracking number, no follow up from customer service. Spend a few more bucks and go somewhere more reputable, it’s not worth the hassle.

cs ($230), was found at Walmart for $23. Don't pay $230 for a $23 ring. Lots of people on other sites have said the same thing. I believe all their rings are under $50, and all they do is take credit, claim the materials are real (which they aren't), and re-sell cheap stuff for over $200

ot be the one pictured. When he received the ring, it was completely different than what was pictured and looked like it was made of cheap plywood on the inside. Horrible quality and hideous. In contacting them, after a week of waiting, they told us that was the ring he ordered and that evidently they come in “variations” (meaning we’ll send you whatever ring we feel like, NOT the ring you chose and paid for) and he can exchange it for a different ring if he doesn’t like it. Why would you have 6 pictures of the exact same ring on the listing when chances are you will get something nothing like that?! The listing also advertises free, no questions asked, 30 days refunds which they aren’t offering. This company is dishonest and shady and from the looks of their reviews on SEVERAL different websites, it’s clear most people had the same horrible experience as we did. We have now had to file this as a fraudulent charge with our bank and I will be contacting the BBB and as well as writing this review on any and every platform I can find. This company is a scam!!!! While we loved using the Knot for our wedding invitations, it’s clear they dont actually vet the companies they advertise on their website as reputable. BUYER BEAWARE!!! Do not use Gentlebands!!!

ut they littlerly stole from the real artist and maker of the rings. Don't be fooled and actually support the true maker of these rings not this company.

der, but refused to refund me. They told me to pick out another ring for them to send instead of sending me a refund. The day after my order was placed, my card was also compromised & I needed a new card sent to me as someone tried to place a very large order on Amazon! Can’t say for certain it was ‘gentlebands’ but it is very good timing. Stay away.

different size. I emailed customer service and they were fantastic. They replaced the ring the free, with the engraving. The ring is beautiful and good quality and I had an amazing customer service experience

days for a full refund. The customer support email team only offers to exchange the ring. Complete scam.

a nightmare. More than 12 emails later, they keep saying that my satisfaction is their priority and they are trying to send me another ring for free but they dont want me to send back the other ring so i can have a refund. I dont even ask them to pay the shipping for the return, i just want to have my money back but they dont want ! Its like they dont even read my email and reply the same bullsh** over and over again. I will call my credit card and say it’s a huge scam.

finger properly, but I eventually had him stop by a jeweler to get the right size). We were absolutely in LOVE with the ring we chose (The Celestial), and the customer service was so sweet and understanding, and never once charged us for the resizing. The quality is so amazing - and you can tell that this was not mass-produced, this is an artist's labor of love. We couldn't be happier.

ember to see what my options were considering they had a “lifetime guarantee “ They told me to keep the ring i had and they would ship out a new one in the correct size right away. 2 months later, still no ring and still no contact. I emailed again with my concern, as my wedding date was approaching. Sarah, promised me that a new ring would be manufactured and shipped within 2 weeks. A month goes by and NOTHING!! My wedding is now 7 days away and we have nothing. I contact them again, and Sarah, again assures me that I will receive the ring in time for the wedding and thanks me for my understanding and patience. Today is March 27th, my wedding was on March 10th nd still have not received said ring or contact about ring. I have just submitted a final request for a refund. Steer clear of these people.

out straight away with options that were completely acceptable. Thank you !!!!

highly recommend.

thing like the picture. I asked for my money back multiple times and ended up having to settle for a replacement ring. When I got the replacement ring they sent the exact same thing. Had to contract them again and they did expedite shipping from China and this time I received a ring that we could actually use. If you order from here make sure it’s a very simple ring because anything else will be terrible.

om Colorado but this ring was shipped internationally through CNE so I'm assuming China. It looks like I ordered a ring off of Wish and I'd be ashamed to give this ring to my fiance. Learn from my mistake and do not purchase from this company!

and is very durable.

bsolutely different. Was offered a replacement of my choice, but asked for a refund. Hopefully they follow through. There is no doubt in my mind this was not a lighting issue, false advertising. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my husband, of which now I have lost out on plus waiting to see if they even honor my refund. BUYER BEWARE

s to help figure out my complicated vision and situation and they have been so helpful, friendly, and prompt. I recommend getting their sizer to ensure a perfect fit.

ring is stunning. Couldn't be happier

my own research. I found that it is true, this company steals ring images from other ring websites that are USA companies. There are many online e-commerce companies that disguise themselves as American companies. I've dealt with one before this. It was such as hassle getting a refund. I think its unfair to steal proprietary information from other companies, and even worse, not sending a match of the product advertised of the ring that was ordered. This is what our own government says about China again and again and in this experience I am finding it true. I will buy from American compaines in the future.

I had the correct size back within a week. I am thoroughly impressed with Gentlebands' customer service. While I only needed one ring, I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.

ice is amazing, and the engraving service is a breeze.

rrect size, and the ring looks really fantastic!

was truly outstanding.

gant design. It's truly a work of art! And when I put it on, I felt quite comfortable. Needless to say, it's been my trusty companion on my finger every day since I got it.

n more tricky these days! They sent a ring that didn’t look like what we ordered. My red flag went up and then I started investigating. Buyer beware!!!

responsive and helpful.

cially the guitar string inlaid on it.

duct exceeded my expectations with its flawless craftsmanship and stunning appearance. Highly recommended!

ience.

local to me, but it is just a random house. The items they send are out of China, and not close to their website. We ordered the Jurassic, the ring that was sent was nowhere close to this. Reached out regarding the issue, they said we could keep the ring, and they would sent a new one. This came through China post, no worries, but we wanted the represented ring. The second ring was the same wrong ring. When contacted again, they said that it was due to angles and lighting and that I must of miss understood what I was getting. You can see the pictures represented. All said, we are perusing a refund and the hunt for a ring continues.

terlocked with fishing line tied to each end and the fishing line going all the way around the ring. Well what we have is two fake fishing hooks, and a drawn on fishing line that doesn't even match up with the hooks. I contacted customer service and they just apologized and had no explanation as to why it looks that way and offered us a free different ring in return. My fiancée is so disappointed he doesn't even want a different one and I don't blame him. Our explanation is its 100% a scam, don't waste your money as the rings posted are $150 and more

e left calling your credit card company to file a dispute on the charge 15 days before your wedding. This place is extremely hard to get in contact with, only a service email is available. This is also blatantly a Chinese dropshipping company. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE ORDERING FROM THEM! If you want a cheap Chinese manufactured ring, just go to Amazon.
