e needed them by mid-November for our overseas wedding and placed the order with a deposit, feeling relieved to check off a major task.
A few days later, Eliana (our main rep) called to inform us that my husband's band wasn't available in size 6.5 and a custom order would take 8-10 weeks. This was frustrating because it wasn't mentioned when we placed the order. Had we known, we would have chosen a different option. My husband was away on a work trip, so I returned to the store alone. It was busy, and another associate helped me. After explaining the situation, I was told the ring could still arrive before our trip for an extra $200, so I agreed to proceed with customization. After that, there was no follow-up, and we assumed everything was handled.
By late October/early November, we still hadn't heard anything. When I called, I learned my band had been ready for a while, but my husband's was not. I was surprised no one notified me, and we grew anxious about timing. When we picked up my ring, Eliana reiterated the 8-10 week timeline and insisted we had been told this from the start, offering no solution. Multiple calls later, the same response continued, leaving us disappointed and feeling blamed.
Thankfully, Jillian stepped in. Though not our main rep, she was proactive and offered a temporary band for my husband at no cost so we'd have something for the wedding. She also apologized for the miscommunication. We truly appreciated her effort because we had seen this as a communication issue from the start, not anyone's fault. In contrast, our main rep's response felt defensive and, frankly, infuriating.
In summary: I would recommend the store for its wide selection and competitive pricing. However, choose your sales rep carefully, as it can greatly impact your experience. Now, when we look at my husband's wedding band, we know it takes 8-10 weeks to make and it's absent from the overseas wedding --which isn't the memory we hoped for.

jewelry that wasn't wearable and they were able to turn it into something I could wear everyday. They handle everything with such care and respect to make sure it is done correctly. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and I was soooo impressed on the quality they put into making my ring to this day I still receive compliments daily!! Aaron was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the type of diamond in it's cut, clarity, color and carrat. When we picked out my fiancé's ring they didn't have the one we wanted so they were able to get the ring so my fiancé could try it on before we purchased it. They took the time to explain the material used and sized my fiancé multiple times to make sure the fit would be perfect. We will continue to come to Geoffrey's for all of our jewelry needs as they always exceed our expectations. It's more than a store they make you feel like you're part of the family.

nderful in helping me choose which designs I liked and helped my fiance with everything when he was ready to purchase the ring. They've been extremely helpful in resizing my ring, not once but twice! Each time I've been into the store they've been so accommodating and professional. They've even cleaned rings I didn't purchase from them (free!) and also just fixed and resized a watch I have (also not from them) free of charge! They understand I don't like to be without my ring for too long and their jeweler does amazingingly fast work so I can usually pick it up same-day. They truly welcome you into the Geoffrey's family with customer service that is over and above!
