George went above and beyond for our wedding day. When he is taking photos you can see that he is taking his time to make sure that you get the best shot. He worked amazing with your very interesting bridal party and everyone who spoke to him loved him. He also had the fasted turn around for returned images out of any photographer that I have worked with.

I would 100% recommend George to anyone looking for a photographer!! Our wedding was suppose to be in August this year, but we had to postpone it because of COVID, and he was very accommodating and helpful. We originally weren't going to do engagement pictures but decided to after booking George for our wedding because his prices were so great. We just had our engagement session last week, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He was very quick in getting the pictures to us (less than a week), and they are beautiful!! He was also great to work with and made the day really fun for us. We can't wait to work with him on our wedding day!

His professionalism through the process was great, and we absolutely loved our final photos afterwards. George was our photographer for our engagement photos and our wedding. He was able to catch some great candid moments between me and my husband and of our wedding guests. We got married at the science museum and George took some amazing photos of us by the dinosaur and the astronaut as well as a few in the "body worlds" exhibit. He was fun to work with and we got over 400 photos back within a week!

He’s easily reachable, really knowledgeable, and helped us look great when we are notoriously awkward, uncomfortable, and typically hate pictures of ourselves. We could not be happier with our choice of wedding photographer than we are with George. When we saw his portfolio of work, it was clear he had a great vision for photographs and would do a beautiful job, and we were not disappointed. George took beautiful photos of our wedding day, and kept the day moving with an efficiency that we greatly appreciated. Even when things got behind schedule, as tends to happen with weddings, George quickly and professionally did his work and got us all the pictures we were hoping for. We also greatly appreciated how quickly he got our photos to us! We have friends who got married weeks ago who are still waiting for their final photos, and we received ours within days of the wedding, exactly as he promised. If we need a photographer in the future, we would definitely come to George and highly recommend him to other wedding parties.

The wedding day was hectic, stressful, and at times chaotic. My wife and I were so focused on the seemingly endless list of tasks we had to do. It wasn't until we saw the beautiful photos that the photographer George Day captured, that we realized just how much we missed during the day. I am so glad that our son chose MetroStyle Studios to document this special day. I can honestly say that the photos were the last thing on my mind, but as it turns out, they are irreplaceable. I was not convinced that we even needed a professional wedding photographer, as we all have cameras on our phones these days. I could not have been more wrong. George was professional, fun, and easy to get along with. I hardly noticed him through out the day. The quality of the images, along with his experience with weddings, afforded us a wonderful documentary of this special occasion, and some of the best family portraits we have ever had. I was dreading the family portraits, as I don't like how I look in pictures, but they turned out amazing. He patiently worked with us and our little ones, as well as the family dog. I am thankful that the kids chose to hire a professional photographer. I can honestly say that George's experience is worth more than he charged for his services. I recommend him to anyone looking for photography services.

George Day was the photographer for our Valentine's Day wedding almost two years ago. It was the second marriage for both of us, so our rambunctious young children were in the wedding party! George was super-patient with the kids and got some great shots of us all (and the grandparents). He also got the kind of winter snow shots I wanted, which was important to us since we are a very outdoorsy type of family. A couple weeks ago, we called him to handle a family portrait that we wanted done, and again we were very pleased with the results. George has been friendly and fun, inexpensive, and with both the wedding and the family photos, pictures were delivered online in less than a week! I'm sure we'll be calling him again as the kids grow up!

Metrostyle shot our wedding in Wisconsin on September 15th and I was very pleased with the results. We got more pictures than what George promised in the contract, and had everything back in just less than one week! I appreciated what a good planner George was, because I was a nervous bride and he made me feel at ease because he had all the details under control. And prices for the photography package and travel fees were excellent! We would highly recommend Metrostyle Studios.

It was a pleasure to work with George Day. I was very impressed with how quickly he got the photos edited and returned to us (it only took 4 days!) and the quality of the pictures were really good. He even brought his drone with and took a really cool picture of everyone at the wedding.

George and his team were very thorough, very patient and very professional for our wedding. Very easy to work with and were quite flexible throughout the entire process. We had adverse weather conditions on our wedding day and they didn't miss a beat whatsoever. We also were in a church with lots of reflective surfaces and everything still came out great. We are VERY happy with the photos that we received. Would recommend wholeheartedly!!

George is a wonderful professional photographer! During the planning process, he was very organized and full of extremely helpful tips on how the day should be scheduled. His vast experience and knowledge of weddings are very helpful and stress relieving in deciding how the day should be planned. During the day, he is very discreet in taking great photos. He takes beautiful photos and edits them very nicely as needed. He does a great job posing everyone for pictures, and getting his lighting correct for some beautiful shots. Every step of the way George is punctual and professional, and personable! Very easy to get along with. His prices are reasonable and we got over 500 pictures back from him in less than a week! He takes his job seriously in getting photos back to clients in a timely manner, and they look amazing! We would highly recommend George, and will definitely contact him in the future for some family photos!

George and Christi were great. We got our photos back in 5 days (AMAZING). We were stunned by how awesome they all turned out. Of the 700 or so, there were 5 I was not happy with how I looked in. The price was very affordable and more than worth what we got for it. George and Christi were great with being flexible with our timing for being able to meet or talk beforehand and also on the day of. Highly recommend.

George did an amazing job shooting our wedding at Columbia Manor in Minneapolis. George was well prepared, helped us plan out the day so we could get all of the photos we wanted, and most importantly he had a very calming presence that helped take some stress off of the day! Our pictures turned out to be beautiful - my only regret is that we didn't schedule a longer session with him!

George Day did an amazing job on BOTH our engagement and wedding photos. These are not your average photos that just anyone can take. These are as my mom said, "exceptional" so if you want to look FAB in your wedding photos then we would highly recommend George. He did all these amazing photos and the whole time we weren't doing anything particularly amazing. Poise like this, to the left, head back, etc. He is also a pleasure to be around! George Day exceeded our expectations and we will be calling him in the future if we need to look FAB again!

We had an excellent experience with George! From the initial planning stages, offering advice and tips on preparing our timeline, giving feedback on suggested photo list, George was really involved in a very positive way. It made the day of our wedding feel very relaxed. In addition to those other qualities, George and his assistant Mark were very professional and organized on the day of our wedding. They kept our wedding party and large family photos well organized and kept things moving forward. During the ceremony, in addition to capturing excellent photos, they were also very unobtrusive to the ceremony experience for us and our guests. They also kept things light and fun which shows in a lot of our photos. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We'd definitely work with him for future projects if we had a need.

George has been an incredible photographer to work with so far! He has kept in communication with me every step of the way. We took our "Save the Date" photo shoot on a Thursday and he had our photos back to us on Monday morning! The photos he took were beautiful and really captured the fun spirit of our relationship. Our "Save the Date" cards are perfect and I know it is all because of George! I can't wait to have him be a part of our wedding day!

I was a little concerned when my daughter hired George for her wedding because his portfolio was very youthful and contemporary but we had plans for a more elegant upscale affair. But he did a beautiful job, and was very cordial with everyone in our family. Even my 78-year-old mother commented on how much she liked the photographer!

I really enjoyed having George take my pictures on my wedding day! He made me and my groom feel comfortable and did not come off intrusive in anyway. He was also easy to work with through the planning process. My pictures turned out better than I could imagine and he had great ideas for interesting backgrounds, like really beautiful and edgy graffiti walls. It was everything I could imagine and more! My only issue is trying to decide which pictures I should have printed on canvas, there are so many amazing ones to choose from!!!

He was really helpful to me when I called him a couple times during the planning and he wasn't kidding when he told me he had a lot of wedding experience. We had our photos in a private online gallery within one week, and we got almost 100 more pictures than he promised us in our contract. The results (and the price) were great! Thank you George.

We got our money’s worth and then some. My wife and I are extremely picky as we are both former graphic designers and our jaws still drop when we open our wedding album. I was maid of honor at my best friend's wedding in June. George was great to work with and had a flare for figuring out the chemistry of our group. The interactions with him were fun, so we got a LOT of great photos. Pictures were up in an online gallery where all of us could see and download them within a week, and everyone is still talking about them!

I would give a 10 star out 5 for George if I could. Our engagement photos were perfect, we actually shot it in 5 degree weather! it was so cold but you can't even tell. My wedding pictures were back to me in a week and they couldn't have turned out better. As a plus size bride that is taller than her husband I was so nervous about pictures but George did a great job at making me feel beautiful and the pictures show the best side of me now matter what angle. My husband loves them just as much and our friends and family are so impressed. We got everything we wanted - candid shots, glamour, kissing, fun, family portraits. I look forward to working with George again in the future.

I don't have enough great things to say about George and his work. He made the whole process really easy and did it with a great attitude. His style and personality worked extremely well with the the style of myself and the bride. He's very knowledgeable and very detail-oriented when it comes to finding the right ambiance to take the photographs. The engagement pictures came out fantastic and I have no doubt that our wedding pictures will turn out amazing as well. To top it off, I feel his prices are very good for the quality of work he's done for us throughout our engagement an the wedding day itself! Would highly recommend anybody that is looking for excellent, professional photography to give George a chance to earn your business.

With our wedding having a basic framework holding together a fluid course of events, George demonstrated his talent and experience in wedding photography by readily adapting to changes and at times keeping things moving. My bride is one of those "I'm not photogenic" types, and she was overjoyed with how she was portrayed. The compliments continue flow a month later. The wedding aside, George is wonderful to work with and easy going. We definitely enjoyed his company. Veteran approved!

We loved working with George and he does an awesome job. I am not one that likes pictures taken of myself, I normally am the one taking pictures but I am so proud and impressed by my wedding photos that I love showing them off. The photos turned out way better then we could have hoped.... and we have received so many compliments on them, (especially the ones with our custom shoes) it's awesome. The price is competitive and the turn around is fantastic (about a week). We highly recommend!!!! You will not be disappointed.

George was amazing to work with, I'm so happy that we found him on the Knot! We did a bridal shoot before the wedding and George made me feel very comfortable and he was easy to talk to. In fact, I paired it with my hair and make-up trial and the salon ladies asked me how long I'd know George because we seemed like old friends! During the wedding I never felt like I was being put out of my way to take photos with George and we had a wonderful time taking pictures with the bridal party. I couldn't be happier with the work that George did (and he's also incredibly quick, other friends of mine that were recently married couldn't get over how quickly I had my photos!). If I ever need photos again or need to make a recommendation it'll be George every time!

He responded very quickly and was so genuinely nice throughout the entire process. We loved that he offered affordable packages and we could choose exactly what we wanted.
