xceptional work on our wedding day, down to the final product, it was an awesome experience at a great value! Getting a quote was very easy, and the representatives explained all of the different tiers of service very clearly and promptly, without being overly assertive or pressuring. Payment and booking the service was also a breeze! Laura was the photographer we selected based on the several portfolios sent our way, and we were super happy to have picked her! She was clearly experienced, as visible with her portfolio, but also how she carried herself on our wedding day. She arrived early, and ended up helping us out so so much. Way above and beyond! The photos ended up looking AMAZING, far better than I could have ever imagined. My wife is super happy with them as well! All in all, George Street took great care of us, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to book a photographer for their wedding or special event :)

veryone and everything was in place according to plan. Our lead photographer Calvin was exceptionally personable, giving great direction and making the entire experience a joy from start to finish. Our secondary photographer Litina, in addition to offering creative ideas and capturing fantastic shots, provided great moral support both during and in between shoots. Our videographer Nikeem performed with total professionalism and went out of his way to make sure we received a great experience with communication before, during, and after the wedding itself. I certainly hope we will have the opportunity to work with these great talents again in the future!

Our experience with our photographer herself was phenomenal, but I can't recommend George Street as a vendor. Our photographer was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional on the wedding day and she took some beautiful photos that we love. But the editing we've received on our photos from the George Street team was unprofessional and overall poor and (not properly white balanced, over contrasted, reddish skin tones). There was no culling to remove awkward shots or images with eyes closed, and we ended up finding much better shots in the unedited images when we purchased those. While we were initially sold on the affordability and reliability of a large company, the experience itself felt impersonal and corporate with all emails through a generic "coordinator" account that typically evaded my questions and offered no timeline planning help outside of linking me to a blog post. Between the unedited photos and the ones I've retouched myself we do have some images we love and have shared with friends and family, but in my experience George Street itself has not been ideal. I would recommend finding a good local photographer instead.

She even went above and beyond by helping with things that weren't her responsibility like letting vendors know about things I needed, playing the last dance music through her phone since the DJ had technical issues, helping with my veil, and more. The photos turned out incredibly beautiful and we are so glad that we got to have her as our photographer! We got samples of our photos the day after our wedding and it was awesome to be able to see them since we were really excited to see them as soon as possible! It was overall an amazing experience with Mae and George Street, and I would highly recommend them!

AMAZING! Our photographer, Mae, was so sweet! Everyone loved her! Corbin was an awesome videographer, and the associate photographer, Christian, was an awesome addition! We are so blown away by our photos! We are still waiting on our video, but we are sure it will be phenomenal!

I was a bit skeptical because I found them on an ad through Instagram and hadn't heard of them before and have heard so many nightmares of bad wedding photography experiences. But my experience was the exact opposite. My wedding coordinator was there to answer every questions I had throughout the process. Because of Covid, we had to push our wedding back, but George Street was on top of everything and super accommodating. Their online portal was very useful and allowed me to be able to go in and create a day-of schedule so that everyone knew where to be and what time. The photographers and videographer were all very professional and we couldn't be more happy with how our photos and video turned out. The video took longer than we would have liked to be finalized and sent over to us (about 3 months), but it was worth the wat! I highly recommend George Street and their services!

She worked so well with our other vendors to coordinate certain photos. She was extremely time efficient with a wedding party of 20+ and large families. She was extremely accommodating to any requests we had and even used the props at our venue for unique photos! Additionally, our final products were better than we could've imagined!

ne call yesterday (March 3,2020) several times I called back an finally I got someone one the phone she young lady told me I had won the contest and went over all my wedding details and that a wedding coordinator will call and email me for me to pick my photographer. Before getting up the phone she told me once again congratulations and I know you have to share the important news and exciting news with your fiancé so I won’t waste anymore of your time so happy for you and congratulations. I immediately call my fiancé and my mom and so then the great news also told my fiancé sister and while I was telling my fiancé sister my mom was telling my auntie. I called back today (March 4, 2020) to find out when the wedding coordinator would reach out to me to go about picking my photographer. I end up having to speak with a manager and then the manager told me that they never picked a contest winner I explain to the manager that someone gave me a phone call yesterday stating that I won a contest went over everything that the contest came with and that they will be there at my wedding to make sure my wedding dreams come true with all the pictures and video. I told the manager about everything we discussed. I called back several times because it was not fair to me of the false information they gave me. They asked me what could they do to make this better I told him they offer me the all-inclusive package contest that I was told that I won. They said that they couldn’t do that because they never picked a winner I said well apparently that wasn’t the case yesterday when I receive the phone call. They said all they can do is offer a very very very discounted price for a package I told them that would not change the simple fact that I was called with great news saying I won the contest. I told them that was very unprofessional and terrible customer service and then try to reach out to them on their website through the chat I sent a long message in detail to the manager Emma and she started typing then she disconnected our chat. Something needs to be done about this it could happen to someone else and ruin their wedding. It has made me a very unhappy bride. They need to be put on blast for their careless mistakes and decisions

ould get exactly what was important to us. We had Colleen as our lead photographer, and Lindsey as our associate. They both had wonderful personalities and fit right in with the group. They kept everyone focused during group photos, as well as got super fun/interactive photos throughout the entire night. Our day was captured beautifully, and we could not be happier with how it all turned out.

ely love is the limited contact you have with actual photographer leading up to the wedding. I was not able to get in touch with our photographer until 5 days before the wedding, which was a little stressful. Despite this, Mae was fantastic and attentive to my desires as a bride and the Wedding Coordinator team at George Street was very responsive to my questions.

o use. At first it seemed like a great setup, we fill out an info sheet that will be shared with our lead photographer and she will pick her team and we will be good to go. WRONG. George Street doesn't actually share all of the info you fill out with your local team and you end up having to fill out two identical info forms which is a waste of time especially when you are already stressed out. My second issue is that your "dedicated wedding coordinator" doesn't actually read the info sheet you took the time to fill out. I put info in ours about a surprise first look for my groom and our coordinator emailed it to my groom! It was very disappointing that they either didn't care or didn't read it. Finally, we were told that our lead photographer would get to pick her team for the day, in reality she is told two days before the wedding who she will be working with. We were told the support team would reach out to us before the wedding but never heard from anyone except the coordinator saying he would make sure they got in touch; they never did. This led to people not really knowing where or when to be the day of and we missed out on a lot of shots of the groom and groomsmen getting ready. Bottom line: good price and decent pictures but would not recommend.

and we also got to pick a photographer that matched our style. Their pricing was fair and up front and we got so many photos that we got to capture the whole wedding and go back and relive all the wonderful moments. We had two photographers at the wedding to make sure they captured both of our faces and even more of the guests. This option was an affordable add on and one I would recommend. I would recommend George Street and their team to make your special day the best it can be.

We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

s we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.
