helping find the right photographer, to talking with him before our wedding, was personable and reassuring. We worked with one photographer, Josh, who was the perfect fit for us. He was professional yet real which was very comforting, he was so passionate about photography and could tell he genuinely loves what he does. We did a pool jump for our send off and I think Josh was the most excited person when he heard as he was ecstatic to setup all the equipment and get the perfect shot(s) to capture this moment. Overall, you cannot beat their pricing, their format, and simplicity that is the whole process and experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about George Street Photography, if you’re considering them, don’t waste anymore time and just commit already!

The inquiry and signing process was a breeze, their reps are very kind and knowledgeable. The website and planning tool are AWESOME. They helped me think through the whole event and even helped me plan my schedule in more detail. 10/10 would recommend.

quality. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks to get my photos back. It was 14-weeks before I got any previews and 16-weeks before I received my whole gallery. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a year to get my photos re-edited. I’ve also asked for the unedited photos multiples times so can hire another photographer to properly edit my wedding photos. They told me my unedited photos and re-edits would be ready no later than 1/12/23. I just got off the phone with them (1/26/23) and now they’re saying it’ll be another 3-weeks which will put us at 2/16/23, almost A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER MY WEDDING. Not to mention, I wanted two photographers to capture one moment: me walking down the aisle and my grooms face when he first saw me. Did they capture that moment? Nope! I had also scheduled bridal photos scheduled with them for about 3-weeks prior to the wedding. I wanted to get in contact with my photographer to discuss time of day and lighting with him so I could reserve a time at the venue, but Georgestreet told me that I could not speak to him until a week before my wedding, which would have been after my bridal session, so I just had to guess on a time and hope the lighting would be ideal. Thankfully I have some knowledge of photography and the sunlight was perfect. But you can’t tell that from my bridal portraits because everything is white washed and desaturated. Additionally, 30-days before the wedding (the most stressful period of wedding planning), they want you to have your shot list together and they make you do this weird timeline thing. I called multiple times requesting help with this and NO ONE HELPED ME. The one time I was able to successfully schedule a meeting with someone, I scheduled it for my lunch break and sat at a table staring at my phone waiting for the call. All of a sudden I had a missed call and a voicemail. My phone didn’t ring once. Apparently there is a combination you can dial with a phone number (similar to *67) that will send your call straight to the person’s voicemail. So I’m assuming that is what this person did. This is not professional. If you hire Georgestreet, be prepared to go around and around with these people. They’re nice until you sign the contract, then they’re absolutely awful. At this point, I just want my unedited photos and my money back. I doubt they’ll give me my money back so I’ll settle for the unedited photos (which are .JPEGs, instead of .RAW; like what kind of photography company shoots in JPEG). Oh, and by the way, your photographer does not edit your photos. They probably have some college kid back there putting Instagram filters over the whole gallery. Moral of the story: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE CLOWNS. I should have hired my sister-in-law and her friend to shoot my wedding, because they would have done a HELL of a lot better than these “professionals”. Rant over.

it lead to a day of photography that was very unorganized even though I provided a list. I think we still got most of the photos I wanted, but I feel as if I will only have a hand full of photos with just me and my husband. I did think the videographer was spot on, as she was the original, so she knew the shots we wanted. I will update once we receive photos

consultant that you can call or email with questions. It was a super streamlined and organized process from start to finish! It made me a little nervous not meeting our photographer until the day of the wedding, but John knew what he was doing and was super professional! We received a link to every picture he took, which was amazing and overwhelming all in one. My only complaint is that some of the pictures didn't really seem edited, but overall George Street is a great value if you want quality photos without an spending a fortune on them!

sky was beautiful during the ceremony and the pictures do not even show it... the sky looks white washed when it was beautiful, pictures guests took on their cellphones showed it off better. We got very limited direction the day of as well. I didn’t have any specific requests but wish we had more variety in our shots. Also some difficulty communicating with after the wedding...emailed them 2.5 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back about my video edits I had requested.

Our photographer was Chris, and not only was he an excellent photographer, but he was also so fun to work with! His personality meshed with ours and we couldn’t have been happier to work with him. Our photos turned out amazing and we were able to view them earlier than we had anticipated. We are so happy with our choice of George Street!

With everything being coordinated through the online portal, and with our wedding consultant just a phone call or email away, everything from selecting the package and services that were best for us to completing our wedding timeline and photo list to receiving our photos was simple and seamless. George Street is also an excellent value for couples who want quality photos without an spending their entire wedding budget. The one hiccup was that the lead photographer we had selected had to cancel just days before our wedding. While our consultant helped us quickly select a new photographer, and he turned out to be wonderful, it did cause a bit of panic. All in all, working with George Street was a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to other couples.

We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

s we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

ith regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

r emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. ul of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!
