We had the BEST experience with George Street! They were great at communicating and giving helpful advice. We loved that we were able to choose our photographer, and he did not disappoint. Stephen was incredible! He made us feel comfortable, communicated regularly, helped us make important decisions, was right there with us for our entire wedding day, and produced amazing photos. From the beginning, they were so helpful; they provided a videochat with a consulant to help see your wedding vision & match photographers for you. Once matched, our photographer, Fred Boyd, called and got to know us and our wedding needs. On our wedding day, HE WAS FANASTIC!!!!! He was fun, enthusiastic, and professoinal. He captured a lot of cool photos. We would definitely choose him again. When our wedding photos/video came back, we were obsessed! It's like we can live the day over and over.

Working with George Street was great! My husband and I had a great experience with them and made the process overall very easy. They were very quick with communication and thorough with any question we had. Their website was easy to use and it was nice that not all of deposit had to be made at once and could be paid over a period of time. We worked with Stephen as our main photographer and he was amazing. He was so professional, but also made the picture taking fun and laid back. Once it was said and done, we received over 6,000 photos, and they had the edited pictures in specific albums that were specific to getting ready, ceremony, portraits, cocktail hour, and reception, whereas the other 5,000 were in the extra folder, so you truly get all the pictures from the day. When talking about what plan you wanted, we were able to switch having George Street make a wedding album to having an extra hour of the photographers and videographer at no extra cost. Only criticism I would have is that the photographers contact you a week before the wedding, but I am sure you would be able to request a sooner time to talk and go over things. We had a great experience!

My husband and I had a great experience with George Street! From the first phone call to receiving our pictures after our wedding, everyone was so kind and helpful! We only had photos taken and no video. When we talked with the George Street representative about what we were looking for she was great and explained everything they offered but also was respectful of what we were wanting and didn’t try make us get more then we wanted. Brendan, our photographer, was amazing! He called a week before our wedding and went over the list of pictures we wanted. I could tell that he had studied the list and our itinerary before hand which was reassuring! We had our pictures back in about 2 weeks which was faster then we expected and they were beautiful! Thank you George Street for helping us be able to remember our wedding with these beautiful photos!

George Street was awesome during the entire wedding planning process. They were easy to communicate with from the beginning and were also quick to answer any questions that we had. Their portal is easy to use to provide the details about your wedding day. The package we picked was worth every penny! Our photographer, Fred, was phenomenal. He made sure our day was special. He had everyone laughing all day long. My family made comments about how great he was the entire evening. We received our photos back very quickly - less than a month later. They were all excellent. The photographer got all the photos I requested plus some that I didn't think of. I would highly recommend George Street!

We had used them for engagement and wedding. We had Joe S for our main photographer and he was hands down our best vendor we’ve ever worked with. Anka our second photo, was a very close second! Very amazing. Jay, our videographer was just as great!! The three of these people, made us all feel so comfortable like our friends were taking our pictures/video. They were literally all over the venue making sure everything got documented. They were creative, relaxed, professional, fun, and nothing short of amazing. They are all great!!!

I would highly recommend George Street! They were very easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was explained to me in the beginning and I was always able to ask questions throughout the planning process and get quick answers. I didn’t know who my associate photographer and videographer were going to be until the day before, but all of them were amazing and I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. I got more pictures than I could ever imagine and they look amazing. Our video was awesome as well. The company is a little pricey but you get the quality you’re paying for.

Our initial impression of George Street was wonderful. The customer service while we were booking was exceptional. However, that did take a turn for the worst when our initial photographer that we selected pulled out of our wedding 3 weeks prior, due to unspecified Covid reasons. We were devastated. BUT GOD... we reluctantly selected another photographer from the list that George Street offered. All I can say is God always knows best! Fred Boyd did a phenomenal job, first calming our fears, and then shooting the most amazing wedding photographs ever. He was accessible, attentive, humorous, thoughtful and thorough. My husband I and had so much joy working with him, and now not only have a photographer for all of our important moments, but also a friend for life. We are so pleased with Fred and his professionalism, he exceeded our greatest desires!

George Street was a great choice for our wedding. For the price we paid and all the we received, it was perfect for our smaller wedding. Also the staff from the start was personable, friendly, and outstanding. Our coordinator Nick was so helpful and supportive when we had to cancel and rearrange wedding plans due to the pandemic. He was so wonderful his assistance and responsiveness. Our photographer Sarah also could not have been more perfect for us. My husband and I were nervous and inexperienced with posing for photos, but she felt like a friend we met up to hang out with. She captured great candid photos of us that felt genuine and authentic. We knew she was perfect to capture our intimate wedding celebration. We loved hat we received all of our photos in such a timely manner too. Could not recommend the team of George Street more!

We worked with George street for videography and photography they had one of the better pricing for both services combined. However when you get started with them you have to sign a elongated contract with no guarantee on who is going to be your photographer or videographer. We then after signing were given three photographers available for our big day with some of their work samples and portfolios. Unfortunately we were married during the pandemic of COVID 19 and had to end up changing dates and George Street did not work with us at all. We ended up getting charged time and a half due to having to move to a holiday not by choice. Then we found out that the photographer we choose and had already talked with Michaela was not available, and ended up having to settle with a different photographer Mark who was sub par. We put together a timeline and ideas online and our photographer called us the week of our wedding with questions. We then received our wedding pictures 4weeks after our wedding and the quality of our pictures were also sub par ...sprite cans in the background, far aways distance, not a lot of family in the picture, and more picture of myself vs my spouse, the rings were facing the wrong ways in pictures more bands than diamond. When discussing this with George Street they voiced they could edit the sprite can out of the pictures but additional edits cost money with their company. Our videographer was phenomenal Mitchel did a great job. He should actually start his own company and not work for such a terrible third-party such as George Street. We ordered our raw footage because he did such a great job. There is a five minute video George Street combined which was sufficient but did not have good music to it and once the video is created you have no further say in changes. We had talked to a few higher up management which were also not helpful or beneficial at all and dealing with negotiation and pricing due to a pandemic she actually verbally stated “that the contract covers a pandemic” And stated that we signed the contract.

I hired George Street for video, and although I have not yet received my video, I would definitely recommend them. I really liked how involved they were throughout the entire process from day one. Their website has options that you fill out to help them know what you are looking for and your preferred style. My videographer then called me a week prior to go into more detail to know what I wanted highlighted and key moments to include. The day of he mostly did his own thing and for the most part I didn't even notice him. I did see that he tried to capture neat moments such as guests mingling and people dancing. I am so looking forward to see how the video turns out!

The Professionalism at George Street Photo and Video is top-notch! I was so busy handling details on every aspect of our wedding event that taking more time (out of the time I didn't have) to meet with and selecting a Photographer & Videographer became a bit overwhelming. When I found George Street - the stress was relieved. The photographers they offer are experienced pro's. You can review their portfolio and ask questions prior to making your final selection. George Street provided a professional experience for a good price. We received hundreds of edited photos, and also were given almost 2000 raw photos (still amazing quality!) so we could see every aspect and angle of our wedding. Many of those photos show small details that mean a lot to us but didn’t need the touch ups for printing or posting. Our photographer was great at positioning us and giving us creative posing ideas to create natural and beautiful memories. We are very pleased!

My husband and i werent going to hire a videographer. My sister and brother in law said it was important, because the day flies by and pictures dont document the words and the vows and the music and the fun. Also, my grandmother was sick and this video was the last time we got to see her have fun before she passed away. The video was an amazing memento of all of that. I am so glad we finally decided to do this. Also, George Street, was easy to coordinate with. Our videographer was on time, stealthy and amazingly nice. He would ask us multiple times if there is anything we needed specifically. He was not in the way at all and his product was perfect. Would recommend over and over again!

We got married this past October and booked George Street for both photography and videography. I am absolutely in love with our video, even though there was miscommunication and our videographer was not present for our couples shoot. We received over 4,000 photos from our wedding and reception and I love that I had the ability to download them all onto my personal computer. The only negative I have about the album process was that I could only pick 50 photos out of the 4,000 we received which made this process slightly stressful and difficult to decide which ones to choose. The nice thing is they give you the option to let the company pick their favorites and then you can edit as you please.

Fantastic all around, really really great. Invisible, sharp eye for detail, grabbed a lot of great moments and I never even noticed them! Maddy communicated often and fantastically via email and phone (when needed) and my wife was able to ask all her questions and concerns, from the mundane to the worrisome to the silly and Maddy answered quickly. Rachael was our photographer, and she was a joy. Like I said, I never saw her, yet she has pictures where she was like 3 feet from my face, did a great job getting everyone in action, and did a great job with the formula poses and stuff. Had unique ideas, a good spirit, was fun and fast. What more can I say? You can rest easy hiring these folks for sure.

Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

You choose the one you want and it goes from there. We were given a few options and were immediately captivated by David's photojournalistic style. I felt extremely comfortable on our wedding day, and Iam typically pretty camera shy. David is a true professional. Would highly recommend.

I was all excited to have George Street as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

We used George Street Photos for our wedding and our photographer Sandra was phenomenal. Neither my husband nor I were very comfortable with having our pictures taken and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

This review is so difficult to make because I am torn about our experience with them. We had a relatively good experience with GS, especially with photos, but we had major issues with regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

We had a great experience with George St. They gave us a choice of photographer based on various portfolios and we were thrilled with Brandon! He was very professional and took great photos. George St. was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any bride!

Our venue recommended George Street and we're glad that we used them. The process was pretty easy from beginning to end. There was always quick feedback. Everyone was professional. The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

I got married in NYC on 8/18/18 and George Street Photo was there to capture the best night of my life. From the beginning, Chelsea has been so great. Every time I had a question or emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

We used George Street videography and photography for our September 2018 wedding and couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting to our wedding day they were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on all details! Our photographer was Joseph and our photos came out beautiful!! From posed shots to candids, he truly captured the day! George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. We can’t wait to see how it turns out!

If you like playing Russian Roulette, then this the choice for you! You choose a contracted photographer at random. The only factor you really have to base your decision is a handful of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!

We just got married in May and I would recommend George Street to anyone - already have recommended them to someone! Planning the wedding was so stressful and trying to find a photographer that knew what they were doing but not pricey was difficult. I found George Street looking through The Knot and saw that not only were the pictures great quality but also for an affordable price! Most communication was with the wedding coordinator but she was very helpful in answering questions and it was great that they have you fill in all the info for the day of so that a timeline was made up for the photographer. My photographer Konrad knew exactly what he was doing. It was pretty hot out that day but he was so patient in taking our pictures and he captured so many great candids which is what I wanted! Definitely recommended going with George Street!

We had Tiago from George Street take our photos and it was a great experience. I am not comfortable in front of the camera AT ALL. I told this to him when we first met and he made sure to direct us when were taking our photos as a couple. And for the rest of night, I didn't even know he was there. The photos turned out fantastic!

When we first met Robert, our photographer, we clicked. He was punctual to our engagements photo's and even early the day of our wedding! He was great! He knew exactly what I wanted without even having to ask or tell him. The groom and groomsmen had the associate photographer, Arthur, and they had so many good words about him. He was like another groomsmen, from what the groom told me. He got along great with every, took funny pictures. The videographer, was was great too! The best part about him was that he blended in with everyone at the wedding. It wasn't like the typical videographer that has a huge set up all in everyone's business. He was subtle. I can't wait to see the video. They were all amazing!

Unlike many photographers, George Street works as a sort of clearinghouse - you provide George Street your wedding details/needs, who is supposed to pass all of that info to the photographers you choose from their portfolio. So it's a bit tricky to review the entire process. To be clear, our photographers got a number of memorable photos. However, the process with George Street (the entity) was clumsy, confusing and filled with mistakes. Our coordinator changed on emails (George Street blamed that on an email-merge error on their end), and we were never able to get our coordinator on the phone. It's simply a call bank of random GS employees who type your info into their database. George Street makes you fill out an extensive form to ensure they meet your needs, yet much of that form info was not relayed to the photographer. So we missed out on things like table photos from people who traveled long distances for the wedding. Again, we enjoyed the photographers. I simply wish we could have worked with them independently instead of the awkward, mistake-prone bureaucracy of George Street. The photographers were good but GS was bad, so I'm doing 3 stars to average it out.

We worked with J from George Street for our wedding and she was fantastic!! I would recommend her to anyone. We first met her for an engagement photoshoot and right away we were struck by how friendly, personable, and professional she was. She has a great eye for creating beautiful photos. For the wedding itself, working with her continued to be a breeze. Honestly, she knew when to insert herself such that we would know to capture key moments but then also knew when to fade back and let us take everything in (without us even noticing that she was continuing to capture everything). As for George Street itself, they were easy to work with and their web portal was professional and easy to use.

The photographer was very accommodating to all of the shots that we wanted. He did a great job capturing our special day. They edited and submitted the pictures to us for download within ~25 days. Super quick turn around.
