I finally sat down three weeks after receiving the gallery and spent over four hours making detailed notes about what went wrong - the lighting, the editing, the angles, the posing, and the overall inconsistency throughout every set. The photos are flat, poorly lit, and awkwardly framed. Many moments that should have been natural and full of emotion look forced or disconnected. Not one image reflects the beauty, warmth, or joy that filled the day. We invested thousands of dollars and months of planning for this - our only wedding day - and the photos were supposed to be what we’d cherish forever. Instead, I feel heartbroken. We didn’t get even one frame-worthy image, and that’s not an exaggeration. I can’t share them, and I certainly can’t display them. What’s worse, when I reached out to express my concerns, I was told that only 25 photos could be “retouched.” But this isn’t about minor touch-ups. The problems are systemic - poor composition, incorrect color tones, harsh shadows, overexposure, and a complete lack of artistry or direction. It’s not just one bad photo here or there; it’s nearly every single one. I’m not someone who nitpicks, and I fully understand that weddings are fast-paced and demanding to shoot. But professionalism means being prepared, directing with confidence, and delivering quality consistent with your portfolio, none of which happened here. What makes this even harder to accept is how much trust I placed in Mark. I truly believed he understood our vision and that he cared about giving us something timeless and personal. It’s painful to know that I will never get that day back — those moments with my kids, my husband, and the people we love most. That’s why we hired a professional: to preserve memories we could relive and share. Instead, I feel cheated out of them. And I also still haven't received our video, and it's been 6 weeks since our wedding. I’m sharing this because I want other couples to be aware. Please do your research carefully and don’t be afraid to ask for full, unedited galleries from past weddings before booking. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
