Great experience, although they did have a “scheduling conflict” with my original photographer 3 months before my wedding. In the end i loved who we ended up getting.

Conrad and Alec were great leads for photography and videography. For meeting them the day of and talking to them a few days before, it felt like they were close friends and the photos and videos came out great. Nora, our coordinator, did great and getting back to us and helping through any issues we had regarding payment, scheduling, photo album, etc. Would recommend them to anyone getting married!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with George Street! We bought their largest package and it was the best pricing I could find by far compared to any other photographer and videographer. I was very worried about not getting to meet with my photographer before our actual wedding date but the planning website helped so much with that. I was so pleased with how my photographer had made herself familiar with the things I wanted on my planning website and how she took the time to look at inspiration photos I sent her. She was so kind and I could tell that she wanted to make all of my wedding photo dreams come true! She made both my husband and I feel so comfortable and she eased our nerves so we were able to have fun and really enjoy our time!
Our videographer was also AMAZING! He got to our venue early to check it out and map out a plan. He was so kind and genuine and made us feel so comfortable! I was nervous about having a videographer because I am pretty shy but I barely even noticed he was there!
Our photos and videos turned out exactly like we wanted and we couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely recommend George Street to any future brides! They are so easy to work with and your personal wedding coordinator is so helpful and they answer emails super quick! It is nice to know you're not alone in your planning!

This photographer and company is not what it seems or advertises. Be very cautious, because wedding photos should be of memories.
My daughters wedding the photographer assigned to her was very friendly and nice but he really didn't know how to set up a photograph. Pictures taken had pipes showing in the background, NO high resolution photos were taken, he liked the groom so much he took 14 single shots of him and ZERO of the bride, he grouped the wedding party together and only tops of heads were seen, no photos of the father giving away the bride, etc. PLUS the company does NOT edit the proofs, they just send you what the photographer took. It took about 6 weeks to get the proofs back.
Then when contacting or pleading with the company to help edit the photos, they were not very cooperative in helping (they dragged their feet on getting the edited photos back). It took them weeks to edit a few photos. They also would not reply back after "our time was up" with them to help us!
Extremely disappointed with this "studio" my daughter chose. I wish I would have known prior.

My photographers themselves were great, however… the administrative staff at George Street has been awful. I attempted to provide them feedback of what I did and didn’t like from the sneak peaks I received so that they could adjust their editing style and I was told “please be patient, these are just sneaks peaks”… uhhh yeah, okay… and I was trying to tell you that I didn’t love the editing to save us all headaches… that’s typically how sneak peaks can help all parties. I am a photographer myself… THEN, I received my photos back and attempted once again to request changes and I was told “we can offer you 50 complimentary photos”… WHAT? Extremely disappointed. Side note, I don’t believe that they allow their photographers to edit (I love my main photographer’s personal style, as I followed them on instagram) it seems I’ve been interacting with someone who is strictly an editor…

We used George Street photography for our wedding last summer and the experience really was seamless. We were late in the game getting a photographer but they still provided us with options that were wonderful. The coordinators helped us with all of the planning and logistics.
Our photographer did an awesome job with our pictures and really made sure he knew what we were looking for and helped us get those shots during the time we had him.

I am very happy with the skill of our photographer and all of the amazing photos he captured from our day! He was simply the best of the best and knew exactly what to do, where to be, and how to capture everything we desired. We have so many photos to cherish forever and I'm really happy with them. Overall we had a great experience with George Street Photography! I was a little nervous about the setup of the company rather than working with an independent photographer, but we never had any issues working with the team at George Street. We chose them for their affordable prices, and we loved Konrad's photography, so we ended up choosing him. Konrad has tons of experience and he knew exactly how to work with our plan and use his own style and creativity to capture our wedding! Our wedding day was everything I could have imagined and more! George Street made our wedding a day we will always remember. We purchased photo and video. The photos were exactly what we asked for and our video was so beautifully put together! We barely even noticed the videographer yet we had the most special video to remember our day. One piece of advice our photographer gave us was to pre-plan who will be in our special pictures and what order so after our ceremony pictures run smoothly and then sooner to the party!!! Was disappointed for my sister. She had 2 photographers come to take pictures on her wedding day. One photographer yelled at the kids and was irritated working with them while in the church. The other photgrapher had to get direction as to what images to capture...if she even grabbed her camera fast enough to catch the moment. she just walked around not knowing what to do. I am sorry to say, their lack of motivation and willingness to work with a variety of ages would lead me to another business.

Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

They were always very prompt in answering all of our questions before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). You choose the one you want and it goes from there. We were given a few options and were immediately captivated by David's photojournalistic style. I was all excited to have George Street as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

Neither my husband nor I were very comfortable with having our pictures taken and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. This review is so difficult to make because I am torn about our experience with them. We had a relatively good experience with GS, especially with photos, but we had major issues with regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

We had a great experience with George St. They gave us a choice of photographer based on various portfolios and we were thrilled with Brandon! He was very professional and took great photos. George St. was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any bride!

Our venue recommended George Street and we're glad that we used them. The process was pretty easy from beginning to end. There was always quick feedback. Everyone was professional. The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

I got married in NYC on 8/18/18 and George Street Photo was there to capture the best night of my life. From the beginning, Chelsea has been so great. Every time I had a question or emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here.
My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

We used George Street videography and photography for our September 2018 wedding and couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting to our wedding day they were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on all details! Our photographer was Joseph and our photos came out beautiful!! From posed shots to candids, he truly captured the day! George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. We can’t wait to see how it turns out!

If you like playing Russian Roulette, then this the choice for you! You choose a contracted photographer at random. The only factor you really have to base your decision is a handful of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding.
They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations.
The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point.
We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc.
I cant wait to see how the album turns out...
AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!
