I originally wasn't going to have a photographer because our beach package included a photographer, but last minute I decided to budget for one and this was the best decision I made. I LOVED our pics from George Street photo. Very reasonable price. Loved that we had set up a meeting to discuss different photographers in the area and see examples of their style. I always had a million questions and always got a very quick response via email. Our photographer was amazing, great photos. We have two teen daughters and everytime he took their picture he would show them and ask if they liked it or wanted to redo it and anyone who has a teen girl knows what a big deal that is because they are critical of pics that they dont take lol. He got random pictures of all our guests. Touched base all night and asked what we wanted pictures of. He was so kind. We loved our experience with George Street Photo!

We had a great experience with George Street! The talent that they hire is top notch, and they were very easy to work with. I really liked the peace of mind that they would make sure we had a photographer and videographer-no matter if someone cancelled last minute or not. Of course, this didn't happen and we absolutely LOVED our photographer and videographer!!! I cried when we got our pictures and video back. They captured exactly what we wanted.

George Street was wonderful to work with. Everything was very easy from start to finish. We got to look at portfolios for a variety of photographers and choose a lead that matched our style. We happened to choose Monica, who was absolutely perfect. She shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and the photos turned out exactly how we envisioned. She was professional, kind, and put us at ease even during the most stressful times. She guided us with grace and was open to suggestions as well. We received our photos extremely quickly, in less than 3 weeks! Although we did not get to choose our second photographer or videographer, they were perfect. They had wonderful attitudes and were extremely helpful throughout the day. Logistically, George Street was great as well. The online portal is very user-friendly. It allowed us to lay out a full timeline with everything we needed. We were also able to assign different roles to different people to make the most of our time. The coordinator, Nora, was also very helpful. She was very communicative and answered our questions promptly. She also provided us with reminders for everything we needed to do. Overall, I loved my experience with George Street. They are professional and affordable. I would not hesitate to book them again!

George Street was very helpful in the planning process for our wedding. They have a great portal that is easy to use. We chose to work with Christine and she was great! Christine captured special moments that we get to keep forever for both our engagement and wedding photos.

We loved our photographer Christine. She was amazing to work with and took so many amazing shots. She did a great job making sure we were comfortable and had fun. The coordinators were great to work with as well and the timeline planner made our work so much easier.

We had the best experience working with George Street! The communication from the start was great, and they also had the best package options compared to all of the photo/video vendors that we spoke with. What I love about George Street is that they have dedicated administrative support so I knew that all of my questions would be answered so quickly - specifically Nora who we worked with was fantastic. Photographers and videographers can get busy since they are often booked and out doing their work, so it was nice to know that we had someone who would be available for any questions that came up (and I had a lot!). George Street also supplied a very detailed day of timeline sheet to make sure we thought of all the details and that they were properly communicated to our photographers and videographers - so helpful! The talent was so great to work with. Katerina was our lead photographer and we loved her! She made us feel at ease during our engagement session which really helped leading up to the wedding day, we knew that we were in good hands. Our videographers and second photographer were all amazing. We had multiple locations that we wanted to stop at before the wedding to get photos and video (first look, bar, outdoor park photos) and they accommodated everything. Finally, the products came back timely and with such great quality! I watch our wedding teaser videos at least once a week since we received them, and love having our longer video to watch and relive the day. Our photos are everything that I could have asked for and I am so happy with how they turned out! Overall, our experience was amazing and I would recommend George Street to anyone who is looking for some great photo/video quality and a wonderful staff to work with!

We hired George Street for our engagement photo shoot, and for the photo/video package for our wedding day. We were very happy with the entire process. The communication was always prompt and straightforward, both from the side of the George Street staff who handled our portfolio and scheduling, and by our photographer, Katerina! Our photo/video packages from both days were ready much more quickly than we were expecting, and the quality was everything we could ask for. The download process for saving our images and videos was also very straightforward. Overall, we would highly recommend George Street for anyone planning a wedding or engagement shoot!

Please take my word and DO NOT book this scam of a company. My 3rd wedding anniversary was this week and 3 years later I still get so upset when I look at my wedding photos and video. I will spare you the details on the process of getting my wedding photos which involved one of the memory cards having an “error” and almost the loss of ALL of our important family photos. Luckily they were recovered after months of me following up. But here we are, 3 years later and I still get upset looking at the photos because a majority of them look like we are posing for a 1997 prom photo. The photographer was not the original photographer we picked. He was rude and he had horrible time management spending most of the “getting ready” time photographing our invitation and my shoes. Hardly any of me, THE BRIDE. To this day I still cringe watching our video and have never allowed anybody to watch it. The highlight reel is a joke as it contains awkward clips of me not smiling, my husband itching his nose, people smoking cigarettes, the bus driving around and the rest of it is just video clips of us taking pictures. No creativity at all. The video is grainy and shakey. We had a very special first dance and the videographer stood in the back corner and parts of me were not even in the frame during our dance. My 6 year old niece could have done a better job with an iPhone. George Streets response to my complaints was a free canvas photo for my troubles. I declined as I felt that was a slap in the face. Learn from my mistakes and DO NOT book this company.

Christine was amazing! She kept our bridal party on schedule and she was so much fun! We LOVE our images (all 2400 of them!).

First off, professional was top tier along with service and product. Very flexible and willing and able to roll with the punches as well as take control of the environment if need be. Such an AMAZING experience. 10/10 Highly recommend.

My husband and I used George Street for our engagement shoot and our wedding day and they were PERFECT!! Our main photographer accommodated us so well when our original location for the engagement pictures threw us a cureveball. And the wedding itself was so stress free when it came to pictures and videos. Everything that we wanted captured was captured and everything came out beautifully. We were 100% happy with the team that serviced us!

Christine, Ralph and Jeff were rockstars! They do an excellent job of getting to know the couple, help to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and had some really creative ideas. They made sure everything stayed in schedule. I already had engagement photos done and we had so much fun with this team and Christine!

George Street totally impressed me. The original plan never included getting pictures of me and the guys getting ready. They had basically completed all the normal photos with the girls and were like ok so where are the guys. The crew made the extra effort to come get photos and video of us getting ready and we couldn't be happier with the results. Some of our favorite photos came from this time with the crew. George Street was definitely the right decision.

We had an amazing experience with George Street! When I had any questions they were there to answer them. Following the wedding they have worked with us on our video and our album and have been very helpful with all of the information about how to make the album.

George Street was fantastic! Our photographer was professional and friendly and had so many good ideas for excellent photos. He was a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed our engagement shoot and our wedding photos! It was really nice that we get digital copies of all the pictures as well.

They were awesome to work with. Before the wedding, I could call them and they walked me through everything. We had two photographers at the wedding, a main one and an assistant, and they were both good. My only complaint was that, during the choreographed daddy/daughter dance, they only got photos from behind us. But there are many other great photos that they got. We had also ordered an album, and even though I’m the least tech-savvy person, they were able to walk me through everything with that too. They were always super happy and professional and made it very easy for me.

The staff and talent were so kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. The wedding coordinators and their wedding portal really made it easy and stress free to plan. We really enjoyed working with George Street. The entire process was well coordinated- from consultation to receiving our digital photos after the wedding. Our photographer was wonderful and we really love the pictures. Even though we were working with the photographer through long distance, with the careful coordination and planning, it all came together the day of without a hitch! We planned a budget wedding and needed a photographer who wouldn't skimp on quality while still fitting our budget. We got married in August this year. George Street made the process so easy. Our fantastic photographer called us a week before she he would capture exactly what we wanted on our special day. Our Photographer Jeffery was amazing. Taking rooftop shots in the heart of Detroit that could be in a magazine. I would absolutely suggest to everyone.

Working with Aaron from George Street was great and our photos turned out just how we hoped. Looking at photos with the consultant helped us nail down what we liked and the style we wanted for our photos. It was nice getting to choose a photographer without feeling pressured. We also liked the pricing compared to other photographers that we had looked in to. Being able to plan the day online and input our details and any special shots we wanted was nice. It made things easy to plan and we could put things on our planning tool whenever we wanted. We had to contact them a couple times during the process with random questions, and we always received an answer pretty quickly. During the wedding, Aaron was great. Everyone felt comfortable and things went smoothly with Aaron's help. After the wedding, we had our pictures in about 3-4 weeks. We liked being able to download the photos and print them wherever we wanted. I highly recommend George Street.

Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

Our photographer was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only wish was that she was more directive during the family photo section in particular, in effort to take some pressure off of us on our big day. But overall, wonderful company to work with!

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

We recently got married this past September, and were very pleased with how everything went with George Street Photo. They were always very prompt in answering all of our questions before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

George Street was fantastic to work with! Everything is well organized and simple to keep track of the planning process. There was always someone available if I had questions and I never felt pressured to “add on” or upgrade. We also had local photographers and videographer even though George Street is nation wide! Working with GeorgeStreet was one of the easiest parts of planning an outdoor wedding. They were enjoyable to work with and really partnered with you to make sure you were asking the right questions and thinking through what you wanted out of your wedding pictures to have a perfectly captured day. Sarah D was our lead photographer who took our engagement and wedding photos, and we absolutely loved her! My husband and I both had never had professional photos taken so we were both a little nervous. George Street was wonderful. You initially talk to a sales rep who shows you the portfolios of several photographers dutch availability on your day. You choose the one you want and it goes from there. We were given a few options and were immediately captivated by David's photojournalistic style. I felt extremely comfortable on our wedding day, and Iam typically pretty camera shy. David is a true professional. Would highly recommend.

Jenny at George Street was just what we wanted. She took time to scout out locations for us at our venue and was willing to go with our ideas as well. She was very involved with getting our photos and photos of our guests without being overwhelming. She would just appear at the right times. Thank you!

I was all excited to have George Street as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

We used George Street Photos for our wedding and our photographer Sandra was phenomenal. Neither my husband nor I were very comfortable with having our pictures taken and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

This review is so difficult to make because I am torn about our experience with them. We had a relatively good experience with GS, especially with photos, but we had major issues with regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

We had a great experience with George St. They gave us a choice of photographer based on various portfolios and we were thrilled with Brandon! He was very professional and took great photos. George St. was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any bride!

Our venue recommended George Street and we're glad that we used them. The process was pretty easy from beginning to end. There was always quick feedback. Everyone was professional. The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

I got married in NYC on 8/18/18 and George Street Photo was there to capture the best night of my life. From the beginning, Chelsea has been so great. Every time I had a question or emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

We used George Street videography and photography for our September 2018 wedding and couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting to our wedding day they were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on all details! Our photographer was Joseph and our photos came out beautiful!! From posed shots to candids, he truly captured the day! George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. We can’t wait to see how it turns out!

If you like playing Russian Roulette, then this the choice for you! You choose a contracted photographer at random. The only factor you really have to base your decision is a handful of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!

We just got married in May and I would recommend George Street to anyone - already have recommended them to someone! Planning the wedding was so stressful and trying to find a photographer that knew what they were doing but not pricey was difficult. I found George Street looking through The Knot and saw that not only were the pictures great quality but also for an affordable price! Most communication was with the wedding coordinator but she was very helpful in answering questions and it was great that they have you fill in all the info for the day of so that a timeline was made up for the photographer. My photographer Konrad knew exactly what he was doing. It was pretty hot out that day but he was so patient in taking our pictures and he captured so many great candids which is what I wanted! Definitely recommended going with George Street!

We had Tiago from George Street take our photos and it was a great experience. I am not comfortable in front of the camera AT ALL. I told this to him when we first met and he made sure to direct us when were taking our photos as a couple. And for the rest of night, I didn't even know he was there. The photos turned out fantastic!

My husband and I loved the package! The price is wonderful and the photos we received worth every penny. Our whole experience is very positive, starting from the first conversation with the wedding coordinator to the final part of receiving and downloading the wonderful wedding pictures.

When we first met Robert, our photographer, we clicked. He was punctual to our engagements photo's and even early the day of our wedding! He was great! He knew exactly what I wanted without even having to ask or tell him. The groom and groomsmen had the associate photographer, Arthur, and they had so many good words about him. He was like another groomsmen, from what the groom told me. He got along great with every, took funny pictures. The videographer, was was great too! The best part about him was that he blended in with everyone at the wedding. It wasn't like the typical videographer that has a huge set up all in everyone's business. He was subtle. I can't wait to see the video. They were all amazing!

Unlike many photographers, George Street works as a sort of clearinghouse - you provide George Street your wedding details/needs, who is supposed to pass all of that info to the photographers you choose from their portfolio. So it's a bit tricky to review the entire process. To be clear, our photographers got a number of memorable photos. However, the process with George Street (the entity) was clumsy, confusing and filled with mistakes. Our coordinator changed on emails (George Street blamed that on an email-merge error on their end), and we were never able to get our coordinator on the phone. It's simply a call bank of random GS employees who type your info into their database. George Street makes you fill out an extensive form to ensure they meet your needs, yet much of that form info was not relayed to the photographer. So we missed out on things like table photos from people who traveled long distances for the wedding. Again, we enjoyed the photographers. I simply wish we could have worked with them independently instead of the awkward, mistake-prone bureaucracy of George Street. The photographers were good but GS was bad, so I'm doing 3 stars to average it out.

We worked with J from George Street for our wedding and she was fantastic!! I would recommend her to anyone. We first met her for an engagement photoshoot and right away we were struck by how friendly, personable, and professional she was. She has a great eye for creating beautiful photos. For the wedding itself, working with her continued to be a breeze. Honestly, she knew when to insert herself such that we would know to capture key moments but then also knew when to fade back and let us take everything in (without us even noticing that she was continuing to capture everything). As for George Street itself, they were easy to work with and their web portal was professional and easy to use.

The photographer was very accommodating to all of the shots that we wanted. He did a great job capturing our special day. They edited and submitted the pictures to us for download within ~25 days. Super quick turn around.

The coordinators and photographers were very professional and prompt with communication! My husband and I felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend them!

First and foremost, this review is more focused on the lead photographer booked through George Street, rather than about George Street itself. The company was great, and the staff was a pleasure to work with—everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and understanding of my unfortunate experience with our lead photographer (George Street did everything they could to make it right). That being said, our lead photographer was HORRIBLE. She was absolutely the worst part of my wedding day, and ruined the photographic experience for me. We chose her based on her portfolio, since the venue shown was similar to what ours would be (which was in Scottsdale, AZ in March), and we liked her candid photography style. We were told she would contact us a week in advance of the wedding, and instead she called THE DAY BEFORE the wedding, as we were on our way to our rehearsal dinner. When we met her the day of, she was extremely aggressive, did not listen to anyone and did not take the feedback or photo requests into consideration for what we wanted captured. She was very clearly uncomfortable with photographing outside, and did not take advantage of the landscape the gorgeous venue had to offer (we paid a lot of money for the venue that wasn't photographed properly). She also didn't get ANY photos of me, the bride, on my wedding day. I asked for portraits and the only solo shots she got of me were in the horribly-lit dressing room as I was getting ready. When it came time for family portraits, she was so uncomfortable with the setting and sunlight that she forced all of us against a brick wall with ugly foliage in the background, claiming that she “needed shade” and the "dappled lighting will look terrible" (it was an outdoor wedding…in sunny AZ…). Meanwhile, our assistant photographer was WONDERFUL to work with and took gorgeous photos in EVERY type of lighting the venue had to offer--she saved the day. Unfortunately, I did not know she would take the better photos so she was assigned to the groom/groomsmen, and the "lead" photographer was assigned to me. I desperately wish it had been the other way around, since I feel like I got jipped on my wedding day. She then didn't provide us with a ton of the photos we had taken and posed for afterwards, so we had to beg to access those via George Street, and sadly they were not worth the wait. I am heartbroken and devastated about my photography experience on my wedding day. We cannot recreate the moments or the memories, and we left without anything to commemorate the event in the way we wanted. Having to schedule separate portrait sessions AFTER YOUR WEDDING because your lead photographer is incompetent on the actual day is unacceptable. I appreciated the second portrait session being comped by GS and being given the opportunity to work with my first portrait photographer again, but it wasn't the same since we were back in Boston, and our wedding was in Arizona. All around an extremely disappointing experience that can never truly be made up for.

The photos are great and we are waiting for the video so I will follow up with how wonderful that is once we receive it, but we definitely had a great time with Gabrielle and John, our photographer and videographer for the wedding. They really see to know what they're doing and we are glad they made every effort to always find the best lighting for us. The photographer missed a few photo opportunities that we were hoping to get, and we didn't feel like there was enough fun photos showing our personality - I guess I was hoping to get more guidance from her on this portion. But the photos she did take are stunning and made us look great and for that we are very happy!

We had a lot of good photos, and I'm very glad we chose to have two photographers to catch different angles. But I had talked to the main photographer about wanting a variety of candid shots and felt like we only got very posed and "formal" looking photos, which was not what we wanted.
