The “wedding coordinator” they advertise is simply an AI bot that gives vague, unhelpful responses, which left me feeling completely alone during the planning process. All photographers and videographers are contracted and do not edit their own photos. Choosing profiles based on editing style is therefore meaningless, as George Street does all the editing. The photographers and videographers know nothing about your wedding until days before and never see the photos after they take them. This is extremely misleading. I spoke with our videographer, Emilee, during the week of the wedding, and she was wonderful—very prepared, detail-oriented, and attentive. Our main photographer, Gina, had a cocky “I know what I’m doing” attitude and asked me no questions. On the wedding day, when she reviewed my shot list (which George Street required), she laughed, asked if she really needed to use it, and put it in her pocket. We missed many important photos, including one of my parents together and even a photo of my husband and me both looking at the camera. She also took photos of herself and included them in my package - photos that could've been instead of my friends or family. There were many moments missed, due to no sense of urgency, or lack of paying attention, talking in the other room. Lots of time standing around not taking photos. They started late, left the house before the limo arrived, and did not get a single photo of me by myself. The associate photographer (who was with my husband) took 50+ portraits of him, but I did not get a single posed photo by myself. I had to pay a separate photographer after the wedding to get my bridal portraits that George Street did not take. Gina ignored the time slots I had planned for photo groups, and we didn’t start family photos until the ceremony was about to begin. She rushed us out of one photo location because it was hot, moved us to another equally hot location, and promised more bridal party photos there, which never happened. We ended up with only one group bridal party photo. The final photos were very mediocre (most of them off-centered as well), which was incredibly disappointing after everything. Emilee, the videographer, and Juan, the associate photographer, were both amazing and truly appreciated. Gina was difficult to work with, and George Street as a company severely lacks communication. I would recommend using any company other than George Street. This may work for a very uninvolved bride, but if you want to be even slightly hands-on, this is not the right company.

Each image was not only stunning but told the story of our day so beautifully that we felt like we were reliving it all over again. Our friends and family keep commenting on how gorgeous the photos are, and we couldn’t agree more. Keren, thank you for your incredible talent and for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever.
