I couldn’t thank them enough for such an amazing experience! 

—up to $100 total—for writing reviews across four different platforms. Eventually, I decided to follow through because, as a planner, I found the review process simple enough. After submitting my reviews, I was told they would verify them before issuing the gift cards. Two weeks went by without any communication, so I followed up. At that point, I was told to send screenshots of my reviews, which I did immediately. Then, I was asked to send links as well—again, I complied, though it was becoming clear I was being given the runaround. Today, I finally received an email stating that the gift cards were sent—to an email address that doesn’t belong to me. When I pointed this out, I was abruptly told that I was *not eligible* for the gift cards after all. This is not about the gift cards themselves—it’s about principle and integrity. Offering incentives for positive reviews is already questionable business practice, but advertising those incentives and then deliberately avoiding honoring them is dishonest and unethical. It’s misleading, and frankly, it’s shameful. I’m deeply disappointed that a company like George Street Photography would stoop this low just to inflate their online reputation. I can only imagine how many others have been subjected to similar tactics and empty promises. Shame on you, Nora, and anyone else involved in misleading your customers and partners. You’ve lost not only my trust but any future referrals from me or my clients.

tors were extremely helpful and very responsive (and in a timely matter). Our lead photographer Elyse was AMAZING! She made everything feels so comfortable. Our assistant photographer Jessica was also GREAT! Video, Rob was WONDERFUL! All three of them made us feel at ease with the process of everything and took the time to understand what we wanted. They all worked so well with our timeline, especially since we only had set aside a small amount of time for getting ready. Not once in the day did I feel uncomfortable or in the way of what they were doing. They made sure to check in with us when they could without it being too much, understanding that we were being pulled all over already. Pricing with George Street was very reasonable. They made sure to go over the package beforehand and did their best to accommodate our needs. They were very understanding to stress of making sure the timeline worked, and so patient working through it with us! I couldn't have picked a better Photo and Video company for our very important big day!

We received over 2000 edited photos, in full resolution, with no watermarks, free to print or use however. As for the photographer we went with: One of the best wedding photographers I've had the pleasure to work with, both in personality and talent. Could not have asked for a better photographer. After the wedding, it only took a few weeks to get all our images uploaded to a gallery. Could not have been happier.

Only ONE usable photo of me and my father walking down the aisle, shaky and abrupt camera work while video tapping our reception speeches, I could go on. I was promised that the photographer has experience working at my venue and she didn’t which led to a chaotic picture taking experience. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They do not hire experienced professionals, take no accountability for the quality of their work and don’t care about your feedback to actually improve. For a business in the wedding industry, they don’t care that they're ruining people's weddings. Sickening.

This vendor definitely does more photo journalism style shooting, so if you’re looking for something more stylized it may not be for you, but we love the candids and the realness. We had a few hiccups in the journey, so I would say it was more of a 4.5 star experience, but I would rather round up than down. I had specifically asked for 1:1 shots with each bridesmaid. On the day of, we shot these photos but I didn’t get them in our deliverables. I did have to reach out and specifically ask for them. There were some great photos that were put in the “additional photo” mass dump of 1,000+ images that were easily better than images they chose for “editors choice.” I’m not sure how that process works but I did find that interesting. Lastly, I did need a number of photos edited, but they quickly made the fixes and they look great. I do think their communication can be a bit all over the place because you email a general address and multiple people will reply with their own chain and conflicting answers. For example I emailed asking for an ETA on edited photos and I got one email back with the link to the edited photos and then hours later got an email from a different person saying the images were still being edited and there wasn’t an exact ETA yet lol. Overall, they were fast, affordable, and we had a great experience.

is really nice and I like how their website is set up. However, I feel like despite the very lengthy questionnaire they asked to be completed, it wasn't really read at all or used to get the photographers better acquainted with what we were looking for despite that being the goal. And I am unfortunately extremely disappointed in the photos. My husband and I struggled to find 50 good enough to put in an album (out of over 3000+), and when we got the album we found a lot of the photos to be dark or a little blurry, almost all were off-center, and the ONLY photo that was taken with the flower girl in it we realized they CUT HER OUT of the photo for our album! My fault for not realizing that when I was reviewing the digital example but... seriously? In addition to many of the photos being off-center, I would say at least 85% of the formal/stand-still/family photos have people awkwardly positioned or only 2-3 snaps were taken so we don't have one with everyone looking at the camera or smiling. Additionally, I was a bigger sized bride (size 18) and I made it very clear that certain angles were unflattering and that I wanted some coaching to avoid certain things being front and center in my photos. That was a complete fail. I do not hate my body in any way, but I know that there are ways to take more flattering shots. I honestly have maybe 2 photos that I loved but none that really captured the magic of the day or were what I was hoping for after reviewing example portfolios from George Street's website. Just overall really sad and disappointed.

We also got to speak directly with our primary photographer, Rachel, and easily connected on putting together our wedding day vision. We couldn't have asked for a better photography team than Rachel and her assistant, Tanya. They captured our wedding beautifully and the entire process of working with George Street couldn't have been more smooth.

grapher. Alexa, the lead photographer, Thomas, the assistant photographer, and Graham, the videographer, who came out to capture our day were super fun, friendly, and accommodating. The only part I was dissatisfied with was that out of the thousands of amazing photos, there was not a single photo taken of our guest book/gifts table. Luckily, that is a small detail, but I still found that odd. I just wish I could have seen the final look of that table and used that in an album. So my only suggestion is to make sure the photography team scopes out every aspect of the venue, and captures every detail they think a bride would want. Otherwise, they did capture EVERY other detail perfectly, so it's definitely not worth giving one less star review over. The execution of our photos and video was also superb! The quality of the main video and highlight video were so crisp and I felt the production team did an excellent job. I am so happy I purchased the package that I did! It was so worth it!

really well to know exactly where to get the good shots. Our associate photographer Quentin was also amazing. The groomsmen had a great time getting all their group shots with him. He was so personable and easy to work with. Our videographer Ayobami was great and always kept the camera rolling. He was constantly getting candid footage and we can not wait to see the finished product! Would recommend all of them! George street did a great job at coordinating via phone and email. Our only negative was we originally picked a different photographer and then we’re later told he was given to someone else after we thought he was confirmed with us. It didn’t sit right with us and was disappointing but we ended up with Gabrielle who was amazing so thankfully it all worked out.

ll quickly. I would never recommend this company. We picked Heather as our photographer and she was great for our engagement photo session. She was very polite and had plenty of ideas to make sure our photos were beautiful. However, we were told our photos would be ready in 4-6 weeks and we had to wait closer to 8 weeks. Then, after having booked her over a year in advance, two months before our wedding we were told that our photographer Heather was no longer avaliable to be our wedding photographer. When we were informed we were not offered any apology nor an explanation as to why she was no longer avaliable. We were then given 3 photographers to choose from, none of who my fiance and I really loved. After picking one, we did not receive a reply from George Steet, despite multiple attempts to get into contact with them. After waiting 3 weeks for a reply, we were told our new selection was confirmed. We requested to meet with them in person or via zoom to get to know them and feel comfortable working with them. We were told that we would not be able to meet with the person who would be photographing our wedding day, and instead were offered an additional engagement session. As this was a month before our wedding, we had no need for a follow up photoshoot and instead requested our previous engagement session to be refunded. We were told this was not possible and were offered additional photo albums. We accepted, however the website to create the albums is not user friendly. Our wedding photos did come back in a timely manner, however they were not what we were hoping for, as Heather was the photographer we wanted. Our back up photographer was still good, however it was not what we'd hoped for. If you are getting married, I would not recommend George Street. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and this company will dump extra stress on you throughout the process.

Unfortunately, our selected photographer had to cancel last minute, but they brought in another photographer who fit the style we were going for in our photos. Chelsea and Donte made sure they understood what type and style of photos we wanted prior to the wedding day and communicated very well! They arrived on time and made the whole bridal party super comfortable taking photos. We got the Editor's Choice photos back a couple of weeks after the wedding and the rest of the photos within that same week, which was much faster than we had anticipated. Chelsea and Donte were able to capture our wedding day PERFECTLY through photos, and we are so glad we were able to work with them!!
