op vendors for my wedding! We had a video call with one of their representatives Sophia. She was really great with providing me all of the information I needed for the photographer package. One of the things that lead me to this company was that you get all of your photos at the end. That's right, I said all of them! And they are all edited! Also included in my package was a 20 paged wedding album. We were sold on this company! Once we were booked we working with Nora their wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful with getting everything setup for my big day. I loved the website that they used and the easy to fill out timeline forms along with examples. We chose Stacia as our main photographer and we had a second assistant photographer named Hannah. They were AMAZING with the day of photos. They had been to the venue before so it was really great to follow their lead with were to shoot the photos. Overall, George Street Photo & Video did a wonderful job with our wedding. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding!

er of photos from our first look and photos together are either fairly dark or has very poor lighting. I know we had not the best weather on our day making taking the photos fairly difficult but I figured that the editing team would be able to fix most of that but didn't. We hired Katherine as our main photographer and I felt like she spent a good amount of time on details that were unnecessary. Lots of photos of my dress and shoes that didn't even come out that well, that could've been spent on photos of my friends and family. I was fairly happy with the photos the assistant photographer took though. I didn't catch his name but he definitely understood what I was looking for with more candid shots and I could tell from the photos and angles which were the ones he took vs. Katherine. I was told that we'd get photos with our friends and family during dinner time and when it came down to it, both photographers were no where to be found. Once I did find them, they were standing off to the side not really doing anything. I paid a lot of money for a majority of subpar photos. We only had 100 guests but Katherine seemed to have a hard time coordinating everyone for our family photos, which I feel as a professional she should've gotten a better grasp of instead of me needing to yell for everyone to gather. I feel that if she just had communicated with members of my family or the wedding coordinators, it would've gone more smoothly. There are lots of photos of my husband and his groomsmen, which is great, but there are nearly not as many of myself (the bride) and my bridesmaids and the ones with my bridesmaids are really cheesy photos. I asked for more candid style photography which is why I thought katherine would be a more ideal fit, but I didn't really get great candid shots and even the portrait shots with the family aren't even centered and are kinda poor. All in all, it's a 2/5. 1 star because I liked and can probably use 20% of the photos and another cause I liked the photos from the assistant photographer.

th George Street. They had a discounted package that offered unlimited photos and unlimited locations which we found valuable. Nora, the wedding coordinator, helped quickly clarify any questions we had during the entire planning process and offered useful suggestions to keep us organized. Katherine P. was our primary photographer and we really appreciated her calling us a week before the wedding to discuss fine details. She had a very relaxed demeanor and was very flexible. She truly wanted to minimize our stress levels on the wedding day. She provided great suggestions and she worked very well with all of our guests. We had the opportunity to work with Katherine for our engagement session and we really liked how those photos turned out as well. Caryn was our associate photographer and she was very friendly and collaborated with Katherine to capture the images we wanted. We appreciated they kept checking on us and asking if we needed breaks. With it still being pretty warm outside, Katherine and Caryn got us water and made sure we were staying hydrated during the photo sessions. Caryn even used the wedding program fans we made to help cool us down in between pictures. They were so considerate! Timothy, the videographer, called us before the wedding as well to clarify events and discuss what was important to us. You can tell they enjoy their line of work and they made taking pictures fun. They all worked with each other well. We loved how our pictures turned out! We highly recommend George Street Photography!

fun, and took some absolutely amazing photos and videos. We couldn't be happier with our wedding album and I would highly recommend the people we worked with on our big day. That said, there are things about George Street administratively that leave much to be desired. When we looked at signing up for George Street, they offered us a pretty good deal for full coverage of our wedding (their prices were pretty deeply discounted during COVID). The breadth of positive reviews about their photographers and experience was the clincher. After signing up, we received access to a portal where we were charged with laying out the timeline for our big day. This proved to be the most stressful part of working with George Street. Partly because planning out the big day without a coordinator is a stressful thing anyway. But George Street's headquarters didn't make the process any easier. We had a brutal time getting ahold of any coordinator during regular business hours (90% of the time I just got send to voicemail). And even when we did connect with a coordinator via phone or email, we got thrown around to half a dozen different coordinators who were rarely on the same page with each other. We literally had to resubmit our wedding day plan 20+ times over the last month not because of our indecision, but theirs. Like I said, the photo and video staff on our wedding day was amazing and made up for the nightmare of working with the coordinators prior to that day. Thus why I would still give George Street 3-3.5 stars. But George Street really needs to do a better job of making their coordinators more readily available and assigning the same coordinator to a couple all the way through (rather than getting random coordinators). We thank George Street for our wonderful photos and videos for our wedding. We hope George Street will do a better job at the corporate level to organize their coordinators better for their future clients. It worked out in our case, but George Street could certainly do some things to make the process a lot less stressful.

holding me to the contract forcing me to pay the second half (first half was a deposit) despite the government order. They're treating it as the client cancelling the wedding even though I did not. They're forcing me to pay the remainder immediately to even move the date to the end of the year. They didn't care about my current financial situation and just want me to pay ASAP per the contract that neither party can fulfill. I recommend going with a local photographer to be treated with more compassion and professional courtesy than this trash company who only looks for money.

h and her photos turned out amazing. Even previously when going through the planning for our day the company was so organized and timely and were incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We will 100% be using them again!

The customer service there was great and they get back to you fast. The photographer was awesome and really helped me relax and enjoy my day. The only thing that might not be ideal depending on what kind of bride you are is that you don't get to meet with your photographer in person ahead of time so you don't get to know each other beforehand. You do submit a worksheet to tell them what you want. If that doesn't bother you then it's perfect! Great price for such high quality photography!! I would definitely recommend them!

They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

s we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

ith regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

r emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. ul of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!

I found George Street looking through The Knot and saw that not only were the pictures great quality but also for an affordable price! Most communication was with the wedding coordinator but she was very helpful in answering questions and it was great that they have you fill in all the info for the day of so that a timeline was made up for the photographer. My photographer Konrad knew exactly what he was doing. It was pretty hot out that day but he was so patient in taking our pictures and he captured so many great candids which is what I wanted! Definitely recommended going with George Street!

d without even having to ask or tell him. The groom and groomsmen had the associate photographer, Arthur, and they had so many good words about him. He was like another groomsmen, from what the groom told me. He got along great with every, took funny pictures. The videographer, was was great too! The best part about him was that he blended in with everyone at the wedding. It wasn't like the typical videographer that has a huge set up all in everyone's business. He was subtle. I can't wait to see the video. They were all amazing!
