They make sure that they have all the important details and that you get everything you want out of the package you purchase. It was incredibly easy and stress-free working with George Street, and I highly recommend them!

an ankle issue and she couldn’t fulfill my request to shoot at my first location because it would be inconvenient for her. Once I told the company that was unacceptable and wouldn’t work for me they promised I would receive a call to rectify the situation and I never heard from anyone. I called everyday days before my wedding until I spoke with Courtney who did nothing but send me a list of new photographers and told me this is who’s available and I should choose another lead photographer. Mind you we paid for our photography/videography services in FULL one month prior to the wedding. I never heard from the new photographer Moussa who showed up late to our first location picture shoot. He looked as if it was his first day on a job. He had no communication skills, did not try and make anyone smile or feel comfortable. He was taking one photo at a time which is noticeable now that I’m going through the final photos. He ruined most of the pictures portraits with my bridal party by not snapping many photos. He got one or two shots each time he picked his camera up. He also was told by my bridal party and multiple guests throughout the night to TAKE PICTURES!! Unbelievable. He had no idea who my family members were or how to organize a family of this size for pictures. He set up multiple family members for a photo made them wait 15 minutes before calling the photo off creating confusion and angry guests. Once he did have us set up he would take a long time before snapping ONE photo. He was constantly looking through the camera and trying angles as if he was new at this job. The videographer and second photographer came to his “rescue” multiple times as if they noticed he was struggling. I’ve never been more disappointed with a service and I would not recommend this company to anyone for their wedding day. This can never be rectified unfortunately. I can only hope that Slava the videographer got better footage but I won’t know until 3-4 months. I can only hope that if you are reading this you’ll understand how disappointing this was for me and you won’t make the same mistake. Michael the second photographer was probably the saving grace to the FEW pictures salvaged here. Also, they all left promptly at 10pm when the wedding ended at 11:30pm. They never asked if I wanted them to stay longer or extend my time, missing lots of end of night photo opportunities. Not what I would of expected from a “professional” company who asked for services paid upfront.

d blended into the reception after the ceremony to get great shots. I honesty cannot say enough good things about them. However, I can't in good faith leave a great review. the customer service is not great. The wedding coordinator I worked with really wasn't helpful at all. Initially one of her emails said I may need to obtain permits for our engagement photos (outside in Boston). I asked her for help with this, and she basically said she couldn't help me, but oh let her know if there was anything else she could help with. Couldn't give me any information or get me in touch with the photographer ahead of time to see if he knew (he was familiar with the area.) Basically sent me on a wild goose chase all to find out I didn't need any permits. I later talked to her about rescheduling our engagement photos because they were supposed to be outside and the forecast showed rain. I was within the time frame to reschedule. She suggested we take the photographer to a coffee shop and just try to take some cute pics in a coffee shop. yeah that doesn't fly for me. It ended up being fine, thankfully the weather held out and we had our photos as planned, but the suggestion really turned me off. If you're looking at reviews you know that engagement photos aren't cheap, even part of a package deal, I wasn't paying hundreds of dollars for pics of me and my fiancé in an inevitably crowded coffee shop in Boston on a rainy day. Also- for the wedding- I had gone online to the portal and filled out the timeline as requested. I had a call from a different girl to "finalize" the timeline. She changed multiple things and gave incorrect information to the talent. I had to go over everything with each of them individually and discovered that we weren't on the same page at all because they had been provided wrong information. LUCKILY all of the talent was great, on top of the situation, and were very flexible. They made our day great, captured all the moments. It wasn't so bad so as to not recommend, because the finally product is worth it, but just prepare yourself if you go this route that the customer service is not the best.

e by no means rigid or demanding when it came with the pictures. Being someone who doesn't love being in front of the camera, Kevin was super laid back, and provided great ideas for various pictures. I am so excited to see how the pictures turn out!

The planning process from the engagement picture until the wedding day was made easy due to their knowledge of the industry. We can't thank Kathleen, Aramis, Christian and the rest of the George Street team that work to make and capture our wedding memories. Our pictures came out so beautiful, and everything was captured and more. We loved working with Kathleen, Aramis, Christian, how flexible how they were able to accommodate working with us at multiple locations and with a flexible timeline. We would definitely recommend them and also use their services again in the future. Our picture and video came out beautiful and I couldn't even remember feeling that the George street team was every in the way. Thank you George Street.

hey would give us other options. We were given 2...one was ok and the other was not acceptable. We asked for them to find us other options as we were not happy with our 2 choices...they tried but could not find us anyone else that short of notice. We chose the lead that was acceptable and he was very nice. I came that day of the wedding with a list of family photos I wanted and their names. That did not happen. I am missing key family members from these once in a lifetime photos which was upsetting to me and those family members. I also did not have any self bridal portraits. We got over 2,000 photos back which was nice, but honestly I ended up editing them all myself (after edits were supposedly done) on my iphone and was able to submit those to use for our included wedding album. Our video and clip were nice and edited well it seems. Overall would recommend if you are on a tight budget, but would not use again myself or recommend to my friends. I would work with the individual photographer to make sure everything was how I wanted.

He was very professional and I think we got very lucky with him! Our video came out decent. It wasn't super polished, the audio has an echo and was difficult to hear at times, but overall we were happy with what we got for the money we spent.

had ago re-schedule, re-plan, re-think.... EVERYTHING. Our wedding coordinator, Nick, was amazing. He made this sad and scary time a breeze. As for our photographer, Rebecca, we cannot begin to tell you how in love we are with our photos. She was attentive, fun and friendly. She made people who hate taking photos, feel at ease and confident. Choose George Street, it is worth it.

photographer Denzil was also really great, he had very creative ideas!! And our videographer Sam was also very easy to work with!

n get you thinking about things you didn't even know you needed to know! My photographers (Jess and Danielle) and videographer were AMAZING! They were present and took just the right amount of 'posed' pictures but then also were so seamlessly melting into the background and capturing beautiful moments during the important parts! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

She found beautiful shots to take that we would not have been able to think of. She was also great with our silly flower girl! The quick turnaround time in processing the photos and how they turned out was fantastic.

Her photos are excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day! We also did a great engagement shoot with Colleen! Our associate photographer, Denzil, is also very talented and friendly and had some great ideas for shots! He was with the groomsmen getting ready and took wonderful photos! Our videographer, Shawn, is friendly and reassuring and he is so talented at capturing video without being seen, our guests did not even realize he was filming! We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Nick, he was friendly and reassuring on the phone and provided all of the details we needed in a timely manner! We highly recommend George Street Photo & Video!

Turnaround time for pictures was right around 5 weeks and we got a special little glance before with a handful of pictures also. Nick was also available for any questions afterwards and always had a quick answer ready. All in all extremely smooth and easy process and would definitely use again!

I would recommend everyone to John, Lionel for videographer and Dawna for assistant photographer!! We received weekly emails with a coordinator to assist with any questions or concerns throughout the entire planning process too. Great company!

os and it was greatly priced compared to other photographers. We met with a consultant who gave us multiple local photographers’ portfolios to look through and we were able to pick the one we liked the best and fit our vision for what we wanted on our big day. We decided to go With Mo for our photographer since we really liked her style of photography. We had already done an engagement photo session so for our photo session I actually did a Boudoir photo shoot for my fiancé’s wedding gift. The one bad experience I had was for that photo session. The photographer was supposed to call a few days ahead of the session to go over any details and just to introduce themselves (since we had not met yet at this point) but she never called. Given I had hired hair/makeup for the session and took a half day off of work to make it work, I was so stressed out the night before and morning of thinking that she might not be showing up. George Street customer service did finally get me in contact with her later that morning. She did apologize and in the end the photo session went great. The hotel room we used for the session ended up being a pretty tight space and she didn’t bring all her equipment that could have worked in the space better so some of the shooting became a bit of a challenge. While there were a few struggles in that shoot, the photos did come out great! She was great at giving me direction and making me feel comfortable while I was there. My fiancé absolutely loved the photos for his gift! As for our wedding day, we also had an associate photographer join Mo whose name was Caitlin. They both showed up on time and did their best with helping keep us on schedule and on time for everything. Our photo schedule was a little hectic given we didn’t do a first look so it was nice having them keep us in check to make sure we got the photos we wanted but also weren’t late. We got a lot of compliments on how upbeat and positive Mo was during the day from our guests and wedding party. One thing I will say about Mo is boy is she active! She was climbing up on things, laying on the floor, and a ton of other acrobatics to make sure she got the right angle and shot. I was almost worried for her safety a few times LOL! BUT….after getting our photos, her effort really made the difference. Our photos came out so beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! I will say Mo’s extra effort showed as we could definitely tell the difference between her eye and Caitlin’s in the photos. Caitlin’s photos were all still great and beautiful but I do think Mo brought a little extra flair to her angles that we could notice. Overall, minus a few mix ups with our photo session, we are extremely happy. I may even use Mo again in the future for other photography sessions we may need! 

tographer. Prior to our wedding we had to fill out an in-depth questionnaire answering all kinds of questions about our bridal party, our families, and the agenda. We also spoke to John for 30 min over the phone the week of the wedding going over all the details at length and requested a few important pictures. Although we did a lot to prepare him, on the day of our wedding he seemed to have forgotten everything I wrote and spoke to him about. He approached me directly after the ceremony as we were lining up to take posed pictures photos (as previously discussed) and asked “what would you like me to take a picture of?”. I was shocked that a professional photographer wouldn’t have a list prepared (especially since we previously went over these details). He was timid, not assertive and shouldn’t have been our lead photographer. My husband and I only have two pictures of us alone at the church. We were pretty frustrated, but fortunately some family members captured some great photos. It definitely wasn’t worth the money, though. After, GS offered us a $400 printing credit, but we didn’t have many pictures we felt were worth printing in the first place. We also paid for an album and we have yet to receive any details about said album and it has been over 3 months. Contracting with GS was my only regret from my wedding.

s and was happy to help and gave me a better price than any other photographer had. I let her know that I wasn’t just interested in the “perfect” pictures but I wanted the outtakes, too. It may look like double chin to you, but to me it’s a fond memory. The nice thing about this company is that you get all of your photos back, all edited, and they give you the rights to print them, so you don’t have to pay expensive printing costs like many other photographers charge. I emailed our photographer, Angela, about our engagement shoot and she was very flexible with location and time. She understood my wants to have pictures that “make people feel uncomfortable and confused” and did her best to make that happen for me. I’m very pleased with how they turned out. We got our edited photos back very quickly, about a month later. For the wedding, I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. It was a very laid-back day and we got in all the shots we hoped for, including the important ones of our dogs. We again got our edited photos back about one month later and were able to download them and do with them as we pleased. We were very satisfied with our experiences and recommend the company with enthusiasm!

We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

s we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

never felt pressured to “add on” or upgrade. We also had local photographers and videographer even though George Street is nation wide! Highly recommend!
