Our photographer gave zero direction on what to do, how to stand/pose, and used horrible angles for our engagement photos. The editing turned out to be even worse. All of the the colors are washed out and over exposed. We gave immediate feedback, asked for more vibrant colors, and even sent photos from the same locations showing the actual colors and here we are months later and nothing looks any different. Our engagement photos are so awful I cried. It was too late to get another photographer for our wedding so gave the photographer feedback of what angles & poses we like and don’t like (even gave example photos of different poses/ideas for our wedding) and she essentially did none of them. We just got our wedding sneak peak photos are they just as awful as our engagement ones, despite multiple emails about how disappointed we were with the first color editing. For the price you would expect something much better or at least for them to listen to feedback and preferences. At this point, the photos our friends sent us from their phones look better than these so-called professional ones.

George Street was excellent and made the whole process super smooth. The day of our photographer Kenneth was reliable, flexible, and professional. He took amazing photos of our amazing day!

I was referred to George Street by a patient of mine who had used them for their wedding. George Street did not disappoint! They were very professional and we now have a video of our big day that will last forever.

We were really thrilled with George Street! Our photographer, Kenneth, was such a fantastic photographer. He checked in with us prior to the date to get a feel for what kind of photos we wanted, as well as on the wedding day. He was very inconspicuous, and captured some really beautiful moments. He was super sweet and a joy to work with.

The team we worked with for our wedding was very professional, and we didn’t even notice they were there. We are very happy with the end result, and thankful to have something to remember our big day!

Mediocre. Our photographer didn't know how to do a "first look" pic - he focused the camera on me instead of my bridal party and dad. He also framed the all-guest posed shot poorly, so one of our guests is half cut out of the picture, and some guests are on the very edge, so when I printed the pic out, it didn't fit in an 8x10 frame exactly, and there are white borders on the top and bottom of the picture. The website is hard to navigate, and I ended up downloading all our pics and putting on a Google drive to share with guests so they didn't have to deal with it. Designing our album was a huge hassle - you can't rearrange the pictures, so if you want to change the order, you have to remove a bunch and then add them back.

Look else where. This company’s sales team is great and deserves this star for doing their job. The service team on the other hand is a nightmare. It took 4months to setup our engagement shoot to find out last min the photographer we picked wasn’t in the area. Two weeks before the wedding the company didn’t even contact us to let us know our photographer had ended their contract and wasn’t going to be available. Luckily the photographer reached out to us so we could reach out to the company. Then they sent us new photographer portfolios that weren’t even available the day of the wedding. A literal nightmare. If you like getting ghosted, hung up on, making daily phone calls and leaving messages then these are your ppl.

The photographers were very professional, respective of our surroundings and knew exactly what we wanted. They picked out nice scenery for our group, family and couple photos. They were very knowledgeable in their work. They respected our privacy when needed but also taught us how to pose for pictures. They were very easy to work with. We received our photos in 30 days and the pricing was great since most private photographers cost over $5k.

We found George Street Photography online and they were very quick to respond when we reached out for a quote. We had a video call and the staff were professional at helping us decide what type of photography we liked to pair with a good photographer in the area. Our wedding photographer was Jessica L and she was fantastic! She kept us on schedule and took photos at the right angle, telling us how to pose. Our photos were also ready in 30 days and we were so excited to share with friends and family! Pricing was also cheaper since private/contracted photographers cost well over $5K. Overall we would recommend George Street for their professionalism, efficiency and good pricing.

I had a rough experience with Georgestreet. It was very hard to get ahold of my photographer before the wedding and she seems to have not seen my shot list and inspo board because many of the shots I wanted were missed. I also had to keep responding to the same questions from Georgestreet (not the photographer) over in over, sometimes as many as 5 times, via email as if they weren’t reading what I wrote. Photographer seemed stressed on the day of the wedding and even snapped at a couple bridesmaids. We reached a point where I had to start directing what we would be doing next because she would take a long time to set up a single shot. Additionally, the photographer showed up the day of the wedding not even realizing she had shot our engagement photos. She also pulled me aside as I grabbed dinner only just realizing she hasn’t taken a photo of the full wedding party. There were a lot of issues and frustrations regarding photos. If I were to go back in time I would not rehire Georgestreet. The price was absolutely not worth it. My photos are alright but overall very unhappy with the experience and posing of photos. I was trying very hard to stick to a budget when I started planning but I wish I had gone for a better photographer. Georgestreet was so much unnecessary stress and I regret not having the amazing photos from a once in a lifetime day.

Wanjun was the best vendor of our big day. He was friendly, professional, and took the exact types of pictures that we were looking to capture. You could tell he took the time to understand our preferences sheet and it was greatly appreciated. He blended perfectly with our guests and wedding atmosphere and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Definitely recommend him and George Street!

From Nicholas & Melody J Let us start with the booking process, having to plan everything based on what we see on the internet our trust in everything was on the borderline. Nicole Trier as our Wedding Consultant was able to answer our million in one questions/concerns. She was very informative and gave us great options on different photographers with different styles. We decided to go with Jessica L, we enjoyed her portfolio and background credentials. After booking, Georgestreet offers a Wedding Coordinator that is included in our package. This was very helpful, we utilized it especially towards the time stamps for the big day. We got to have a interview/conversation over the phone with our photographer Jessica L a few days before the wedding. This gave us an opportunity to go over the schedule and family photo templates/locations. After speaking on the phone with her, it gave us much more confidence towards the big day. Big day, Jessica arrived on time and very courteous and polite! She wasted no time and took picture of everything and anything. She knew we really would like candid photos of our intimate wedding and she delivered! We are so happy and blessed she got to capture our big day! Jessica gave us more than we could ask for! She brought our intimate COVID wedding out with the photos she took. Jessica was very flexible and able to work with us and our crazy family. We waited just a month for our photos to be available to us, Nora the Wedding Coordinator kindly sent us the credentials for access to our photos. All the photos were impeccable! They sectioned out in Albums. We received more photos than we imagined..500+! Nora was available to answer any of our questions even after services were provided! We appreciate the amazing customer service and wonderful quality that was provided by Georgestreet! Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Steve at George Street Photography was fantastic! Steve did our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. After our engagement shoot, we knew we were good hands! Steve worked extremely hard at our wedding. His photojournalistic style was really appreciated, helping us get all the candid shots we wanted. He was like a fly on the wall, everywhere at once. Steve has an eye for a great photo: be it capturing the perfect moment, finding the best background, using the natural lighting or helping us strike the perfect pose. The photos he was able to capture will be cherished for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank Steve enough. George Street made the whole process so easy. Their online platform was easy to navigate, and our phone meetings helped keep details clear and answer our questions. Their day of timeline guideline was also super helpful in figuring out what shots we wanted and how much time to allot for different photo sessions. We would definitely recommend George Street for any couple looking for a photographer.

Delighted with George St Photos, they were amazing from start to finish. The co-coordinating service they have is very current and keeps everyone on the same page. On the day of the wedding our two photographer were amazing. Anything we wanted or changed was not a problem to them and the pictures have come out exactly how we wanted. Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

Our photographer was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only wish was that she was more directive during the family photo section in particular, in effort to take some pressure off of us on our big day. But overall, wonderful company to work with!

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

We recently got married this past September, and were very pleased with how everything went with George Street Photo. They were always very prompt in answering all of our questions before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

George Street was fantastic to work with! Everything is well organized and simple to keep track of the planning process. There was always someone available if I had questions and I never felt pressured to “add on” or upgrade. We also had local photographers and videographer even though George Street is nation wide! Working with GeorgeStreet was one of the easiest parts of planning an outdoor wedding. They were enjoyable to work with and really partnered with you to make sure you were asking the right questions and thinking through what you wanted out of your wedding pictures to have a perfectly captured day. Sarah D was our lead photographer who took our engagement and wedding photos, and we absolutely loved her! My husband and I both had never had professional photos taken so we were both a little nervous. Sarah made sure to walk us through the process and made the experience fun, so we were able to relax and really be ourselves. George Street was wonderful. You initially talk to a sales rep who shows you the portfolios of several photographers dutch availability on your day. You choose the one you want and it goes from there. We were given a few options and were immediately captivated by David's photojournalistic style. I felt extremely comfortable on our wedding day, and Iam typically pretty camera shy. David is a true professional. Would highly recommend.

Jenny at George Street was just what we wanted. She took time to scout out locations for us at our venue and was willing to go with our ideas as well. She was very involved with getting our photos and photos of our guests without being overwhelming. She would just appear at the right times. Thank you!

George Street was amazing when it comes to the pictures for my engagement shoot and my wedding! Our consultant that helped us pick our photographer was so sweet and helpful. Our photographer Monica was AMAZING! She was always there to answer my questions and help me with everything! She made me feel so comfortable, like a friend was doing my pictures !! Overall a great company! Would definitely recommend 11 out of 10!!!

I was all excited to have George Street as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

We used George Street Photos for our wedding and our photographer Sandra was phenomenal. Neither my husband nor I were very comfortable with having our pictures taken and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

This review is so difficult to make because I am torn about our experience with them. We had a relatively good experience with GS, especially with photos, but we had major issues with regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

We had a great experience with George St. They gave us a choice of photographer based on various portfolios and we were thrilled with Brandon! He was very professional and took great photos. George St. was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any bride!

Our venue recommended George Street and we're glad that we used them. The process was pretty easy from beginning to end. There was always quick feedback. Everyone was professional. The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

I got married in NYC on 8/18/18 and George Street Photo was there to capture the best night of my life. From the beginning, Chelsea has been so great. Every time I had a question or emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

We used George Street videography and photography for our September 2018 wedding and couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting to our wedding day they were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on all details! Our photographer was Joseph and our photos came out beautiful!! From posed shots to candids, he truly captured the day! George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. We can’t wait to see how it turns out!

If you like playing Russian Roulette, then this the choice for you! You choose a contracted photographer at random. The only factor you really have to base your decision is a handful of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!

We just got married in May and I would recommend George Street to anyone - already have recommended them to someone! Planning the wedding was so stressful and trying to find a photographer that knew what they were doing but not pricey was difficult. I found George Street looking through The Knot and saw that not only were the pictures great quality but also for an affordable price! Most communication was with the wedding coordinator but she was very helpful in answering questions and it was great that they have you fill in all the info for the day of so that a timeline was made up for the photographer. My photographer Konrad knew exactly what he was doing. It was pretty hot out that day but he was so patient in taking our pictures and he captured so many great candids which is what I wanted! Definitely recommended going with George Street!

We had Tiago from George Street take our photos and it was a great experience. I am not comfortable in front of the camera AT ALL. I told this to him when we first met and he made sure to direct us when were taking our photos as a couple. And for the rest of night, I didn't even know he was there. The photos turned out fantastic!

My husband and I loved the package! The price is wonderful and the photos we received worth every penny. Our whole experience is very positive, starting from the first conversation with the wedding coordinator to the final part of receiving and downloading the wonderful wedding pictures.

When we first met Robert, our photographer, we clicked. He was punctual to our engagements photo's and even early the day of our wedding! He was great! He knew exactly what I wanted without even having to ask or tell him. The groom and groomsmen had the associate photographer, Arthur, and they had so many good words about him. He was like another groomsmen, from what the groom told me. He got along great with every, took funny pictures. The videographer, was was great too! The best part about him was that he blended in with everyone at the wedding. It wasn't like the typical videographer that has a huge set up all in everyone's business. He was subtle. I can't wait to see the video. They were all amazing!

Unlike many photographers, George Street works as a sort of clearinghouse - you provide George Street your wedding details/needs, who is supposed to pass all of that info to the photographers you choose from their portfolio. So it's a bit tricky to review the entire process. To be clear, our photographers got a number of memorable photos. However, the process with George Street (the entity) was clumsy, confusing and filled with mistakes. Our coordinator changed on emails (George Street blamed that on an email-merge error on their end), and we were never able to get our coordinator on the phone. It's simply a call bank of random GS employees who type your info into their database. George Street makes you fill out an extensive form to ensure they meet your needs, yet much of that form info was not relayed to the photographer. So we missed out on things like table photos from people who traveled long distances for the wedding. Again, we enjoyed the photographers. I simply wish we could have worked with them independently instead of the awkward, mistake-prone bureaucracy of George Street. The photographers were good but GS was bad, so I'm doing 3 stars to average it out.

We worked with J from George Street for our wedding and she was fantastic!! I would recommend her to anyone. We first met her for an engagement photoshoot and right away we were struck by how friendly, personable, and professional she was. She has a great eye for creating beautiful photos. For the wedding itself, working with her continued to be a breeze. Honestly, she knew when to insert herself such that we would know to capture key moments but then also knew when to fade back and let us take everything in (without us even noticing that she was continuing to capture everything). As for George Street itself, they were easy to work with and their web portal was professional and easy to use.

The photographer was very accommodating to all of the shots that we wanted. He did a great job capturing our special day. They edited and submitted the pictures to us for download within ~25 days. Super quick turn around.

The coordinators and photographers were very professional and prompt with communication! My husband and I felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend them!

First and foremost, this review is more focused on the lead photographer booked through George Street, rather than about George Street itself. The company was great, and the staff was a pleasure to work with—everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and understanding of my unfortunate experience with our lead photographer (George Street did everything they could to make it right). That being said, our lead photographer was HORRIBLE. She was absolutely the worst part of my wedding day, and ruined the photographic experience for me. We chose her based on her portfolio, since the venue shown was similar to what ours would be (which was in Scottsdale, AZ in March), and we liked her candid photography style. We were told she would contact us a week in advance of the wedding, and instead she called THE DAY BEFORE the wedding, as we were on our way to our rehearsal dinner. When we met her the day of, she was extremely aggressive, did not listen to anyone and did not take the feedback or photo requests into consideration for what we wanted captured. She was very clearly uncomfortable with photographing outside, and did not take advantage of the landscape the gorgeous venue had to offer (we paid a lot of money for the venue that wasn't photographed properly). She also didn't get ANY photos of me, the bride, on my wedding day. I asked for portraits and the only solo shots she got of me were in the horribly-lit dressing room as I was getting ready. When it came time for family portraits, she was so uncomfortable with the setting and sunlight that she forced all of us against a brick wall with ugly foliage in the background, claiming that she “needed shade” and the "dappled lighting will look terrible" (it was an outdoor wedding…in sunny AZ…). Meanwhile, our assistant photographer was WONDERFUL to work with and took gorgeous photos in EVERY type of lighting the venue had to offer--she saved the day. Unfortunately, I did not know she would take the better photos so she was assigned to the groom/groomsmen, and the "lead" photographer was assigned to me. I desperately wish it had been the other way around, since I feel like I got jipped on my wedding day. She then didn't provide us with a ton of the photos we had taken and posed for afterwards, so we had to beg to access those via George Street, and sadly they were not worth the wait. I am heartbroken and devastated about my photography experience on my wedding day. We cannot recreate the moments or the memories, and we left without anything to commemorate the event in the way we wanted. Having to schedule separate portrait sessions AFTER YOUR WEDDING because your lead photographer is incompetent on the actual day is unacceptable. I appreciated the second portrait session being comped by GS and being given the opportunity to work with my first portrait photographer again, but it wasn't the same since we were back in Boston, and our wedding was in Arizona. All around an extremely disappointing experience that can never truly be made up for.

The photos are great and we are waiting for the video so I will follow up with how wonderful that is once we receive it, but we definitely had a great time with Gabrielle and John, our photographer and videographer for the wedding. They really see to know what they're doing and we are glad they made every effort to always find the best lighting for us. The photographer missed a few photo opportunities that we were hoping to get, and we didn't feel like there was enough fun photos showing our personality - I guess I was hoping to get more guidance from her on this portion. But the photos she did take are stunning and made us look great and for that we are very happy!

We had a lot of good photos, and I'm very glad we chose to have two photographers to catch different angles. But I had talked to the main photographer about wanting a variety of candid shots and felt like we only got very posed and "formal" looking photos, which was not what we wanted. We were also told that the only suitable lighting was in these two area of our venue... We had a whole beautiful historic mansion, and the person only took our pictures in two locations (literally one room, and one spot outside). No interesting, creative, natural looking 'poses' were suggested. We were basically standing in one spot the whole time, which left for very little variety in our pics. I thought we had communicated prior to the wedding what we wanted, but maybe there was a misunderstanding. The other thing we were disappointed about was the fact that there were many guests that were not even pictured. The whole point of having two photogs was to make sure all the guests were captured at some point. We didn't need 1000s of pictures of us, we needed pictures of our loved ones sharing in the moment with us.

I absolutely LOVED my photographer Melanie! I was nervous not having a 2nd one but she did such an amazing job and didn’t miss a single detail, over 2,000 pictures in an 8hr time frame really blew me away! From the style quiz, to the coordinators and such attention to detail, George Street made my day amazing from start to finish!
