If I could put a zero star review for this place I would. DO NOT rent dresses from the place. Worst possible service from the supposedly owner Melissa. Ordered dresses for a wedding back in January and it took 4 months to get the dresses in. Every time we would call they would say that the dresses aren't in yet, then the excuse was their in a container all the way in the back and haven't been unloaded yet, then the next excuse was its prom season and we haven't been able to get the dresses out yet. Lets just say that it has been excuse after excuse. After all that we were told that alternations would be $30 and then they ended up being $45 and the excuse now was that was just a quote. Then they lost one of the girl's money that she put towards the dress. Please make sure you pay with your debt credit or ask for a receipt. When I brought up all the problems to Melissa, she stated you got the dresses before the wedding right. Also, asked her to check the footage on the camera the day that the money was given to her. She stated she would check them, come to find out that their cameras don't even work. So we ended up paying double for the dress. Not the point, the point is that there were just way too many problems and the service is horrible. Then when the girls finally got their dresses, they were altered wrong and the day of the wedding 2 of the dresses zippers were stuck and wouldn't go up after basically forcing the zip up. Then in the end of the night one of the zippers on another dress would come down at all. The zipper had to ripped in order to get the dress off. Also please make sure that you don't pay cash. Melissa took cash for one of the dresses and then when it came time to pick it up she stated she never I don't know how they have been in business for so long. Maybe they are good for Tux's and should stick to that.
