The initial meeting went great! We booked them to do a small flower order for the wedding. The florist was to be at the church to pin the groom and groomsmen. When the groom arrive...
d at the church, at the agreed upon time, the florist had dropped off the flowers and left the church. The florist was to tie a special keepsake on the bride's bouquet...the groom had this keepsake, so obviously the florist didn't stick around to tie it on. Since the florist didn't stay to pin the corsages, the flowers for the readers and greeters were overlooked and never given to these 4 girls (if their flowers were even delivered). The bride's bouquet was to include stephanotis, the traditional wedding flower. These were missing from the bouquet. Neither the bride or groom were contacted by the florist to inform us of any changes prior to the wedding. Three weeks after the wedding - we still have not been contacted by the florist. The prices seemed fair for what were had ordered, however I would have paid more for better service and to receive the flowers we wanted.
