Kara and Stephanie do a great job at blending right into your wedding day. They came prepared with a list of pictures my now husband and I wanted as well as made the picture section of our day feel as natural as possible. A wonderful group to work with!

Kara and her secend photographer were amazing to work with on our wedding day. She had such fun energy throughout the day. As we saw photos from family and friends getting posted on Facebook we would say "that's a good photo, hopefully, Kara got it too" and sure enough, she was in the background snapping the shot from an even better angle! She also did a wonderful job working with our videographers to make sure they were getting the video that they needed.

Kara and Stephanie were absolutely amazing! My best friend hired Kara and Stephanie for her photos, and not only did they do an amazing job at capturing the photos, but they went above and BEYOND to make sure that my best friend's day was so special. I seriously cannot thank them for all of their amazing hard work, not only in the photography aspect, but their overall support throughout the day. Honestly, it was like having two wedding planners AND photographers for the day!

Kara and Stephanie are far more than photographers. These ladies were absolutely amazing to work with. They were quick to help me straighten my dress/veil or pick things us. They felt like guests at the reception because they were fun to talk to. You would have never known they were there as they are so good at what they do, they were able to get around all events and gets photos. They helped with guidance for the formal photos and had a few giggles with our crew of crazies. The way that they work together was phenomenal. Kara would start to say something and Stephanie would finish it. Truly an amazing pair and cannot wait to see sneak peaks and the full photo package.

These ladies were the absolute best on my wedding day! I got so many compliments from family and guests about how good they were too! I pretty much told them to do whatever for pictures and they ran with all their ideas. Will definitely be using them for family pictures in the future!

Kara'd Away Photographers are very accommodating and willing to try new ideas, they go above and beyond. What no ever tells you about a wedding and the months that come before it, is that it goes by in a flash. Yet working with Kara and her team was super easy and professional, especially on the big day, they had everything covered, and checked in on us a few times and made sure all the specific photos we were looking for were taken. She totally nailed our engagement pictures with nice scenery, working with our bicycle on an active trail, and fireworks as well at the golden hour, and they were on point to try a confetti bridal party picture that they were only going to get one chance at.

Kara and Stephanie were fantastic! They gave clear directions for posing, as well as capturing candid shots. They stayed "hidden" during the ceremony and cake cutting. They were super friendly to our guests. They were able to work fast if we got behind on our schedule. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding, engagement shoot, and family pictures.

Kara and Stephanie were very organized, helpful, and calm, especially during the chaos of large group shots. It was very helpful accomplishing the planning early, but they flexed when we needed. Kara even climbed 12 flights of stairs to get photos on top of an observation tower! Everyone loved the sneak peek photos they did on social media.

Kara is AMAZING! She was the photographer we wanted, and we even changed our wedding date to get her because she was already booked. That's how awesome she is! She was so helpful with my planning. She helped with our day of timeline and answered lots and lots of questions for me. Our engagement session was fun and we were able to use our pictures for save the dates and a guest book. Our wedding day was perfect! Kara was there every step of the way making sure everything was running smoothly. She also worked perfectly with the videographer and I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

We live out of town so we had only talked to kara on the phone before our wedding, but she showed up and acted like she had known us all our lives. By the end of the day I felt like i had known both of our photographers forever. Once I got our pictures back it confirmed that we had made the very best decision to hire them!!

I'm so happy we chose you to shoot our wedding. It rained and sleeted on our wedding day, which could have been a disaster, but they were able to work with the places we had and still make our pictures look amazing. I couldn't even believe how good they looked considering what the weather was like.

Kara and Stephanie were so much fun to work with! They treated our family like they would treat their own! My Dad won't stop talking about how much fun they were! When my maid of honor didn't know how to bustle my dress, they had no problem jumping in to help me out. I would recommend them over and over!

I couldn't have asked for better photographers on my wedding day! Kara and her assistant were so fun, patient (we had a massive family to photograph!), and the photos were INCREDIBLE! I told Kara I wanted a rustic feel, so she asked a bed and breakfast near our Church if we could photograph there, and the photos were indescribable! The fact that Kara went above and beyond to give us something other than your stereotypical Church photos was something that meant so much to me. If you're looking for someone to really take into account YOUR wants out of a photographer, invest into Get Kara'd Away, you won't regret it!

We love our pictures so much! We are so glad we chose Get Kara'd Away!!! They've taken our family pictures, my boudoir pictures (which I highly recommend having done!), our engagement pictures (Swoon) and our wedding and we've never been disappointed!
