Our wedding morning could not have gone more smoothly, and so much of that is thanks to her. She was easy to communicate with from the very first email through the big day, and she made sure everyone — me, my bridesmaids, and my mom — looked absolutely beautiful. She arrived early and kept the whole glam schedule running on time, which took so much stress off my plate. When I decided to add on an extra service, she was completely flexible and made it work without any issue. I did my trial at her adorable studio in Norwalk, and she was even great about scheduling it around my bridal shower weekend to make it easier for me. If you’re looking for a makeup artist (and hair stylist!) who’s talented, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with, I could not recommend her more highly.

2 other women, complaining that we were not ready, when in fact they were late in arriving and we were ready! The one who was doing hair had NO idea what she was doing. She could not even do braids on the 2 flower girls. She added a ton of goop and then tried to curl their hair. It didn't work. The makeup person did some good work, yet others had to re-do their makeup. One woman came out with an orange complexion! They rushed through everyone, except for the bride's hair, which was a simple flip. The women had to re-curl their hair while Olena and her team were still there. NO ONE offered to help re-do the falling curls. They just packed up and left. The whole experience was disappointing and very aggravating. This is not the experience that you want on your special day. You need professionals!

d several times on the hair style and Olena was nice enough to allow me to set up two trials with her and her team. Iryna was the main artist who did my hair and makeup, and it was ABSOLUTELY stunning! Both hair and makeup lasted the entire evening. Ivanna and Tania worked on my bridesmaids hair and makeup as well as the mothers of groom/bride. My bridesmaids LOVED the end results, which also lasted the entire wedding night. They were so sweet and professional the entire morning/day and traveled to my house to do it all! I know will be using this studio and Olena's team ANY and EVERY time I need professional makeup/hair in the future!
