Get Plattered is a Fort Collins-based catering company specializing in elevated grazing tables and charcuterie for weddings and events all over Northern Colorado. Designed to be both visually striking and effortlessly enjoyable, our spreads are a natural fit for cocktail hours, receptions, showers, and post-wedding brunches. Our offerings include seasonal grazing platters, fully customized grazing installations, and individual charcuterie cups and cones. Each spread is thoughtfully curated with a balance of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, house-made desserts, and complementary accompaniments like honey, preserves, and crackers. Our seasonal menus highlight the colors and flavors of each time of year, while our Custom Grazing Platters—ideal for groups of 100 or more—serve as a true focal point. These larger displays feature multi-tiered styling, fresh baguettes, and optional floral elements tailored to your event’s aesthetic, along with carefully selected pairings to complement your beverage menu. We aim to make the catering process seamless from start to finish, offering delivery and on-site setup with eco-friendly materials for an easy and efficient cleanup.
