I didn’t love the overall look but I was still willing to give a feedback so we can work on the negative points. I guess you can’t criticize the work you are paying for and is not satisfied with at all because after my feedback, I received a message two days later telling me they will not be working me 😕 I do not live in Denver and i have limited time and means to fly around and schedule other trials.
What kind of professional would rather drop a client than work with them to satisfy their needs just because they didn’t get the feedback they wanted?

Every professional has a style to their work, not everyone will like the work, thus this is why trials are so important. I would rather redirect an opportunity I can not full fill rather than take your money and have you un-satisfied one of the biggest days of our lives. I believe doing so, says something about my character, professionalism, and love for the brides about to get married. I did offer an additional trial at no cost, and you declined. Therefore, I did not feel comfortable moving forward knowing you were not completely in love with your look. I apologize I only gave you months in advance to find another professional, but did give you great leads to other professionals highly rated in the industry. s following, she touched base with me to see how I felt about the makeup and if there was anything I wanted to change. Tifani did my hair and listened to my concerns/wants/hopes. She was honest about telling me if a specific style wasn't going to work due to my hair type.
On the day of wedding, both ladies showed up on-time and ready to go. They were presentable in their appearance (I've heard others are not) which made me very happy. During the hair and makeup, they would ask if I was ok. I never felt rushed for myself or my bridal party. Their calm demeanor helped create a calm atmosphere.
The studio for the trial run was very clean; responses were very quick and I never felt pressured and the pricing was very fair!

We first had our trial run at their home studio, which was set up very clean and orderly. Sondra and Andrea had a ton of products to work with and they listened very well to everything we said. I felt very comfortable telling them if I wanted more eye shadow, foundation or whatever I felt needed a little more attention. They were so receptive, it was refreshing! Sondra did the makeup and Andrea did our hair for the trial run and I loved the result! Over the course of the next month, we exchanged texts to narrow down exactly how we wanted to look on the day of my son's wedding. I don't have enough space (or time) to tell you EVERY good thing about them, but suffice it to say, they were punctual, friendly, out-going, professional, courteous, great listeners and so willing to make the day special for YOU. The girls at the Spray tanning booth had a really awesome set up! Their live models spray tan looked very bronzed and beautiful. I am definitely going to book them for a spray tan for my big day!
