Super disappointed with their services and honestly surprised they have a 5 star review. I was going to go with them for my wedding makeup and they did a horrible job. The makeup artist was nice enough but did not know what she was doing. I reached out to them to let them know how unhappy I was but never heard anything back. The makeup trial alone was $150 and they left me hanging without a makeup artist less than a month before the wedding. Would recommend finding a different place if you are thinking about using them for your wedding makeup.

I didn’t love the overall look but I was still willing to give a feedback so we can work on the negative points. I guess you can’t criticize the work you are paying for and is not satisfied with at all because after my feedback, I received a message two days later telling me they will not be working me 😕 I do not live in Denver and i have limited time and means to fly around and schedule other trials.
What kind of professional would rather drop a client than work with them to satisfy their needs just because they didn’t get the feedback they wanted?
