While we sis not have a wedding experience with Gettysburg Picnics we did have our daughter’s 10th Birthday luxury sleepover! Gettysburg Picnics was amazing to work with throughout the entire process! They were very accommodating to anything we asked for and even added to the ideas we had. I would highly recommend Gettysburg Picnics to help plan, organize and execute any event!!

The setup was so beautiful it looked like it belonged in a movie! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Gettysburg picnics for all of your events!

Gettysburg Picnics created the perfect micro wedding for us! I provided Tessa with some pictures of the things I made and ideas I had and she and her team ran with it! She provided me with wonderful recommendations for venue(in budget), cake, and food. She was very responsive and asked important questions to make sure she understood what we wanted. The venue turned out even better than I could have imagined! We had so many compliments on our wedding! Thank you so very much! Our day was so special because of you!

We utilized Gettysburg Picnics to pull off the ultimate surprise Bachelorette Party sleepover for our bride-to-be! Tessa was so fun to work with and had everything we needed to make the day extra special! Highly recommend!

I hired Gettysburg Picnics to help plan a picnic at Adam’s County Winery to propose to my partner. I liked working with them SO MUCH on this, that I ended up applying to work for them as an Event Assistant, so now I’m also on their team! As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt totally supported and included every step of the way. Tessa is absolutely lovely to work with both from the client side and the employer side, and makes everything easy and fun! I am so glad that I hired them for my proposal Picnic, they really made the whole day magical. And although I probably could have tried to do everything myself, it was soo nice to just sit back and enjoy the happy part of the occasion without having to do all the hard work of set up! (And I looked wonderful and put together in pictures because I wasn’t sweaty from setting up!) Plus, their in-house baker Amanda makes the BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had! I will definitely be hiring Gettysburg Picnics as my Day of Coordinator for my wedding too!

Tessa and her assistants listen to your ideas and craft the perfect experience for you! We had a very fun bug themed birthday picnic but what ever event you need her for you can be assured it will be great and meet/exceed your expectations. We had many exchanges via email to ensure everything was just right!
