Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but they delivered under extraordinary circumstances and I'm forever grateful for their thoughtfulness during that time! An absolute must try if you're in New Bern, and 100000% worth it as a caterer for any event!
Sissy with the Ghent Sandwich Shop was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner a huge success. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Being from Arizona and flying in for the wedding made knowing good caterers from NC a bit challenging. Sissy was quick to respond and answered all my questions. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you are looking for professionals with an amazing attitude and excellent food and service to cater your event, the Ghent Sandwich shop is the place to call!

I, along with my husband Greg, own Ghent Sandwich Shop in New Bern, NC. I love working with my couples to help incorporate their choice of foods into a fabulous display that enhances their special day. My husband was a cook in the Navy and both of our fathers are Vietnam Veterans. We take pride in our military background and especially love to work with the military couples getting married. I believe in communication and planning and strive to make sure every detail is met for your food service.
