Jennifer’s items available for rent are absolutely lovely. She has gorgeous plates, flatware and glassware that perfectly complimented my wedding day.
My only negative feedback is...
how difficult it is to get a hold of Jennifer. I sent more emails and called more times than any other vendor for my wedding by a long shot. Unfortunately emails are not reliably answered and often I had to send 1-3 follow up emails just to get an answer over several weeks. Additionally her phone is never answered and at times her mailbox was full.
Overall GHR rentals was good and coordinated drop off and pickup seamlessly with my venue. I would love to give them a higher rating but ultimately their communication was a significant factor that affected my experience. If they can improve their administrative/communication issues I would absolutely hire them again for future events.

Jenn has the decoration rentals arranged so beautifully inside and has decorations that cover a breadth of themes; from Victorian to rustic and more.
