re was one associate (short hair) who was not very nice and made a few unnecessary comments. I ended up picking my dress that day. The timeline for the dress to come in was very reasonable and had no delivery issues. The dress was sized very big and the seamstress had to take it in 6” on both sides. Martina is so sweet and very helpful with the alterations and changes I needed. She was delayed on a few fittings and my dress was not ready until 2 days prior to my wedding( alterations started in June). The day of the wedding we noticed a dirt spot on the dress and a few loose strings. It was a little stressful but it all worked out.

What I truly appreciated was them connecting me with Martina, their seamstress, to help with my alterations, which were done with incredible skill and precision. From the moment I walked in Lindsey, made me feel welcome, accommodated my entire crew, and took the time to get to know me, answer all of my questions, a guided me through this whole experience. She made this the most wonderful experience and she made it so much fun, I even found a dress to change into (wich was not part of the plan!) for the reception!
They have a great selection of dresses and for all occasions. Don't hesitate to make an appointment, I would recommend this place a thousand times and more!!

my initial appointment with a dress she thought checked all the boxes for what I was actually looking for in a gown but couldn't seem to find it. They were able to make an appointment for me right away and it was the dress of my dreams! Martina was wonderful with alterations and did everything she could to have me feel comfortable for my day of my wedding. My grandmother was able to get her dress and had it fitted here too! ions and it was three times as much!). However, I only bought the dress here because it was on sale. I actually discovered it at a different store. I almost bought it for the higher price, too, just because their customer service was a lot better. Not that it was terrible, but they never really went above and beyond like other places. Also, since I was measured for the same dress at both stores, I was surprised to find that they suggested different sizes. The store that took more time and treated me better measured me at an 8. Special Moments measured me at a 6. Since I trusted the other store more, I ordered an 8. Well we got the dress in and it fit like a glove! I would have spent so much more altering/letting out the too-small dress if I would have gone with Special Moments' recommendation. At the end of the day, I got my dream dress and perfect alterations at Special Moments, so I was very happy.

eir customers. I first went here for my maid of honor dress for my best friends wedding and was also looking for my own bridal dress here, but will NOT be returning. They measured me and ordered me a size i told them would be too big on me, but they stressed that dress sizes are different than clothing. I listened to them since they are the professionals. It came in and it was enormous. I asked if they could get me the proper size and they said no. Jenn then said she'd call me back and never did. I took it to my seamstress, since they don't have one, and she had to take it down 2 dress sizes over 3 inches!! I ended up basically paying for 2 dresses until all my alterations were done. I could have forgotten about the wrong dress size if they would have been there to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, they don't know how to measure and they don't know how to treat their customers. Very disappointed.
