For the make up trial, she spent like 6 hours redoing it and trying different things until it was exactly what I wanted... which was a long a** process bc I didn’t even really know what I wanted. The whole time, she and my best friend and I are cracking up, telling stories and having a great time until like 1130 pm. It was crazy, but damn did she slay! On the day of, her team was phenomenal they did all 13 of us (myself, bridesmaids, moms, and a grandma) right on schedule and everyone was so beautiful. She even made sure to make sure my bff/maid of honor and mom had next priority and got EXACTLY what they wanted.. they both looked so gorgeous and still talk about how much they loved their looks too. It’s so rare to find a make up artist that can capture the natural look while still having everyone look GLAM, and involving fun pops of color on the lips, creative touches etc. Her style is totally chic and glam but not at all over the top. Best of all, Shes super flexible and truly knows how to bring out the beauty in any person with any look... it’s truly amazing. Gia was so so helpful from the second I first talked to her on the phone, I knew she was a literal GIFT to me from the Universe! My day of plans were unstable (last minute additions, change of location, etc) and she just rolled with every change up that ended up going down. Her attitude was amazing and her energy is totally contagious. I’m so grateful I got to meet Gia, let alone have her do my wedding hair and make up. She is such a talented artist, you’d think she would only do make up and hair for high fashion runway models. It is literally a gift to us all that she does weddings too. Do I sound dramatic yet? We scheduled a trial the Monday before my wedding, and I was SO happy with how it went and so relieved. Cristina is extremely talented, a perfectionist and a true professional. lf. I wanted her to focus on me all night long. Then about 2 weeks before my wedding I called her and said “Gia, the person who’s doing my hair bailed on me. I NEED YOU!” She immediately ran to my house to do a hair trial (which I also LOVED) and then it was show time! On my wedding day we showed up early and got to work. She kept me calm the entire time. She made me laugh and smile and she made me feel like I was a queen. She helped with everything also. One one my bridesmaids dresses snapped and there she was, like a super hero saving the day! She stayed with me until the very end. Fixing my make up for pictures. Holding my flowers, fixing my dress during pictures. She is a real life super hero. I love Gia so much! BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!! Gia came to my parents home to do my trial which made things so convenient for me since I was only in town for a few days since I live out of the state. Gia was very accommodating, spent time with me via phone and texts, to get an idea of what kind of look I envisioned for my wedding day. It was also easy to schedule a date and time, for a trial, when my husband and I visited Miami; a few months before the weekend. Not only was the process plesent, with Gia, in the days leading up to the wedding but she was also a calming presence for me, the day of the wedding. She has an eye for her craft. The day of my wedding, she did everyones makeup. All my girls looked beyond beautiful. Everyone was so happy with their look. She made them all still look like themselves. When she finished my makeup it looked exactly like the trial. She didn't change anything and thats what I loved the most. Gia was traveling out of the country at this time; however, she took the time to call me from abroad to calm a stressed out bride.
