ution of our wedding ceremony and reception, Giovanna was a godsend. She was so friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Anytime we needed anything at all, Giovanna was there for us and always went above and beyond.
We knew that planning a wedding was going to be a daunting, stressful task. But we cannot even imagine how lost we would be without Giovanna’s guidance. She and her team showed up bright and early on the day of our wedding and made the entire day feel seamless and completely stress-free for us.
Our guests have been raving to us since the wedding about how perfectly everything went, and we owe that all to Giovanna. We HIGHLY recommend Gia Events to anybody in need of the perfect coordinator for their wedding. You will not be disappointed!
Gia was incredible! She was already booked for our date and took the time to help us out regardless! She came to our venue, gave us her advice and provided us with recommendations ...
on how to proceed. She was patient with all of our naive questions and managed family dynamics gracefully. I cannot recommend enough!
Let me begin by saying working with Giovanna and her team was one of the best decisions we could have ever made when planning our wedding!

ere completed, but Giovanna quickly jumped in and filled in any missing details. She was responsive, attentive, flexible, and had a calm, easygoing demeanor throughout the entire process. She made sure we on top of everything in the final weeks leading up to our wedding. We felt prepared and stress free after each time we met.
Giovanna and her team helped to make our wedding day so special! Her attention to detail and aesthetics on the day of our wedding surpassed our expectations. We loved the way everything turned out and the day went flawlessly! They even made sure we had time to sit down and enjoy our dinner! Having Giovanna and Jessica coordinating the day allowed us to truly soak in every second of it and we (and our guests) had so much fun!
We cannot stress enough how much we appreciate all of Giovanna’s hard work! If you are debating about having a coordinator, I highly recommend Gia Events! There are so many little things that need to get done in the weeks prior/day of the wedding, but Giovanna made the process so easy and it was the best feeling being in the moment during our wedding instead of sweating the small stuff!
We could not be more thankful and happy working you Giovanna! You are the BEST! <3

ntive. The entire team did a great job being available to us the entire day. They are very skilled with creating a perfect timeline, dealing with brides/families and sensitive matters, and overall it was the perfect day and evening. Everything was exactly what I imagined and wanted. They even brought to life things I didn't know how to describe, and everything was incredible. I will be referring them to every engaged couple I know!
