ere completed, but Giovanna quickly jumped in and filled in any missing details. She was responsive, attentive, flexible, and had a calm, easygoing demeanor throughout the entire process. She made sure we on top of everything in the final weeks leading up to our wedding. We felt prepared and stress free after each time we met.
Giovanna and her team helped to make our wedding day so special! Her attention to detail and aesthetics on the day of our wedding surpassed our expectations. We loved the way everything turned out and the day went flawlessly! They even made sure we had time to sit down and enjoy our dinner! Having Giovanna and Jessica coordinating the day allowed us to truly soak in every second of it and we (and our guests) had so much fun!
We cannot stress enough how much we appreciate all of Giovanna’s hard work! If you are debating about having a coordinator, I highly recommend Gia Events! There are so many little things that need to get done in the weeks prior/day of the wedding, but Giovanna made the process so easy and it was the best feeling being in the moment during our wedding instead of sweating the small stuff!

They are very skilled with creating a perfect timeline, dealing with brides/families and sensitive matters, and overall it was the perfect day and evening. Everything was exactly what I imagined and wanted. They even brought to life things I didn't know how to describe, and everything was incredible. I will be referring them to every engaged couple I know!
