Really disappointed my son was not able to use the facility because he had to cancel his wedding event due to the fact that he and his fiancé are having money issues and because of her fathers health and will be doing a smaller wedding and cancelled 6 months before his wedding giving them plenty of time to rent it again if needed and was not refunded their whole deposit which makes no sense so very disappointed wedding event was suppose to be October 8 2022

Great staff and facility! We were the first wedding held in the new Toyota Events Center upon its completion. Being the Events Manager for a well known local wedding design and coordination company, I am familiar with area vendors and facilities and was eager to work with them. The staff made the whole process seamless and they were very accommodating. No where else in south western Indiana will you find a state of the art facility, immaculate kitchen and bar areas, large and nice restrooms, tables and chairs for 600+ comfortably, plenty of parking, and all for a cost effective price. The neural and clean palate allows you to come in and decorate and easily make the space your own. I would highly recommend this facility for all of your gathering needs.

The bar and kitchen is wonderful. We had plenty of space for an appetizer bar, dessert bar, photo booth, 50-60 tables w/chairs, dance floor, very large head table, and cocktail area! We were able to bring the caterer of our choice as well as other vendors. Great lobby area with a large coat room. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. They provided all tables and chairs and high top bar/cocktail tables to use as well! Wonderful space that is easy to decroate and customize to make it fit your style. Connie was great to work with and easy to contact.

I held my wedding reception in the Toyota Events Center at the Gibson County Fairgrounds. The office staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. They guided me through the process of all the licenses required for catering and bar tending we had brought in for our reception. We were able to rent a stage they provide for events in the building as well. It is a perfectly beautiful space and easily accessible! Price is very reasonable for the amount of space you are receiving.
