From the very beginning, Shay was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure I felt my absolute best. During my bridal hair trial, she took the time to listen to my vision, answer my questions, and perfect every detail until it was exactly what I had envisioned. The breakfast, mimosas, and the stunning setup for my bridesmaids reveal made the morning feel incredibly special. It was so much more than having my hair done. It was an experience I will cherish forever. Walking away from my trial, I felt so confident and excited because I knew I had chosen the perfect hairstylist. I had complete trust in her, and that peace of mind meant everything leading up to such an important day.
On my wedding day, Shay exceeded every expectation I had. She brought my vision to life even better than I had imagined. My hairstyle was elegant, timeless, and exactly what I had dreamed of. or your big day that includes styling your bridesmaids is a healthy task and very stressful. I spoke to a few stylist that kept giving me the runaround or ghosted me but Shay was responsive, professional, with prompt communication, and follow-up.
All the things you think would be a non-negotiable when you’re running your own business however, this was a very hard thing to find.
I originally entertained the idea of having Shay do my bridesmaids hair and have my own stylist for my hair, but because of Shay’s professionalism and approachable demeanor, it was a no brainer.
For my hair prep I was greeted with a bride robe, water, a gift and relaxing environment.
