Martha is truly an artist! From doing my prom flowers to now my wedding bouquet I could not be happier! She worked with me to find the perfect colors to match my theme and even added in book flowers I made to make them extra special! She is wonderful to work with and 100/10 would recommend!

Martha was an absolute blessing to work with! She brought my whole vision of flowers to life for my wedding. I didn’t want any color and just wanted greenery and white flowers and she executed perfectly. She explained what flowers would be good for the time of year and why (November). She was also able to stay in my budget even with having 12 bridesmaids, 12 groomsmen and 17 table arrangements! The flower selection was beautiful and Martha really took the time to show me different flower combinations that would go together that fit exactly what I was looking for! Martha and the entire Gifts from the Heart Team really knocked it out of the park for our wedding! She listened intently to every detail I wanted to include and even cataloged quite a few changes along the way. My bouquet was probably one of, if not, my favorite detail of the entire wedding and all of my bridesmaids were equally obsessed with theirs . The centerpieces were unique and added the perfect touch to the tablescapes while the pew bows made for a subtle but impactful accent to the aisle. Martha truly understood the vision I had, winter with a slight hint of Christmas, and was able to lend her expertise to help me achieve it and then some...all while coming in under budget! She was beyond flexible throughout the entire process, especially when it came to my COVID postponement. My husband and I really could not recommend Gifts from the Heart enough for not only the amazing florals but for all the care and work along the way!

Martha was my saving grace for my wedding. My husband & I were supposed to be married at a traditional venue & covid took over. We decided to have a small backyard wedding, although we could not cancel the venue. So having to plan both became pretty costly & a huge headache. We had to move our wedding up by 4 months due to an unforeseen family illness and only had 5 weeks to plan our wedding. Martha and her staff were exceptional!! I think it's safe to say I had the most beautiful flowers at my wedding! Martha sat with my then fiance for an hour helping us put together amazing bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces! I am still getting compliments on how vibrant and full my bouquet was. And Martha was always available via email and text to iron out details.

Martha was so incredibly easy and helpful to work with for my wedding. Our wedding needed to be postponed due to COVID, and she was very understanding and accommodating. When my ceremony location changed from indoor to outdoor with little notice, Martha reached out to me and changed the arrangements to fit the outdoor space. Everything looked BEAUTIFUL!!

This was my favorite vendor for my wedding. I worked with Martha last year and my colors were navy, white and gold. I love flowers but I was not sure what I wanted. Due to COVID I was very delayed in my wedding planning as we decided to proceed with the church only a few weeks before the date. I met with Martha only 3 weeks before the wedding. She was incredible and the flowers were gorgeous. She went above and beyond in ordering multiple types of pink flowers to ensure we had the right color to match what I had in mind. I personally dealt with the owner, Martha Cederstrom from beginning to end. Since this was a second marriage for my husband, John and me, I didn’t want to go too extravagant. We wanted a simple yet classy wedding which was held at Captain Bill’s Restaurant in Bay Shore. Our centerpieces had a nautical theme using a rose gold metal candle holder with a ring of flowers, eucalyptus and ferns surrounding the base. We had the centerpieces warmly lit on each table throughout the evening overlooking the water. Martha took charge and made sure everything was in its place and had a beautiful arrangement of flowers over the mantle of the fireplace which is where our wedding ceremony took place in front of. She made my personal bouquet of white roses for me to carry while I walked down the aisle towards my husband. All the boutonnieres were made by Martha too. Her expertise and knowledge of the floral industry is wonderful and we recommend her business to help anyone in need of flowers. Thank you Martha for help making our day truly memorable. I got married this past weekend at the Bourne Mansion and used Gifts from the Heart for our florist. I went in thinking that I did not care much about the flowers for our wedding, but boy was I wrong. The quality of flowers that I received along with the overall look of my bouquets and centerpieces were wonderful. Martha guided me to flowers that were gorgeous when paired together. She also was helpful in tweaking different flowers In consideration of a budget. I truly loved the arrangements and it added to make my day and photos GORGEOUS! Working with Martha was a pleasure! Wedding planning is obviously stressful, anytime I went to visit her I knew I could trust her because she is dedicated to her work. She felt like family. She made us 20 centerpieces, a mix of high and low with some lanterns, bouquets for all of my girls, she created a beautiful natural wood archway with flowers affixed that was behind our table, she also included a few extra pieces for the entryway of our venue, boutineers for all of the gentlemen and decorated our cake! I heard from our Maitre’D that she took great care and was ensuring that all of the flowers were perfect before leaving the venue.

From the first day I met Martha to the day of the wedding I felt like it was a member of my own family doing the flowers for me. She cares that much. Phone calls and emails were quickly answered. Her ability to create your vision with only describing a few things is absolutely incredible! She's so talented and I felt her passion in every piece that she made. I sent a few reference pictures from Pinterest and told her to go for it because every idea she came up with for me was perfect so I knew I didn't need to even worry. Martha's work was the one part of my wedding where I had zero trepidations about. She even took on the task of ensuring the tables were set up correctly when I asked if she could and put extra detail into everything she touched.
