Gigi Bridal Boutique

I had the BEST experience at Gigi Bridal this weekend! My family was only in town for one day so I knew I had to find the dress and was a little anxious. Gigi made me feel comfortable and confident from the minute walked in. She really listened to what I was looking for, so much so that the dress I ended up choosing was one she had picked for me! She is GREAT at her job and styling for personal preference and body type. Gigi also has a great selection of beautiful gowns for any bride’s style!! My family loved Gigi and our experience there as she took care of every single detail and had amazing customer service! I am so excited to be a Gigi bride!! 👰🏻💕🍾

I'm from Tucson but live in Australia, Gigi who we met was very sweet, even though we hadn't booked ahead of time and walked in, she let us browse, select and try on many of the gorgeous dresses. She was very helpful in trying on, pulled dresses inbetween ones I had tried to help me find what things I liked, ultimately finding THE ONE. She also helped me looking at veils, pulling the less expensive until we asked specifically to try on one that ended up being more. She was very mindful of the work that would be put in to thebalteratiins and gave us helpful suggestions and assurance to the time it would take. Would recommend for those looking for simple but also elegant lace dresses. Was really well taken care of and loved the atmosphere too. Highly recommend!

Gigi’s Bridal is a fantastic bridal store with beautiful dresses and great staff, and I’m so grateful to them for helping my find the dress of my dreams for the big day and assuaging all my fears, some of which had been put in my head by other bridal shops. I had visited other stores before going to Gigi and when I did they acted as though it would be nearly impossible to get my dress in time for my wedding. Mind you, my appointments we’re in April 2019 for a November 2019 wedding. Not only did Gigi not pressure me on that, but my dress arrived months in advance! The dresses at some of the other shops were insanely expensive and out of my price range, and most of the floor samples didn’t fit me at all, to the point I couldn’t even get an idea of how they would look when properly sized. When I got to Gigi I was nearly in tears, despondent that I wouldn’t find a dress, but Gigi was so calm, helpful, and pulled gorgeous dresses within my price range that were all stunning! I wasn’t sure I would look good in any wedding dress, but the dresses Gigi pulled for me made me feel like a princess, and I found and ordered my dress that day. Later I had my alterations done with Zoya, who did an amazing job and turned my dress around in a week, which was amazing! A friend of mine had her dress bustled at a different shop and they used buttons, a few of which were ripped out at her wedding. Zoya used hooks, and they stayed in place without any issues all night long! If you’re looking for a wedding dress in Tucson I promise you won’t regret going with Gigi!

This place definitely has a beautiful selection of dresses! They make you feel very welcomed and work with you. You don’t feel rushed. Gigi and Melissa were so friendly and helpful. I have already recommended this place to a few friends getting married next year. It was such a pleasing moment when I walked in and saw the dress that I would walk down the isle, marrying my best friend. But the quality is worth the price!! Thank you!!!

Gigi was absolutely amazing! She made my first and only dress shopping experience so easy and fun! I wanted to try on all kinds of styles. Out of the dresses that weren’t the one, I found things I liked about them, and she ended up finding me a dress that had each thing I loved from the other dresses to give me my perfect dress. I can’t thank her enough for everything.

I’ve been dreaming of getting my wedding dress from Gigi Bridal since I was in high school and worked next door to her first shop. Gigi Bridal was the my first choice when making my appointment. From the moment we walked in, I felt special and important. I only tried on 6 dresses and the last one I tried on was one Gigi picked for me after talking to me about what I wanted, my style, and venue. Gigi’s pick was the one. She is extremely intuitive, helpful and so kind. I loved working with her. Gigi Bridal is a Tucson gem. Love all the girls at Gigi Bridal! They are very welcoming and willing to assist you in any way. They were the only place in Tucson that had the elegant dress look I was hoping to find and they did not disappoint. I worked with Gigi, Fernanda, and Michelle over the several months of communication with the boutique. Not only are the girls in the shop wonderful, their seamstress is phenomenal! Zoya is such a sweetheart and made me feel at ease with all of the changes that were being made to my dress.

The BEST in Tucson! GiGi is amazing - one of a kind. You definitely get the royal treatment for your consultation. The private room in the back made me feel comfortable while trying on all the different dresses. Overall, the experience is one of a kind and was my favorite part of planning my wedding. Once I picked my dress, during the alteration stages GiGi was so accommodating (I was an out of town Bride); she always had time to see me...even just a few days before my wedding! I had my dress altered by their seamstress - Frieda (who is awesome as well)! Overall, GiGi's is the place to go! Beautiful dresses and fantastic ladies! Thank you GiGi!!

Everything about my experience at Gigi Bridal was perfect. I could not have asked for better. Every time I was in they were kind, helpful, wonderful, and accommodating. I wish I needed another dress just so I could get to have the experience all over again. Thank you gigi for making my dress dreams come true!

My experience with GiGi's was amazing. Laura was the consultant who helped us out and was so great about helping me try on different styles, adjusting things I did/didn't like, and helping me feel confident and relaxed about the experience. Never once did we feel rushed, which made the experience so much more relaxed than other stores I had been at. My situation was slightly out of the ordinary- I bought my dress here while visiting my parents, I live full time in Minneapolis. Both Laura and Gigi (the owner) were so wonderful and accommodating when it came to working around the extra step of getting the dress, veil, and accessories to MN once they arrive in Tucson. They even took it a step further and helped me order extra lace from the designer so I could add sleeves to the bolero the dress came with- something they did not have to do, but went above and beyond for me to help get it done. All around, this boutique is amazing. I very, very highly recommend it!

I went to a lot of shops all over Arizona looking for a gown and can say the service at Gigi's topped the list. She listened to my desires and then brought dresses based off my ideas and her ideas. She also was able to make the size 14s fit snugly on my size 0 frame so I could really see how it would look which is something not accomplished at most stores. In the end I ended up with a dress that was different than I originally intended but was perfect. I have her to thank for that. Lovely dresses, lovely envioronement, and lovely staff! [I also went to the seemstress they recommended and she was very talented]

The entire staff is friendly and so attentive! The selection is phenomenal and I was incredibly pleased with the personalized service, quality of dresses and ultimately the dress I selected! There was no stress! This is the must-go to bridal boutique in Tucson.

The staff at Gigi Bridal is so welcoming and wonderful to work with! They make you feel so comfortable when trying on dresses, and they continued to be helpful after I bought my dress, helping with alterations issues and steaming my dress and veil before the big day. I absolutely loved my dress - the Pronovias collection is so beautiful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gigi's. Gigi's was the first and only wedding boutique that I tried dresses on and I said yes on the first try. Gigi was able to get me out of my comfort zone and put me in the most beautiful wedding dress (that I happened to say yes). If you say yes, you get to pop champagne with your bridal crew.

Not only is GiGi's boutique full of beautiful dresses but she is such a joy to work with! I went to her shop on a whim early in my engagement and ended up buying the first dress I tried on! She was so helpful, sweet and not pushy in the slightest! I went to a few other dress stores (even in Nyc) and the level of service from Gigi was unbeatable, it's like she is one of your girlfriends coming along to go dress shopping. Her alterations team was great as well and she even dropped my dress off at the resort so my fiancé wouldn't see it! Can't say enough good things about her, don't shop anywhere else

I visited many dress shops for fittings, and I chose to get my dress from Gigi not just because I loved the dress, but because Gigi was incredibly helpful and fun to work with. She had great suggestions for styles that fit my personality, yet she was never pushy at all and was very perceptive to what I was looking for. The alterations took a bit longer than either of us expected, but Gigi was there at every appointment, ready to give suggestions and support. I was so thankful for her help throughout the process.

i wish I could have worn 10 different dresses at my wedding. Gigis has beautiful dresses and the shop is beautiful, makes you feel extra special in there.

Gigi is both phenomenal and delightful. Her pride and knowledge in her field is clear as she obviously enjoys her business. While her associates are not as competent as she is, they are rarely in the store. Gigi will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. However, I might recommend going out of house for a more reliable tailor. The tailor she uses took about twice as long with the alterations, and the dress was still too long and the removable straps popped off at several inconvenient times (most awkward during the ceremony...). I couldn't recommend Gigi and her fabulous selection of dresses more, but I would steer clear of her trusted tailor.

After searching through MANY bridal dress stores I finally found the right dress and the right store! Gigi is AMAZING!! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, caring, and honest! She even helped me right down to last minute with alterations 3 days before I left for my wedding and they turned out perfect! Her store is beautiful and she gives you her undivided attention!! Thanks again Gigi!!
