Gigi's in Savannah is the best! Our cake was amazing and looked almost too beautiful to eat. All of our guests were in love with the cupcakes. Cupcakes are definitely the best for weddings because you can have more than one flavor and more than one size so all of your guests have good options!

Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL and tasted even better! Our mini cupcakes were also DELICIOUS! We did have quite a bit of wedding cake leftover and no means of storing it to take home. *face to palm* Just something for future brides to think about :)

My husband and I were hesitant about going with a chain bakery at first, but after trying a bunch of local bakeries in the Savannah area and then Gigi’s, the other bakeries just did not compare. Not only do the cakes and set ups look gorgeous, but all the flavors taste incredible (I have a big sweet tooth and can be very critical about my cupcakes)! For our wedding, we chose wedding cake, white pumpkin, s’mores, chocolate chip cookie dough, midnight chocolate, and red velvet cupcakes for our guests and got a cookies and cream naked cake for ourselves. Our guests raved about our cupcakes (especially the chocolate chip cookie dough and s’mores flavors) and many asked where they could buy their own. Sheila is very easy to work with. Anytime I had a question, I was able to text her and she would respond immediately and was always very nice and professional throughout the process.

We chose GiGi's cupcakes to do our wedding cupcakes, instead of having a cake. I found out about them by going to a Bridal Expo in downtown Savannah. They had amazing wedding packages. I chose a package that gave be both large cupcakes and mini cupcakes and I was able to choose 6 different flavors. GiGi's cupcakes has like so so many different delicious cupcake flavors which each are little works of art, so beautiful! They were arranged by the vendor on a big beautiful cupcake tiered stand and looked absolutely gorgeous. GiGi's cupcakes was so easy to work with and they are so seasoned when it comes to doing weddings, you don't have to worry about a thing. 5 stars!

FUTURE BRIDES STAY AWAY! If I could give this specific location 0 stars, I most definitely would. Sheila, the owner, has lost all of the respect I had for her in October of 2018 when I booked her for my wedding. Here are all the reasons why: 1. She set up a cake tasting appointment for me for January 3rd. We live in Florida but made arrangements to come to Savannah for the weekend. She called a few days in advance to inform me the store would be closed for the holiday and she accidentally scheduled my tasting for a day they were closed. 2. We rescheduled our tasting for today, February 23rd. She wasn’t even there for the appointment. The girl working had to call her & we waited 45 minutes on her. She said the “schedule calendar” was messed up. She kept trying to blame WeddingWire, however, not only did we message on WeddingWire but also email AND by phone. 3. The cupcakes I had previously told her I wanted to taste weren’t even made or available. She had us pick 4 cupcakes from the counter. Cupcakes that were DRY AND OLD, not to mention very few flavors were available. 4. After expressing I wanted a refund & was no longer wanting her services for my wedding. She offered a “discount” and even proceeded to tell me she has “such great reviews online” and to give her another chance. THIS IS NOT A GAME - THIS IS MY WEDDING!!!!! After leaving devastated and mad that I drove 2 hours to a second missed appointment I called “Flirt With Dessert” and Ashley was SO NICE! She booked us a tasting, told me to pick 4-5 flavors from their online menu and she would have them made fresh that day for our tasting. Moral of the story: this store treats you like trash and isn’t classy by any means. Side Note: Corporate has been called and informed. No one should have to go through this.

We went for the tasting and they offered so many options and we went with a 5 tier cupcakes stand. It included 5 different flavors and were a huge hit, everyone loved it.

We used Gigi's Cupcakes in Savannah to supplement our deserts at the wedding reception. We got our wedding cake elsewhere, but we wanted to offer dairy-free and gluten-free options. The cupcakes were a big hit with the guests - we ordered five dozen total and every last one was taken. I'm pretty sure many of the guests had no idea they were dairy- and gluten-free which is about as big a complement you can give. They were moist and sweet, delicious chocolate and vanilla. The only hiccup we had was in the ordering process. There was some confusion about whether our order was final or not that needed some time to resolve in the last week. We still feel comfortable giving five out of five stars because of the attention we got from Sheila at Gigi's cupcakes to make sure everything went smoothly for us - her extra efforts were greatly appreciated. Most importantly for us the delivery was on time, the price was in our budget, and the cupcakes were delicious. We would gladly use Gigi's again.

If you want to customize your wedding cake or cupcake down to every detail you need to choose Gigi's! Oh and they taste amazing! They are so sweet and great people to work with. We had a smal cutting cake and a tie stand full of cupcakes of 6 different flavors! Everything was delicious and beautiful! I would not go with anyone else! They can do full wedding cakes as well! Can't wait to use them again for another event!

LOVE Gigi's cupcakes! I was in love with them before I met my husband haha. Red velvet and Kentucky Bourbon being my favorites. Of course we had those at our wedding. I love that we were able to do a lot of different flavors and looks. Our guests love them. We didn't have much left over but the ones we did were easy to pack up and put by the door so people could take them on the way out. I was almost mad I didn't have more leftover! Bethany and her team are great to work with. We didn't do anything fancy (the cupcakes are great on their own!) but I know her team could whip out Pinterest worthy designs with ease. Love them!

Bethany was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and I love GiGi cupcakes. We knew we wanted to incorporate them in our special day! They are very accommodating on customizing each cupcakes as well as our sweetheart cake. We stayed with the cream and blush theme on all the cupcakes and they customized the frosting, color, and details to our liking. Our sweetheart cake was two layers of the strawberry champagne, and wedding cake. Each cupcake was not only beautiful but delicious!
