This is a very beautiful venue. Its owned by Paula and she is a very kind person! You can tell when she built this she really thought about the flow of everything. The Native Texas...
Plants that are around this venue and surrounding the main silo are breathtaking! If you are looking for a rustic yet modern day venue this fits perfectly not only is the venue beautiful but the area is amazing as well! If I could get married over again I would still always choose Gilbriar! 10/10 recommend!
Paula was extremely accommodating with our schedule and gave a very thorough tour. She was upfront and personable. We really enjoyed the place and learning more about it.
Really pretty venue. Owner was able to squeeze us in to her schedule to tour the property. It has beautiful wild flowers and the owner was super informative on everything. She was ...
very upfront about prices, what’s included and hid NOTHING! Super close to Fredricksburg’s main avenue but still tucked away so it feels private.
Such a beautiful venue in one of my favorite cities in all of Texas. The gardens were especially beautiful! So colorful and lush and full of butterflies even in the August heat!
Paula was very to easy to get in contact with, in fact, I called to make an appointment to see the venue and she was able to meet within minutes. The venue is gorgeous, surrounded...
with elegant decor hand picked from France by Paula herself.

ing like a spotlight. I loved that. She was extremely helpful and you know right away how much she cares about your wedding and how proud she is to have someplace truly special to share with you. Highly Highly recommended.
Paula was so accommodating and Gilbriar is so unique! We were really impressed with all of the detail that went into the venue. Gorgeous!
The venue is beautiful and our wedding there was amazing! We had many guests comment about how unique it is. Paula was generally easy to work with, as a newer venue I think she is ...
still working out some of the kinks, but she was flexible and willing to discuss and adjust along the way. She is very responsive to email and venue visits. Great space for a smaller event (we had 115). Would recommend not going above about 120 or so if you plan to have a full band and busy dance floor like we did! Pictures in the back field at sunset are swoon worthy too!
This is a fairly new and amazing venue!! The thought and care that was put into the construction and design of this facility is amazing.

dent in every aspect of this wonderful venue. She is soft spoken, thoughtful and has taken everything into consideration in her creating a place that is both lovely and classy rustic. We have met with her several times and truly it is just refreshing to go and make plans with her. We have our daughter's wedding scheduled at Gilbriar at the end of May and by that time all will be in full bloom and glorious!!!
If you are looking for something unique and special for your upcoming smaller event or wedding (max 150) this is a must see and consider for sure!!

o the breathtaking gazebo, to the spacious hall that can also be made cozy, to the large dressing rooms for both the guys and the girls, to the main foyer with plenty of seating, to the fun and classy decor, and so much more! She really did such a great job. This venue is wonderfully secluded while still being in town. And to top it all off, Paula is so incredibly helpful and ready to please. She's extremely easy to work with and answered my emails and questions immediately.
A beautiful location for a wedding!! Lots of space and it has such a unique and refreshing vibe. The manager is incredibly nice and great with communication. Highly recommended!
I scheduled to see seven venues to find the perfect place for my fiance and I to get married in. Gilbriar was the first and the only once for me. Paula was great and I just immed...
iately clicked with her. You can tell she is in this to make sure you have the best possible day. She only has one event a weekend, so there is no rush or pressure to get things done. The venue itself it beautiful and rustic. The location is downtown Fredericksburg, so super close to lodging. I am beyond thrilled we have the opportunity to get married here. Please make sure you see this venue if you want to get married in the area. Best venue and the price is great!
This venue is gorgeous . The gazebo outside is a great touch especially on those hot summer days. The owner Paula has thought of everything in order to make this venue perfect for...
your special day. I like that the chairs and tables are included because anywhere else you would have to rent them! Also i like how there is enough parking for everyone in the back so you can’t see the cars. Plenty of room to get ready for the Bride and the Groom. Overall , I LOVE the venue and it would be perfect for my special day
Venue is rustic chic and you have access from Friday to Sunday so no rushing in and out on your special day. Paula is so helpful and has done a great job with this property.
