I bought both an engagement ring and wedding bands. In both instances, the staff was personal, available, and knowledgeable regarding diamond and band selection. They were quick to respond to email inquiries and were happy to assist. The end result is all I could ever hope for.
My ring is absolutely gorgeous! I was anxious to get it before I went on a trip so I emailed customer service to check on the status. They got back to me within two hours (on a Sunday) and had the ring expedited so it arrived in time for me to show it off on my trip. It arrived promptly by FedEx in the cutest box.
